✓ Sadly, a scamI signed up on a Wednesday hoping to find a look that I could wear post mastectomy and still feel feminine. The stylist was lovely but the look was tight tops- I have one breast and a hole, not going to work for me (and actually made me super depressed because I would have loved to wear that). I cancelled on the Sunday but the app wouldn’t let me deactivate, I contacted support and they said I definitely wouldn’t be charged. 3 weeks later, I have been charged. Upon contacting support I was told that I replied to the look, so that voided the free trial. I told them my situation and they offered a ‘complimentary’ session- however I’d actually paid for a session and 5 looks, so it hardly seems complimentary- I mean, I’m getting less than what I’d paid for! Again I contacted questioning, and they said they’d refund half and give me a free ‘complimentary’ session. (Beginning to think they have no idea what complimentary actually means). I feel bad writing this because individually everyone was lovely, but I think the mechanics of the corporation are built on lies and scamming..Version: 4.0.0
✓ Waste of money- do not sign upStylists are incompetent, whatever you ask for is ignored and stylists will show you exactly what you said you didn’t want. They will take your time and money and by the end you will be frustrated, have lost days, and will realize time better spent using another service or doing it yourself..Version: 6.1.0
✓ Waste of money, terrible servicePlease don’t use this service. I wasted my $80 and I didn’t get any personal styling. I got matched with a stylist who takes forever to respond. Bad communication and overall the service seems like a scam to me at this point. I asked Karla to refund me but I don’t think they pay any attention to customers..Version: 6.0.3
✓ Extremely limited.1. On the initial questions of “how much do you spend on _____” were so limited. I’ve never in my life even considered spending $50-$100 on a top. Feels as if this app is geared specifically towards rich women. I’ve spent upwards to $100 on a bag. Not a blouse. 2. On the “pick which styles inspire you” to me, they were all rather unattractive outfits just some were worse than others. Where are the casual day to day outfits? The casual dresses, etc? 3. An extremely small amount of question to be assigned a stylist. Can’t possible trust a stylist that was assigned to me based on questions that didn’t even have an option for me to choose. I have been dying for a service like this. I REALLY hope this improves because it’s a great concept. Not currently geared for fashionistas on a realistic budget..Version: 1.7.0
✓ Great Idea.I’ve seen similar applications like this before. I’ve never ended up sticking with any of them. Wishi seems like a service I could enjoy, but I have had several problems so far. - Will not allow me to use the option to log in with facebook. - I have to enter my preferences every time I open the app. - After entering my selections, I get matched with Clea O’Hara (every time, even if I change all of my preferences). I clicked to see her profile and the app crashed. I click to see other stylists and the app crashes. Like I said before - this seems legit and focused on the consumer. It’s even recommended by Apple. I like the way the app makes me feel, but even after uninstalling and reinstalling the bugs are still there. I will keep the app on my phone and update this review after the app updates..Version: 1.6.0
✓ Are these stylists real?Not sure these are real stylists or if they are meant to just push clothes for certain brands. (Ex: everything comes back Revolve…..) chose my stylist based on the fact she was my closest match- minimal/ streestyle esque looks. I ordered a closest clean out on 4/22 & still only have 3 looks I only “loved” to get the process moving along. Stylist doesn’t seem to care what I want, but rather what she thinks I should want. I tried giving some feedback about who I am & what I’m looking for & she’s ghosted me. I won’t end up buying any of the clothes anyway- none of these looks are groundbreaking, but I’d like to get what I paid for..Version: 8.0.0

✓ COMPLETE SCAMI signed up and contacted a stylist for my 7 day free trial. She never responded. Back and forth emails to he company confirmed that I would be reassigned to a new stylist and my free trial would begin again. Well that never happened. I got charged $80 for NOTHING. So I have to pay them $80 a month for NOTHING??? I would call that robbery. Now I have to change my card number and call it a loss. How horrible. They take days to respond if you’re lucky to get a response. And they do NOTHING to help you. If this wasn’t a featured app on the iTunes Store, I never would have trusted my credit card info on an app like this. I’m beyond disgusted at how poorly this is run..Version: 1.6.2

