Doesn’t always bring the pictures across, so they have to be manually loaded. Extremely time consuming and support does nothing. Recently app freezes when opening and then closes each time, so far tech support has not been able to figure out a solution. I thought the new update would help, but it makes it worse. ✓ So DisappointedThis Property Ware for inspections and work orders is the absolute, without a doubt the worst system I have ever used. I never get the templates loaded for an inspection without having to repeatedly re - load the templates. It will be blank or simply disappear all together when inspecting. Then you have to delete the app and reinstall, and that can take a good chunk of the day to do. If by luck, you can get thru the app and get your pics loaded it up, you survived. ✓ Worst App Ever PW should not charge extra for this.I have been paying $100.00 a month extra for this program, every time I initiate an evaluation and try and use this app it freezes, the I spend the next hour or more with tech support just to find out it has to be escalated. ✓ Support is non-existentUpdated Review It’s nearly a year after my original review and I am compelled to provide an update. The past year with this software was more than just frustrating, it proved to be a real problem for our company. We manage over 800 homes and relied on the maintenance tool to conduct our move in and move out evaluations. A few updates were rolled out but each one introduced new problems and none of the updates resolved the issue I complained about in February of 2019. Things finally came to a breaking point in the fall. The software became so unstable that we could no longer process reports. We were left with no choice but to abandon PW’s maintenance tool and seek another solution. We are now using zInspector to process our reports. It doesn’t fully integrate with Propertyware but their development team is actively working on additional integration. We put our trust in Propertyware for 18 months and came away very disappointed. There are much better products out there. Original Review Propertyware updated the software with new functionality in February of 2019. The update inadvertently broke other parts of the software and made the software unstable. We put in a support ticket on 2/25/19. The software has not been repaired as of 4/29/19. We’ve reached out a few times by email and through their support software. Our inquires have gone unanswered. The evaluation tool is losing data, including photos and comments. I’ve had entire evaluation reports disappear. The software cannot be trusted..ChrisH46205Version: 2.4.6
