Focus To-Do: Focus Timer&Tasks for Positive User Reviews

This beats all other apps out there!I’ve been using Focus app for over a year or more, was very happy then they tweaked it and ruined it. It gave me a chance to try out other options out there, they were too expensive for such a simple task?? This one however, has so many amazing features for a lifetime fee of $ten bucks! That’s a deal I wouldn’t leave on the table, so amazing and simple with great flexibility, don’t hesitate I’m a master of the Pomodoro and this is my choice..Version: 6.8

Amazingly useful.Love the app. Helps loads with productivity. It’s essentially a pomodoro app and a list app merged together which is great. I love the group feature because it inspires a little competitiveness which also helps me get stuff done. The subscription was worth it for me but not necessary to use the app effectively. Had an issue with the subscription but I emailed the person and it was all sorted within a few days. All in all, you should definitely get it!.Version: 8.1

Wish the Mac app and Chrome extension were the sameWhile there is always room for improvement, this app is as perfect as it can get. Just wish the Mac app and the Google Chrome extension had the same features as the iOS apps. It is missing two vital features that make the iOS apps shine, dark mode and calendar events view. I could have forgiven the lack of dark mode in hopes it would be added in an update. I can’t ignore the missing calendar events feature as that was the reason I paid for the lifetime subscription. Posted a premature review on the Mac App Store that I need to go back and change since I didn’t notice events was missing. Got a Mac? Use Google Chrome? Windows? Don’t bother downloading for those if this features are important to you, just stick with the iOS/Mobile versions..Version: 8.2

Great app for productivity for those with ADHDI’m really enjoying using focus to-do! I like that I can set the number of intervals and interval length for any task. I find it so useful to be able to see how long my tasks will take and it’s so satisfying crossing them off, seeing how much time has elapsed..Version: 7.3

No more procrastinationThis app has really helped me reduce procrastination and get more done and faster. I’ve also started using it to help me bill clients as I can see how long I’ve worked on each task..Version: 8.2

This app really helps :)This app is really great and keeps my productive as well as tracking my to do list with priority pomodoro for timers.Version: 7.1

Life changing and smooth! It’s not often you find an app that is life changing. Being diagnosed as a 35 year old with ADHD I found this app after learning about Pomodoro Technique. It’s works so smoothly. Every time I think -I wonder if the app can do this? Or that? - I’ve found the features are Intuitively there. Who ever designed this is a genius game changer and is love to thank them..Version: 7.7

I would love it if….The app allowed you to journal your progress every night or each time you completed a task. In addition, a feature where you can upload progress pictures to look back on would be nice too..Version: 8.2

Productivity DreamSuch a simple concept, but it feels as though it is extremely rewarding. With so many factors that kill productivity in your own house, especially with everyone working from home everyday, this is a great and simple tool. As a student, this is a great tool to break up long hours of work throughout the day..Version: 7.1

The Best tool for Task Managing, I’ve ever tried!I love how simple, yet customisable it is, and it looks nice too. However I would’ve preferred it if the tally of estimated hours, was turned into a tally of the number of hours you’ve spent on a project, as this would be highly motivating! The single feature it‘s lacks is a search panel, so you can find any task without having to remember which project you put it under. The daily report is a feature of the pro version which i find particularly helpful in gauging how well or how slowLynton I’m going through my course work. I still have my digital calendar but this is the place for all the tedious to do lists and tasks I don’t want to forget..Version: 6.8

Very HelpfulMy only gripe is that we can’t block people from the group chats. I’m in a group with a lot of people that I get along with and then there’s ONE person who keeps insulting everyone (to include racist comments) without cause. We all want her out and can’t do it. I would really love to have it to where at least the creator of the group chats can eject people. Otherwise, VERY great app. I love that I can keep track of my hours and gain points towards growing a tiny tree ☺️ I feel like my hours count just as much as the outcome to the work itself..Version: 7.1

So far so good!Trying out new systems to support with managing tasks and work. I have a high level of ADHD, and so far I’m really loving this app!! The customized times, ability to set priority levels for tasks, track task completion over time, categorize things by labels, Do Not Disturb Mode, and the way it asks if you’d like to take a break (instead of just moving straight into it like other apps), white noise sounds, and cute background options are all really supportive for me..Version: 7.3

Very helpful appEnjoy the way you are able to add in the tasks and place them in lists to move through several during one focus session or individually. Very user friendly..Version: 7.4

New User, So Far A Great AppI found this app two weeks ago after observing that I had problems keeping track of my progress on my projects as well as a lack of focus due to distractions and time management issues. I have been using this app to help me with that and I think it’s working, it’s the first time I purchase an app for lifetime so fast but I think this one is worth it as long as I stick to using it regularly. I definitely recommend to try it, the white noise section is a great feature to check out too (especially the brown noise)!.Version: 8.4

Great free versionThe free version has a ton of good features that help keep you on task. You can dive in as little or as much as you want. I particularly like the strict modes that allow you to lock yourself into the app or force you to flip the phone over, vibrating when you pick it up sending a physical reminder that you should be working. The only thing I would like to see improved is that sometimes when listening to music, the app will lower the volume slightly. It’s no big deal and I imagine it’s because of the notification sound for when a session is over, but it is something I hope is fixed..Version: 8.2

Great appIt really helped me with my procrastination. You can set tasks, limit dates and other 100% recommend.Version: 7.7

