✓ Bad oneWell to be honest we concider that lebanon has the most expensive calls in the whole world , but this app tells the contradictory by 18$ if my phone is prepaid i can get 60 minute and 300 minute for a special person +300 sms+ 440 mg + 200mg for whatsapp If my phone is a bill by 18$ i get 60 minutes for free +200 minutes + 70 sms + 500mg So your app is not suitable to my country. ✓ Uh-huhWhere is the support? Trying to add contacts under "invite friends". From there it takes me to my contacts and when I try to add one it says "no mobile # or email for (in this case) Dad", which there clearly is a # and email. Fine, can someone at least explain what's going on, how to fix this, what I'm missing here, please? Fix this, and if I'm able to make an app to app call, I will give a good review. I was sucked in by the idea of better FREE call coverage/signal than Viber, Skype, and Whatsapp when the 'call' button is blue, (and paying only when the call button. ✓ Worst Service Ever!I really hate giving bad reviews but this company really deserves it; I subscribed to a foreign No. earlier for my account, but never got it, and when I reported the problem, their customer service kept tossing me between their staff like a dodge ball giving me the worst unprofessional excuses, and completely ignored my case at the end. ✓ Stay away!!!Actually I was so excited to find out a solution to move all my phone requirements to. I was looking for a service that allows me to purchase at least 5 numbers in different countries so I can reach my clients easier. The problem is I will never trust a service that doesn't put any method of customer service or customer support it's clearly for their customers! I tried the free minutes that's fine.. Then I tried to earn minutes just to see if it works before I purchase anything else but I wasn't awarded any minutes not by sharing on my social media or referring friends to download the app and register. After reading what everybody wrote here I'm convinced there's a big problem going on here! I don't know if it's a hoax or they simply lack customer service. ✓ Well, I was happy...I have tried many different “free” or close to free phone/text apps. So I check this one out, and it was pretty cool that you could have multiple phone lines/numbers. You could have a virtual phone line for $2.50 a month. The Quality was really good! I was quite impressed. So I went to make a call, and I had to pay 2.1 cents a minute for a local call— and I had to purchase a new # for 10/ mo. With no explanation!! Okay— are you flipping kidding me??!!
