✓ Used to love the appThis app used to be great. Now it barely works. I paid for the full years membership, but every time I click on the app it goes back to saying that I didn’t pay. I have uninstalled it, went through Safari, etc. and it still won’t load on my account. It’s frustrating because the app used to be wonderful before the update..Version: 3.7.6
✓ Wow!So I downloaded this app and it said it would be $2.99 a month. (That is per month not the whole year at once!!!!!) I look on my bank account and this app took $41 from me! I never said this was okay! Apple won’t refund me for it either so here I sit on a temp lay off and pregnant and I’m out $41! Like I said, it CLEARLY stated it would be $2.99 a month. I would NEVER recommend this app unless you want to get robbed like I just did! It’s not worth that price by a long shot! Shame on the people who run this app! Nothing but a bunch of thieves! I would like a refund because trust me, after this, you couldn’t pay me to use this app you cowards! Man up and admit you scam people! Because you did me! ✓ Took money after if cancelledI cancelled this app within the 7 day free trial because it wasn’t what I was looking for but they charged my credit card for an entire year’s subscription. I emailed asking for a refund and they have stopped replying to me. Terrible customer service..Version: 3.3.7
✓ They just want your moneyI downloaded this app and signed up for the free trial so I was able to see if it was worth pay for any of the subscriptions. I completely forgot to cancel it and of course I was charged $30 for the yearly subscription (which I did not pick). I cancelled the subscription and asked for the refund, and they are refusing to refund my money since I did not cancel it 24 hrs. Before my free trial ended. I have never had a company automatically charge me for a subscription and then not refund my money when I forgot to unsubscribe, especially within 24 hours of being charged. I was debating using this app, but now I am really frustrated with the customer service and will definitely not be using it during my pregnancy..Version: 3.0.5
✓ More OptionsOverall I really like the app and the design. However, I do not like how the options and choices are limited, requiring you to purchase more choices if you want to use those stickers. You are paying for the app as it is, then to be required to purchase more if you want to use their stickers is not favorable. ✓ Disappointed.I signed up for a 7 day free trail. Forgot to cancel my free trail. Within 24 hours of my free trial being over I was charged. And in my optional it’s a ridiculous amount to pay for a app. I made one picture and was unhappy with the app and honestly deleted it but forgot to cancel it. I’d be okay with being charged for only a month subscription but a entire year? That’s ridiculous. The company stands by its claim of “no refunds” which again... I don’t even want a full refund. ✓ UnusableI’m enjoying the app but you can only do like three magic cuts until you’re locked out from that feature through the rest of your trial period. It asks you to subscribe, which I agreed to, and it still won’t unlock the feature for me. I’m extremely disappointed and hoping it will unlock five days from now when the free trial expires and it actually takes my money. ✓ DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APPI downloaded the app and signed up for the free trial after using it the same day I cancelled the trial after reading a review that they charged the subscription anyways and figured if I cancelled the trial the same day I signed up for it I’d be good. The next day I had a charge for the subscription on my Apple account. They charged the subscription anyways even though I cancelled it the SAME DAY I signed up for a 30 DAY TRIAL. ✓ Beware dodgy businessI downloaded this app and cancelled my subscription straight away as it wasn’t what I wanted. I cancelled my subscription via my settings on my phone where I usually cancel subscriptions. They still charged me almost $50 because they won’t let you use the app unless you sign up and put your card details in, I called up Apple and they said they can see I cancelled it but there is no transaction to say they took money out, because they take it directly from your card when you put in your details through the app so Apple won’t have a transaction history! And to unsubscribe you have to do it through their app not Apple. I’ve never had to do that before? Very very sneaky!!! When I emailed them they said they don’t give out refunds “under any circumstances” the ignored all my following correspondence. Very unprofessional and very sly. You still have to pay for in app purchases even after paying $50!!!! Ridiculous - I feel like this is a scam.Version: 3.3.6