I love this app!!!I am so happy with this app. I can choose the colours of tasks, sounds of complete work&break . And, one of my favourite functions is the Whitenoise. I can hear some nature sound whilist I'm working on a task. And! My account can synchronise amongst my Mac and some devices..Version: 6.6

Works perfectly and is freeIt's great because it's actually free for the content you need, which is the timer. There's one that I won't name on the store that charges a subscription for a literal timer which is so beyond dumb. But this one just does as advertised, for free, and does it very well. It's well designed and has a lot of choice for a free app. I recently wanted to get into Pomodoro for work and this does that perfectly. Great app, very much recommend! EDIT: I am a bit confused though because the timer for the phone flip moves a LOT faster than 10 seconds. It's more like 5 and sometimes I accidentally screw up my timer because of that. So I'm gonna take a star away for that because there's no way to change this time and make it more or make it actually 10 seconds instead of 10 half seconds..Version: 8.3

Great appI really enjoy this app! I love that it syncs across devices and has a lot of cool features. One thing I would really appreciate would be integration with Google tasks or another calendar. Keep up the good work!.Version: 8.0

Good to help you focusNice designed user interface and easy to use. Help me to focus in writing. So far so good..Version: 4.2

ReefSuper easy, work flawlessly. Can’t believe it’s free. Def get it.Version: 7.1

Loving this so farGreat app, love the syncing across all devices. Was on sale for $15 for lifetime access, very happy its not a subscription. Good job on this app!.Version: 8.2

Magical powersI’m not sure how or why it works so well, but having this app counting down each focus session has been so motivating and effective for me. I love being able to tick off each task. I’d love to be able to sync the app with my calendar and pull over tasks from there, but it also helps to reiterate what task it is that I’m focusing on when I enter the details manually..Version: 7.4

Helps me majorly with productivityBeen using this while I work to avoid distractions and also keep taking breaks rather than sitting for straight hours. I am happy with the app. Helps me achieve my productivity and rest goals everyday.Version: 8.2

Good intuitive app to keep you on trackIt’s helping me learn a language, varying the type of learning and simple adding this on as different projects and then individual, different tasks. Quite straightforward to set up and then takes a few days adjusting things until it’s how you want it..Version: 8.2

Cumple su objetivoAlarmas breves Solo permite el tiempo de 25/5 La versión gratuita tiene lo necesario La versión pro es permanente de un solo pago, no está cara.Version: 7.8

Like it but pls fix these! After trying out many tomato timer apps I’ve decided to go ahead with this one and paid for 3 months. It works for me the best so far but some tabs aren’t working - I couldn’t join any groups, couldn’t change my avatar and user name, couldn’t see the ranking too. Please keep improving :) thankyou!.Version: 8.2

Best app out thereI find this app in the app store and found it syncs very well with my mac. The lifetime licence is worth it. I would like to suggest devs to make an option to hide the seconds in full screen in iPhone app. The seconds digit changing can distract while you are trying to focus, would be good if you can only see the minutes changing..Version: 7.7

UsefulIt's logical to have a timer like this on your wrist and to be able to drive it from a phone. The iCloud implementation of this App also works seamlessly so a Pomodoro can be driven by any device (haven't yet figured out Mac sync yet) with reporting shown on all. Well worth the price for anyone who subscribes to this theory of time management..Version: 2.1

Great AppGreat app - really easy to use and helps me track work. Having groups helps motivation. However I think seeing individual project stats as well as whole stats would be great..Version: 7.9

No hidden fees - what you see is what you get! This app is wonderful, with no hidden fees like other apps where you need to pay for premium to unlock the useful features. It provides a space for me to write down the tasks have planned, allows me to be flexible and change their “due dates”. The app also gives me an alert on how many hours I spent focusing that day that also gives me a push to do more some days and reassures me I was productive on other days..Version: 8.3

Really helps! Like a hack for your brain.I’ve been trying to find tools to help me stay focused (after realizing I have fairly severe ADHD) and this app helps a lot! It’s quick to use, keeps your tasks organized, allows for speedy categorization/prioritization, and all without shaming you if you miss a task. Just a quick tap drops into into your next day’s to-do list, so you don’t forget the task, but don’t dwell on missing it, either! Love it!.Version: 8.2

Really helpful. This app helps me to organise my to-do list across work, clients, family and personal activities. Love the 25-30 minute focus period. Four stars because a browser based version is not available so you have to be using a device that has the app loaded on it, which is not always possible for me..Version: 6.4

A+Enjoyed using this. I get easily distracted and this helps me stay focused. Layout is nice and simple. I also like the graphs to see my progress..Version: 3.3

Very impressedMost of the features are free and you can easily customise the appearance and times that you work or have breaks. Definitely worth it and it helps me to focus and study.Version: 8.2

Love it! Essential for work and uni. Highly recommend!!!I never usually leave reviews. But this app is a life saver, it allows me to categorise my life in a convenient and trackable way. The UI is great as well.. 10/10.Version: 7.2

The only to do app I use consistentlyThis app is great. Pomodoro, background noise, easy to update and lots more little features makes this my go to app for all my tasks. I’ve tired a bunch of different apps. Nothing compares to everything this offers in an easy to use clean interface. Really like it and glad I came across i..Version: 8.4

