✓ Awful registration processSo once you’ve registered to use the app you have to register again, with way too much info, to see ticket info. This inevitably crashes so you try again. ✓ Worst sports app everFirst 15days of World Cup it’s worked fine. Later it’s always struck with one score not moving from there. For me still I can see only Ind vs Ban match which was done 3 days back. Always asking sign in without a reason. ✓ PoorSomething which is a world showcase for cricket every 4 years should have a functional, user friendly app to enable fans in all parts of the world where the associate member countries are to watch the game they love. Video does not load on the iPad app. Reading the comments and reviews this has been a problem for some time and not addressed. Scrolling doesn’t really work at all as mentioned in another review. ✓ Poor UX/UI currentlyThe current state of the app is awful. It was manageable to use before the last interface update/change but still not very good. The interface is far to complicated to get to what you want. When looking at upcoming matches the international matches (AUS V NZ Test) do not show up under the date they start. You have to dig in to sub menus to get you team to show up. Please change things back or sort this out. As THE app for a international sport this should be better! ✓ T20 ticket resale website is downHi Team - I bought a ticket online through your web portal. Due to personal reasons I could not attend the event and I have put the tickets on resale through the fan portal. However it seems the ticket resale uses a completely different portal which means - 1. its hard for a normal user to find it, so the chances of reselling the ticket to get a refund is low. 2. ✓ Shocking Redesign…This new app redesign has so much inconsistencies. They removed the player comparison, all time rankings and so much more. Firstly, the app menu is at the bottom as well as on the side, which I find a waste of space. The Rankings section, is much more tedious to navigate where if you press full table, it still shows the first 5 people and you have to press it again. Another thing they left out was the all time rankings, I used to use this feature a lot and now it’s not there The player comparison is also removed and I can’t compare different players The matches section is all over the place, filtering what matches, team is much more tedious.