✓ Takes way too longI actually tried two style sessions, one major and one minor. I thought the first stylist was really slow and I complained and they said the stylists are really busy. But she started responding quicker soon after. So I tried a second session with another stylist and it’s over *a week* for every communication. The session I booked was for TWO looks, just two. And so far it’s taken over 3 weeks for her to come back with ONE look. The look is… nice. But not like, amazing. I specifically booked another session to see if I could buy suggestions during the sales but now the sales are over. Don’t bother at all for an upcoming occasion, you might not get an outfit in time. I don’t understand how they can be so slow. The suggested items are from a very limited set of brands and retailers. Also pretty silly. I know it’s because they probably have some affiliate relationship with them but 1) I don’t have to buy any of it and the stylists don’t seem to get any commission so I don’t feel guilty about it. 2) it’s all US retailers and I’m in the UK 3) I did actually order something but again, it took way too long through them, I should have just gone direct. They shouldn’t limit their stores, because then the stylist would have more choice of places to suggest items that match my style. The app itself is ok. The feed is a rather pointless to be honest I don’t know who even interacts with that. The personal closet is kinda cool but like I said, the stylist barely responds to the items I took the time to upload. The stylists are ok. But it just takes way too long so I don’t think I’ll use this service again..Version: 6.0.4
✓ Wishi is a scamThis app is made up of a bunch of scammers. Don’t waste your money! You don’t get the services you pay for and if you have a problem and want a new stylist? Good luck getting in touch with anyone. They just ignore you. Want a refund? You’ll never get it. The messaging app is buggy and doesn’t work well at all. There is no support team or anyway to contact a real human. Their online reviews are all paid for/made up or bots. And there is no one holding the company accountable. Plenty of other styling services out there that are far superior and honest. Don’t fall for their marketing tricks, it’s just a bunch of lies..Version: 8.0.2
✓ Great in theory but was disappointedThe login was tricky and my notifications never worked technically that sucked, but the real bummer is the concept just doesn’t work. They try by having you fill out a survey and talk about how you dress. But in the end it felt like none of that was considered at all. Might as well have scrolled Pinterest. Too bad.Version: 2.3.7
✓ Horrible and misleadingNo where on this app do they mention that by responding during your 7 day trial automatically charges you. When signing up I saw 7 day trial and thought I’d give it a try. After a mood board was sent that did not match my style I expressed my concerns and gave feedback. A look was provided to me that did not take into consideration any of my feedback. All of a sudden I get a charge on my card and immediately contact their customer service. I’m told sorry that because I responded (despite explaining the situation) I’m out my money. ✓ Mediocre at bestWent through the process, chose a stylist, and they ended up going dark in me. In order for me to receive a style board I ended having to message my stylist at list 2-3 times to which they always responded “sorry, I thought I sent this over”. After two looks that we’re not at all what we had discussed I ended up asking to cancel. The looks were unimaginative and what I ended up being sent was much of what the stylist had already published and just resent over to me via direct message. Add to that the fact that the app automatically signs you up for a subscription payment and needless to say, I’m not impressed. Hands down the best feature is being able to shop through the app but this is something you can also do on Instagram, FB etc. so overall I fail to see the true value in this half-hearted service..Version: 8.0.0
✓ Would never trust this company again with my credit card details.Sadly a live update - the issue while I was hopeful was not resolved as promised on email. The company still owes me the fraudulent transaction that has taken place. Would really appreciate the return of funds more promptly and in full. The amount refunded does not meet the fully outlined owed funds despite a full email trail exchanged with me and this company. For the record this company has fully admitted the false charges on my credit card yet did NOT refund me the the full amount as they admittedly falsely charged my account..Version: 1.8.4
✓ Impersonal and InauthenticPurchased the $90 option so I could work with someone to elevate my style and build off some of the pieces currently in my wardrobe. My stylist was communicative at first, but there was no conversation about what type of items I had in my wardrobe to build from. Then, when I provided feedback on a few items that were duplicative of what I currently owned, she said she would resolve but never actually provided new recommendations. Then, she rushed onto a second board and when I provided feedback on the second, she never addressed and immediately sent me a third board. The cherry on top of this one star rating? Everything I tried to purchase through the site/app to give my “stylist” the commission was backordered or sold out. They gave me a refund for one, and I’m now inquiring what happened to the second. Shouldn’t something that’s sold out automatically trigger a refund? This feels less like connecting stylists with customers, and more like AI generated bots trying to sell specific items. When I consulted alternate stylist boards, it’s amazing how identical items keep reappearing. Oh, and did I mention they were the ones that were sold out? Good idea in theoru, bad in application. ✓ Don’t be fooled by the hype.App works fine but service was pointless. Looks picked for me weren’t far off from what we discussed but there was nothing that I wanted to purchase. When I pushed back that I didn’t really love anything I was told that I basically needed to relook at it. Not sure what my $40 bucks got me other than some pics I could have googled myself.