The perfect app for productivity!Omg I‘m in love with this app!! 😍😍😍 Im newly a phd student and I already tried the pomodoro technique to keep me focused, but over time, just a simple pomodoro timer is not enough to motivate me. This one is a combo of pomodoro+to do list+reminders+white noise. I was usually using 3-4 apps for that, so really happy they are finally in the same place, keeps me more focused, and lets more space for what really matters. Really like the fact I can assign a number of pomodoros to my tasks and ajust as it goes by if the first estimation was unrealistic. That means next time, I can see from my past experiences how much does it really takes to accomplish...which for me is the biggest challenge!! Im sure premium has some really nice features but even the basic is waay beyond everything Ive tried before. I don’t have enough data yet, but really curious to see the distribution of my time over the weeks. And on top of that the design is beautiful! (Btw, personally I don’t mind to sign up with FB as to be real...if you anyways have FB they’ve already shared your info, too late 😂) Thank you so much!!❤️.Version: 6.8

Helpful and nice to useDownloaded 3-4 similar apps to help motivate me to get through some uni work, and this was definitely my preferred. Looks nice, simple to use and has a task list feature which others didn't. One thing I would like is to be able to tap to extend a session by say 5 mins at a time when it's ending and has this tracked for the same task but separately - no one stops mid sentence I'm sure when 25 mins is up and I also think this would help me improve my time estimates! Would also be great if I could choose to prevent my screen going to sleep through the app..Version: 3.3

Great appGreat app. Been using for over 1 year now. Only downside is sometimes the subtasks, when changes are made to those, they do not save.Version: 8.3

Life changing!I’ve had this app for one day and it’s already supercharged my productivity and focus levels. A game changer for remote work and studying. Highly recommend!.Version: 7.1

INCREDIBLE APP! 🤩👍A truly incredible app LOADED with productivity, time-management & habit-changing features!!!🤩 I really wish they’d put more resources into keeping the updates coming. My suggestion for improvement is to at least improve the power usage of the Pomodoro timer (as a result I stopped using it) and introduce dark mode. I temporarily moved over to Todoist, but will keep checking in as new updates may become available in the next year. Keep up the good work! 👍.Version: 7.9

Love this appSo useful, there is a premium option but you don’t have to get it, so may options for setting timers, or you can have an endless stop watch too, you can also time breaks, keeps a track of your progress with weekly reports and constant data, there is a to-do list function you can even change the aesthetic of the app..Version: 7.4

Same issues…several years laterBought and paid a lifetime subscription. App is still the same…broken for my intents and purposes. Here is what I need: 1) Tasks under “today” to be custom sorted 2) The pomodoro estimated time to be based off of the pomodoro lengths and the breaks for the day. (It maybe is, but it might be off of past pomodoros…not sure) 3) Upcoming pomodoro lengths to be adjusted under the settings. Currently, I have to go into every single pomodoro. That way, I can quickly put tasks into my day, organize them and see how long they’ll take. If I need to adjust down the Pomodoro lengths to fit my schedule, then I should be able to easily. Then hit play and have the Pomodoros start and I just follow along for the 8 hours of work or whatever. Perhaps the length on some Pomodoros could be set…but I prefer that there is a Pomodoro length that gets set for the task…”Pull from settings” or “As Set” or something. Without these capabilities, this app is lost to me. One final thing. There appears to be a lot of connection or something going on with the pomodoro screen now. I get headaches from data transmission. Not sure what’s happening here, but please stop spying if that’s what it is. I never got headaches from the main screen before. I don’t even know what’s happening…is there data being transmitted or usage being pulled constantly now?.Version: 8.4

GoodServes my purpose..Version: 8.4

HelpfulI get distracted easily! This app is helping me stay on task and improving my productivity. Loving the gentle outdoor sounds as white noise, to block out some of the noisy office conversations. Thanks!!.Version: 5.8

Great App!I am loving this app, as it is helping me a lot to keep concentrating and doing only one thing well done once a time. The best Pomodoro Timer also..Version: 8.2

Love it so far! An “A” for aesthetic and ease of use! Best I found so far!I have a tendency to go on productivity app sprees as I feel I am constantly trying to find tools to help me stay focused especially since I am ADHD. It helps me breaking my tasks into smaller parts and I have noticed that I am actually more productive since finding this app and implementing it with my other apps. I did pay for the lifetime access as like many of these apps to be able to organize the way many people like you have to either sign up monthly or yearly with this one being a rare exception being lifetime access (and it was on sale! #winning) so I had to take advantage! It did have an issue with upgrading after I paid for it but i was able to get into contact with the developers and they activated it for me with no issue! Like I said love this app so far!.Version: 7.1

Have adhd quite loving thisRecently hyper-focussed on this app having had it for over a year and not used it much. I was overwhelmed by my to do list! I love that it lets you sort tasks into categories but still presents a simple interface (once you do a little dive to know how to use it all) Also that it let’s you estimate the time it might take to do the task, and write notes to yourself so you remember where you were the last time you were doing the task. Executive function is helped (mine, not the app’s) by the sub tasks, each with their own amount of time to take. Helps me realistically plan and break things down but when I go back to the Home Screen, my day seems simple and uncluttered again. There a few things I wish they’d add, but overall the best track of my to do lists and motivation to do them that I’ve found so far (and I’ve been looking). I also like that watering my forest is simple and SLIGHTLY gamey so that keeps me interested but not distracted. Very hard line to walk and I’m super impressed. I’m quite motivated to grow my little plant guy and they don’t make it TOO easy at all! Oooh..Version: 8.4