✓ SUCH A THIEFDon’t use this app. Not even free trial. They don’t send any reminders for subscription and they charge you a yearly subscription without confirmation. There is no way you can call the support. They connect with you through email and when you ask for a refund they say its your fault you should cancel on time otherwise you won’t get your money back. ✓ ScamI paid for the subscription for one year and it worked one time. I try to login and it just stays on the subscription page. I try to login through Facebook and it says software error. Something isn’t right and I don’t appreciate paying for a service and not being able to use it. The editing screen pops up for half a second then defaults to the subscription page. ✓ Do not recommend free trial!Scammers! I got the free 7 day trial to use this app but I only used it once the one day I downloaded. On the 7th day I was charge a full one years subscription of $34. After reading the policy’s. The policy says to cancel your free trail you would have to cancel 24 hours before the 7 days are up for a full refund??? It should be 6 days than! ✓ Misleading, no customer service, hidden charges AVOID!Downloaded this as I wanted to put together something special for my better half for our first child due this October. App looked great so took a punt and paid £2.99 (expensive for a picture app but I took the risk). Now if that had been the only cost then I could see why it would be so but the owners of this app are misleading con artists who sell an app with huge hidden costs. Do you want to get specific images? Good luck it's £2.99, do you want to have the babies size in fruit and vegetable? Sure that's £2.99! Don't worry though you get offered a 'special promotional price' (it's not its that price forever) giving you what you thought you already paid for for a massive £5.99! Honestly it should be criminal, I emailed their customer service team outlining my unhappiness yet nearly a month later... NO reply or so much as an out of office. ✓ DisappointedMy partner purchased this app for me in April. On April 6, I emailed the support team regarding some trouble I was having with registering for this App. A pop up kept telling me my email address was invalid. (Which it is not) I also tried logging in with Facebook, but it said my email address was not provided. The first response to my email was quick and the customer service member was polite and seemed keen to help find a solution. I emailed her with the information she requested, and 12 days later I had not received a response. I emailed again, to which I finally received a reply asking for me to provide more information, including what device I am using the app on; the app version my device is running on etc. I responded approximately half an hour later. 2 days later and again, I have not received a response. Time is ticking and nearly three months after purchase, I have been unable to use this app for what it was created; I haven't been able to use it to document these sweet, precious moments of our pregnancy; as it has been dysfunctional and the customer service 'help' hasn't really been much help at all. I would very much like to see this situation remedied, however, I'm not holding out much hope. I have never left a bad review on anything, but as I have failed to get anywhere with my emails, I saw no other option. To be honest, 1 star is a generous rating..Version: 2.2.1

✓ Shady businessWARNING!! I downloaded the free trial of this app along with a couple others to see which I liked best. When I attempted cancel the subscription it made me contact customer service in order to do so. By the time I was sent the link to cancel I was already charged $35 for the entire year and they refused to refund me even though I had been trying to cancel within the trial period. So just a warning to those that want to cancel, you can’t just cancel without contacting customer service to send you the link and they are not prompt, conveniently causing you to get charged. ✓ It's preety decent appFor enhacing baby's photos. I do found an error in the friends and family cathegory. They made a sticker that says "Mi amigos" but actually is "Mis amigos" if it's a plural or "Mi amigo" if it's singular(and I'm not spanish imagine how those people feel when they see it). ✓ Was great until I updated IOSLoved the artworks you could add to photos, very cute, preferable to collage style apps. After updating to latest IOS it crashes when I select an image from my photos to use. Would be great if you could add a birthdate or a due date so it alerts you for each milestone - eg 1 week old, 30 weeks pregnant, to prompt you to make an image. Also I wish you could change the text font. Great app in general, improvements to be made though. **Have updated. No longer crashes but freezes either at the image selection stage or the crop sage where the selected photo isn't there, just a blank box. ** Frustrating! ✓ DO NOT SUBSCRIBE if unsure!!! NOT EVEN THE FREE TRIAL! Horrible customer service! UNPROFESSIONAL!I subscribed for their free trial. I understand it’s my responsibility to cancel it before the free trial ends, but I didn’t and that is on me. But I got no reminder emails, got charged a yearly subscription and when I contacted them, they had horrible customer service where they basically told me that I should have cancelled the trial and that my money is not non-refundable. One of the statements in the email are as follows: The terms are clearly outlined before you make any commitment for the service. It is your obligation to read and understand the terms. Our terms state we do not provide refunds for subscriptions. I stated I wouldn’t be using their app- genuinely didn’t find it that interesting. The person on the other end didn’t seem to care that I was paying for something I would be using for the whole year!!! I’m so disappointed! The features are very limited (unlike the ads they show) and the editing quality is poor. Moreover, they ask you to start a free trial ONLY IF you opt for annual subscription. The free trial ends in 7 days - you have to cancel 24 hrs before and they DO NOT send any reminder email for cancellation.