Please add a google calendar 2way integration!I love this app for the pomodoro associated with task list, the detailed reports and very accessible price But I still have to use Todoist to place my tasks on my google calendar, I would love to see this function on Focus to do so I can use only one app :).Version: 8.2

ExcellentWell thought out and works well. Recommend as the go to app. Thanks for making this app..Version: 7.7

Great app. Please make desktop app more consistent with mobile appI like the app a lot. But I swap from mobile to desktop, and the desktop is missing easy-to-use features from the mobile app such as toggling white noise on and off easily, sorting tasks by priority, and it has a minuscule ‘screen’ icon to enlarge the timer. The desktop and mobile apps sync very well, though..Version: 7.0

Seems like a great little appEnjoying so far - like the nature sounds and love clear interface..Version: 6.6

GreatHas a lot of useful functions that are completely free :) i appreciate it!.Version: 7.4

The best app getting amazing grade thx so much :)Best app ever defs download trust me your teachers will thanks you doing work right now (in my break).Version: 6.8

PomodoroUseful and has lots of stats to measure progress. Will be using this a lot for sure!.Version: 3.3

SomeWork neededGreat to have task lists with a pomodoro timer. The widgets are a little buggy and don’t load correctly unless you already have tasks scheduled in the day for some. I also think the distinction between tags and projects aren’t well defined. Lastly I think the large widget for tasks today should have the option to show tasks for projects we can choose. I also would love to have a daily task option so that if I want to study everyday or weeknight at 9 pm I could just create that task and never have to again..Version: 8.1

Amazing! It really helps me to stay productive and avoid procrastination!.Version: 7.2

Fantastic app!!!Had it for years, still love it..Version: 8.2

The best daily planning and organization appIt’s just the best. I’ve tried many apps to plan my day/week/month, aligning my daily activities with my long term goals, all failed except this app. It’s simple, they charge you way cheaper than what it really worth. And pomodoro technique; I love it. They couldn’t do it better, and no one can do better than these guys..Version: 7.2

Loving the ability to scroll through and spring to the next taskThis app is really helped me with my problem of accumulating a large backlog of tasks and then getting paralysis analysis from looking at them. Instead, I now just put them into the inbox or associated project and knock them off one by one on the main pomodoro screen. This is a brilliant implementation. Like a grade-A mixture of gtd and the pomodoro method rolled into one..Version: 6.2

Awesome app! This app keeps me on track so I get my work done in a timely manner..Version: 8.2

So motivating!!I have been using focus since year 7 and it has helped me so much! I’m in year 10 now and have a much bigger work load so I find it difficult to stay so focused without being pulled to my phone or “reward” myself with a break after writing just 1 paragraph. It keeps me motivated as I see the time go by and how I have been working sufficiently through it. I also like the fact that it gives you breaks and you can choose to have sound in the background. It’s also really convenient that the app is functional on mac, ipad and iphone as I like to sometimes switch between. Also love how you can categorise your tasks with ‘tags’ which I use for different subjects. 100% recommend to anyone in school or completing any sort of task/studies..Version: 7.5

It’s a great app but it even better with premiumI always wanted a app like this it’s amazing and you can focus so well with it . Btw I have premium. The things I like about the app: That you can organise your task into folders That you can choose to turn on strict mode or not Things I don’t like That without premium you can only do a few things like making a few folder and tasks and yeah Other wise it is good.Version: 8.2

Love itGreat app over all. One issue for me is that app on the phone shows double of everything. I have 2 of all the projects I made on my laptop and all the hours logged on the laptop are also doubled when I check on my phone. I think this is an issue to do with synching but would be great if there’s a way to fix this :(.Version: 6.8

Ipad winOk, was initially glitchy and pomodoro function didnt work at all with the arrow being non functional and despite having set up multiple timers and tags etc. I deleted and reloaded the app and now it works with my previous settings and to dos having been saved. I spent ages setting it all up so I was very unhappy before the workaround..Version: 8.2

Awesome app! This app actually helps me focus on the things I need to do the most, especially studying. My dad recommended me this app and I’ve just downloaded it today and so far, it’s helping me study without distraction knowing how long I’m studying for. Love this app so far!.Version: 7.7

Love the app but need widgetsThis app helps me keep track of how long it takes me to do different tasks, I especially love the folder and sub task options!! I saw there was a comment last year saying it needs widgets and I came to write a review to request the very same thing. So I've had to knock a star off because I'm now concerned there aren't plans to create this widget. I'd love if the widget took up half or a quarter of my home screen with a scrollable list of my most common tasks accompanied by a little "play" triangle so I don't need to navigate in through the app. Also seeing the widget on my home screen will remind me to get on with the tasks I want to do! Also please include the option to have a pinned notification showing the timer so I can see at a glance how far I've gone - this would reduce the risk of getting distracted when opening my phone. Please make a widget!!!.Version: 7.7

🔥🔥🔥Incredible for Pomodoro, Tasks, Projects & Habits. Worth 10x+ the minimal costThis app is LOADED for such a small price. And it syncs with my MacBook. Being able to see all of my tasks with a potential number of time blocks needed to complete them is fantastic. Plus I it lets you time, track, and schedule daily habits. For instance I track my devotion time of the Bible & prayer everyday. Along with schoolwork, professional work, and even hobbies like learning guitar..Version: 8.4

Very good appUsed it for my education and personal life, very reliable.Version: 8.3

HelpfulThanks for this helpful app to track my tasks.Version: 7.2

Love this app but need widgetsI absolutely love this app!! This is such a lifesaver - it is so easy to get distracted and do pointless activities , especially in lockdown and this is such a useful tool when you are trying to be productive. My favourite aspect is the ‘timer’ format compared to the ‘countdown’ format that most focus apps have. This just means that the timer starts at 0 minutes and counts up till you’re done. I prefer this because it’s so much easier to track the time you work rather than estimating and then fiddling around with multiple timers. The ability to pause timers without losing the time you already spent focusing is brilliant! This app would be even better if there were widgets for IOS 14 such as how much you’ve worked, how much you need to work to meet your target, tasks you need to do etc. At the moment I use this app for both my time tracking and my to do lists but I still have to use google calendar to add events and for other planning. This app would become a productivity powerhouse it had some sort of time blocking/calendar feature to visually organise events!.Version: 7.1

One thingDark mode! I’ve been using this for ages now and after buying premium, I got access to the black and gold clock. However dark mode for the rest of the app is much needed as I (and I’m sure others) will work until late at night. The brightness of the white can hurt my eyes so a dark mode would really help.Version: 7.2

Fantastic!I love this app; it’s straightforward to set up timers, and its compilation on the Apple Watch, which syncs with my phone, is genius. I hope in the future features like a three-way sync, where I can start a timer on my phone, watch, or computer that will create/sync on all of my devices or maybe can sync my to-do list with my calendar or other apps so that I do not have to input things manually, which would make this app even better! Thank you so much to the team for creating this app. You all are lifesavers!.Version: 8.4

Amazing! This app is an amazing way to keep focus and study! As a student, this app is a must!.Version: 7.4

Lifetime userI can’t even remember when I got this app, but it’s been at least 5 years. It’s the only one with the exact functionality I need- tasks+pomodoro, without too many bells and whistles. I wish I could customise the appearance a bit more to suit my own style (colour choices!), and I wish I could archive my history or something (instead of just deleting it all when I want a fresh slate)..Version: 8.4

This is a good app.I like Pomodoro because of the name; I also find that it makes focus in a very distracting work environment much easier. It is easy to use and customise for my needs depending on the demands of my day..Version: 2.1

Excellent Productivity Tracker and EncouragementI’ve been using this for about a week and it has been so helpful and motivational to see where I’m spending my time. I love the different projects and tasks. The charts it self generates are colorful and easy to understand. It makes me feel proud to see what I’ve accomplished. I wish there were a way to bulk export the raw data in spreadsheet form, just because I’m a bit of a data nerd and would love to run my own analyses on my productivity and time spent on certain activities. Also, I read someone else’s review and you can manually add in things that you forgot to start the Pomodoro for. You just have to go to the completed section and tap on the time that you want to add an event for. It’s easy to customize with different task lengths too (though I think no matter the time length you stretch it to, it will still only count as one Pomodoro in the averages and summary section). Five stars have already recommended it to all my friends and I’ll confidently recommend it to you too!.Version: 6.7

So much simpler! So much simpler than other goal setting apps. I laid mine out to model the Maslow triangle of priorities. 3-6-9 rule Works like a charm…...Version: 8.4

Great appVery helpful app. Reminds me to take a break and helps me to stay focused while working. Keeps a records of jobs so I can easily determine how much time I'm spending on things..Version: 3.2

Great app!Really useful especially for studying for exams. Best pomodoro timer I have found! Really like the task function..Version: 3.3

Good appLike it as it helps me to focus.Version: 3.3

Great. But timer goes back to 25mAlmost perfect but customised timer kept changing back to 25 mins.Version: 7.4

Excellent - Keeps me focused ❤️I love this app. Just downloaded the app and had it for an hour now and it’s keeping me focused. This is my second break and I love that little alerts. Highly recommend it. It makes me try to get as much down within the 25 minutes and make me realise how valuable each second is..Version: 8.0

Studying reviewThis app is great which is the first time I got one here this is the first time I ever go a review on the first day I downloaded it I checked it out and I saw that it was managing time. I Offaly think this app can have some improvements. So for now I will leave and four star I would’ve gave you a five star it would’ve let me Just go straight to the calendar and let me plan out everything single minute of my time. Because I’m strictly required to use my time wisely I have to plan everything single minute. For example I plan when I eat drink sleep. so for instance I only have 10 seconds to drink a sip of water. 30 minutes eat,10 minutes and 13 seconds of a break from work and 4 hours of studying straight no bathroom no nothing, then 10 hours of sleep. You might be like “what in the world is this?”, your answer is it’s an review, that’s what this is. I’m basically describing..Version: 8.4

Effective study toolIt works for me! Motivating and focus inducing.Version: 7.4

IncredibleI recently been diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. I have always struggled with time management things like staying on task. This app absolutely helps! The white noise features are amazing for people like me who cannot focus in complete silence. Best of all you can determine how many minutes you want to be able to focus and how many minutes you would like to take a break! Love the flexibility of that. Too many incredible features to list!.Version: 8.2

A few tips from someone who is OBSESSEDFirst, I really do love the app as is, but I also see how much potential it has for people who are struggling with ADHD, or any other focus based disorder. Big wins: gamification of task complete. This is huge for someone who gets distracted easily. We need something to come back to and be excited by. I love that you can use hashtags, although i wish that you could add a label to a task simply by adding a #label within the task description. That would be a HUGE win. Second opportunity for growth I believe is the lack of interface options when it comes to your desktop version. I love that everything syncs, but wish it was more universal for UI and Ux. I love that you can filter based on so many different things, but I wish you could search for a task via a search bar. And last but not least, try marketing on tik tok. You have an amazing app that is so user friendly, but still complex and simple. 10/10. But I hope that you keep making improvements. Because it seems like it is 3 years behind while being so ahead and unique..Version: 7.7

FinallyThe perfect timer app for studying… after going through 5 others, this one is awesome! Cheers developer! 😄.Version: 8.2

Simple, clean presentationNothing extraordinary here and that's not a bad thing, simple app for a simple concept. Set your cycles and alerts and go. Reports are there if required, improvements have been made over time, yet there's still room to improve more..Version: 3.1

App is great! Lots of featuresLove that the app audibly notifies me when a session or break is done even if my phone is on silent. I liked it so much that I bought the lifetime of it. I like that you can create projects and tasks and track what you worked on during a Pomodoro. You can even switch tasks mid Pomodoro which is nice. The accompanying Apple Watch app is also fantastic and syncs up with the iPhone app. Only little con is the app lacks the feature to pause during breaks. You can only skip the entire break. I also wish there were more themes, maybe a little more minimalistic in style..Version: 7.7

Great overall app for productivity, needs improvements to detailsI use the app for todo lists, scheduling events and habit tracking. Overall the to do and focus sessions are great but the phone app to computer app syncing doesn’t translate accurately. On the laptop there may be 5 more minutes but the phone is already beeping. For habit tracking, the item can be repeated everyday but the notifications doesn’t: if you set a notification, it will only notify you the day of. I also think the forest game is a great idea! One possible improvement would be being able to choose different plants to grow: ex one could grow a flower for 1000g sunshine instead of a tree for 10,000g sunshine..Version: 6.4

Awesome appEasy to use. Straight up the point.Version: 8.2

Second best design, best analytics and compatibilityIf you are looking for a focus timer that lets you compare how you spend your study time not just between classes, but also tasks, and use that to compare to the grades you get, then look no further. After using other pomodoro tracking apps for a long time (both paid and unpaid) this one ended up winning because of the functionality. Unfortunately, the design has not been updated in too long and needs an ios revamp. This is true across all it’s apps for mac and ipad as well. Otherwise, best choice out there for fairest price. If you have tried forest and it wasn’t enough, or sessions and the analysis wasn’t right or too high a price, than this is for you. 5* if design is upgraded and apple watch app added..Version: 8.2

Love it so far, wish I could change order of tasksSo far I think this is the task management app for me. I love all of the features, I just wish I could rearrange the tasks manually. I type out the tasks to do in order of them needing to get done, but then they are listed out in the reverse order. I haven’t found a way to manually move them other than by priority, which doesn’t really help. If this was something I could manage I will definitely give 5 stars..Version: 8.2

How do I delete a project?How do I delete a project?.Version: 8.2

Increased my productivity!I love using this app! It makes studying more rewarding when I get my breaks and forces me to get started. Interface is easy to use and especially love the ability to sync between my phone and laptop in the pro version. One thing I would love to be added is the ability to set an end date for repeated tasks (ex: repeat X task everyday until Feb 2). Great work devs!.Version: 8.4

Useful, but timer sometimes breaks, hack to fixSo, first I love and recommend this app frequently. I use it daily to help me stay on track with my work and find I can avoid brain fry and get more productively out of myself with this technique. One extremely annoying bug is that every few weeks or months, it quits working, you start the timer and it starts counting down, but then at some point in the interval it resets to “ready to work” and doesn’t count the time in your report. It does this frequently once it starts. To fix it you have to sign out of the app and then sign back in. Caveat, that also restarts your daily login streak. I was bummed when I had over a sixty day streak, which affects my daily sunlight gamification motivator boost. Still love it and am still motivated, it’s been great for my dissertation..Version: 7.4

Such a good appI am always been a Pomodoro technique, adding task list to it is another level and this app does it the best. One feature I would like to see is the ability to import to-do lists from other apps. I had to duplicate my to-do from Microsoft to-do.Version: 7.5

Good app just dont like the way it shows the timeI really like the app, it is quite usefull. I would only change the format of the time, why in hours and not in minutes, if you put 0.4hs its confusing but 25 min its clearly. 1.2 hs isnt one hour and twenty minutes, is like an hour and 12 minutes, why not to put the real time, i dont know if some people like that way, for me isnt the best option, i tried to change it but there no option. After that really cool app, and cheers for the work and the time involved creating it.👌.Version: 7.2

Bug resets timerHi I’ve been using your app for a while. I think since the last update when I pause the timer and come back to restart after short while it has been resetting my timer back to the start. Could it be a bug with the new update? Thanks.Version: 7.5

Efficient and EffectiveMinimized waste of time and maximize your productivity..Version: 7.4

Incredible Pomodoro AppI can’t say enough good things about this app. It’s amazing for focus, but also allows me to chunk projects up, understand total time spent on a project so far, and predicate how much time that I have left on it. It’s incredible that this app is also free. It’s really one of the most useful apps that I’ve come across, and it entirely changed how I approach and plan out my personal projects and study time..Version: 8.2

Simple & FantasticTotally satisfied with this app..Version: 7.8

THE to-do appSo far, the most complete application of its kind with both Mac and iPhone apps, a lifetime subscription, to-do list… this is how you do a focus app!.Version: 8.2

AmazingThis is the only review I’ve ever written on any app (that’s how good this is...) Has a lot of alert sound options and does its job. I love how it has the leaderboard/study groups because it motivates me even more to put in my best effort to beat everyone else (hehe). Utilizing the Pomodoro Technique has really helped me run my old procrastinating self into extinction. I never realized how unhappy I was before I started to live each day mindfully. Overall, probably the best app I have on my iPhone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND..Version: 6.8

Has significantly improved my focusAfter two weeks this app has already made a huge difference to my productivity. One feature I’d love to see (and hence why it’s a 4* review) is the integration of other calendars into the FTD schedule. For example, I have regular scheduled work calls throughout the day, but I don’t want to have to re-enter all of them into the app and start timer etc. I’d love to be able to cross-sync so that I can see, if I’ve had two hours of calls in a day and four hours of focus time, exactly how productive I’ve been on that day..Version: 8.3

Great app - would like to see some improvements in futureThere are a lot of competitors as far as productivity apps go, but what I love about this app 1) is the fact that it has a WatchOS app too; and 2) the the to-do integration which helps me plan and really hone in to my most important daily tasks as well stats for time spent on every task or project. Some suggestions for improvement: -The watch app is a bit buggy. It doesn’t always allow me to tick off to-do’s from the watch, and the watch face complication that shows the time remaining on the timer, is not always correct. -The quality of the alarm tones (when your pomodoro or break is done) sound a little low-grade, which bugs me a bit. -Sometimes I just wanna do some broad work with no particular task in mind. Would be great if one could just start a timer for a project in general, instead of only being able to select either specific task, or “no task specified”..Version: 7.7

Easy to use, customizable and nice interface!Would recommend this app who needs structure and motivation to study or complete tasks. -College/university students -Neurodivergent brains i.e ADHD.Version: 7.9

This app has helped me so muchInside a week I feel SO much more accomplished and on top of my uni coursework. I was diagnosed with adult adhd a few months ago and have been trying to find good tools to help me with focus and productivity and this app has really minimised my stress and decision paralysis. It’s also really helped me to estimate time better than ever before!! I’d been using the pomodoro method for almost a year now just with the clock timer on my phone, but this just steps it up so many levels!! I love the interface for entering and categorising tasks, and it’s just honestly been such a great find and I’m so grateful for it..Version: 6.8

Easy and so helpfulDownloaded last week and instantly more focused thanks to the timer!.Version: 8.2

Dark Mode RequestLet’s gather support for dark mode feature across different platforms for this app. We would like developers of this app to add this must-needed feature to all platforms. Please, like if you agree! Thank you..Version: 7.9

StudyThins help me focus but it is not the best thing you can get but it is good but I want more Detail and not make it a little more distracting because the background is really distracting I know you can close the phone but are you doing still think you should get it because it does help me with what I’m doing so I just wanna say thank you and I know I get it and a four stars but it’s not the best for me but it might be the best for you so try it out if you don’t like it please don’t hate me.Version: 7.4

Reliable pomodoro timer with watch appI’m not even using any of the todo list functionality, but this is the only free pomodoro timer app I’ve found where the Watch app works reliably..Version: 7.4

Best app!I love this app! Is worth paying for it... I do all my projects with this app and at the end of the day I can see how much I have accomplished! Plus, I love growing the tree, it gives a bit more of motivation ❤️.Version: 6.8

Simple Pomodoro app that syncs with WatchGreat for getting things done. Easy to enter info quickly and has good options for focussed work.Version: 8.2

Great app; please consider these improvements.Hi Focus to do team, your app is absolutely amazing and has been a huge part of my productivity journey. I use it for academic, personal, and work productivity. I absolutely love the simple to use interface and the automatic flow of the timed work and timed break. With that being said I would really love the option to separate break time from work time. For example, being able to start the break timer without having first completed the work time, because sometimes I accidentally skipped the break time and I want to get it back. Honestly either way it is an exceptional app, but that little feature would be absolutely amazing..Version: 7.7

Best tomato clock everSimple but Comprehensive.Version: 3.3

Great appGreat app, love the scorecard grows a forest, grams of sunlight scenario. I also like the fact that you can make one time payment and then use on different devices. Used to have at 5 stacks but then they started asking me to review it every time I used it, which is annoying and, since I’d already reviewed it once, a little obnoxious. Hence the loss of one star adjustment. Hopefully this bought some time with that annoying prompt. Other than that works great for me and I have adhd. The point system is cool but interface is easy to use tag etc and I really like the growing a forest grams of sunlight concept. Certainly helps to keep me on task or at least get back to it when I get distracted more than just trying on my own. Helps me keep track of how long tasks take because adhd people are notoriously bad at underestimating how long some task will take..Version: 8.3

Almost perfectAn overall amazing app- and as a person who constantly uses productivity apps, it’s been my favourite by far. However, one small thing that could be improved would be the layout of the actual app- it isn’t entirely clear how many hours you do. I just think to have them in boxes instead of line texts would be more aesthetically pleasing. Otherwise, great app!.Version: 7.1

What a gem. Dark mode would make it shinier.Focus to Do is a gem. The project organisation features are a lifesaver. I have tried many similar pomodoro apps like PomoDoneApp, Pomodor, Be Focused, Pomotodo and none have fit my project needs quite like Focus To-Do. With that said if I could suggest only one improvement I would say a dark mode feature would be great. If they had a web app it would not be such a problem but since they don’t one is left with little options..Version: 7.2

Wow, this is the best productivity apps i’ve ever usedThis is one of if not THE best productivity apps i’ve ever used. Chinese app companies are just so generous compared to american ones. This app is packed with great functions- planting, scheduling, to do, pomodoro, relaxing sounds while pomodoring, list organization, study groups with friends, time stats/reporte, and a rankings list to boot -all for free! It is such a great app and i hope nothing changes. I have only used it a day and it made such a difference in my focus and helped me organize my time better. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE OR TAKE AWAY ANY OF THE FUNCTIONS. THEY ARE PERFECT AS IS. ONE SUGGESTION: the only annoyance is that there is no dark mode (想要夜間模式求求了)for the general screen. Would be flawless with this added in..Version: 7.2

My Daily GoTo App 4 Increased ProductivityI’ve been using this App daily, mostly on my desktop to track focused time. While tracking your time is fantastic, it opens you to where your vital time is going and if it doesn’t support your goals, the visual circle chart give you a rude awakening of wastage and allows you to make corrections to ensure your all your days and weeks’ focused time is optimized ✔️Highly recommend this App for increased productivity.Version: 7.2

Easy to useIt syncs with windows desktop version. Use it with white noise background and noise cancellation headphone, it helps to focus and increase productivity..Version: 6.6

Best time appFirst off all, i just want to say that this app is so amazing that i have nothing to say, literally no words can describe how good it is. Secondly, it has helped me so much to get of my phone and i have now discovered my study method, thank you so much the creator of this app🦋💫✨.Version: 6.8

There’s just one thing missingI would start using this and get rid of todoist IF there was the ability to sync it to google calendar. once that’s created, i’ll change it to 5 stars. this would be amazing for me bc it keeps me from losing track of tasks if i don’t go into todoist cuz if i go into google calendar i see everything on todoist’s list as well. but this focus timer would really help me because it would literally combine two of my most essential apps for getting everything done.Version: 6.1

GREAT BUT PLEASE ADD DEADLINES FOR SUBTASKSThe app is amazing for organizing my tasks and estimating how long each task will take. Also love the leader boards and study groups and it helps make doing pomodoros more fun and competitive. The tree is also a great touch. BUT PLEASE ADD DUE DATES FOR SUBTASKS THAT WOULD MAKE THIS APP ABSOLUTELY PERFECT.Version: 8.4

Best Pomodoro Timer AppI’ve been using this app since my university decided to move to remote learning for the rest of the spring semester. I’ve been using the pomodoro method for about a year now, but this app really elevates the experience since it allows me to see how much of each subject I’m studying. You can also use it to keep track of your assignments due date, which is a nice bonus. I can’t wait to use this app next semester as I will be able to use to it to estimate how long my normal homework assignments will take to complete..Version: 6.7

GénialHonnêtement ça m’aide vraiment à rester efficace et concentrée. Je suis quelqu’un qui procrastine beaucoup et cette application la m’aide vraiment à moins le faire..Version: 7.2

Use it every dayVery convenient app. I use it every day on my laptop and phone.Version: 7.6

GoodI like it. It’s very good :).Version: 7.1

This one worksAfter trying other few options like auto time blocking, sync calendar and else, I come back to this simple todo list +timer. I just like the generous free features, multi platform support and simple design..Version: 8.2

100% recommend to increase productivityIt’s great to see a visualization of the tasks you’ve done and how long you were productive throughout the day, weeks, month, etc. it boosted my productivity because I am able to see how much I actually worked for the day. It’s satisfying to see all the past task done and the hours of effort you put into it. I’m a university student, so it’s very important to keep track of all the materials and exams I have coming up. I can keep track on how long I actually study and work. I’m able to pace my work out, meaning I don’t procrastinate as much. Pomodoro technique is a way to study!!.Version: 7.3

Everything at one place! Love itThis is one step solution for all my tracking needs. It works on iphone and my watch as well wherein I can control timers on my watch. The Graphs, Analysis and Real time sync makes everything feel so good unlike other apps like Be focused pro. P.S. Few issues do exist which I have mailed you guys. Please try to fix them asap. Also, I request you to create a widget for this app. Really need that.Version: 7.1

Pretty GoodPretty good app, I use the to-do feature to schedule all my assignments. My one suggestion is to add a dark mode theme so it doesn’t hurt my eyes at night. 👍.Version: 7.7

Amazing app (Just pay for it already)Overall and amazing pomodoro and to-do list app. I’ve been using it for years now and it is a staple app I always come back to. Only minor caveats is that it doesn’t integrate with other email platforms. But you can easily just download the chrome plugin for desktop use. It’s an absolute must though that you go ahead and pay for the premium version..Version: 8.0

Ingenious AppSo easy to use, and so powerful and complete solution.Version: 8.2

Love Focus To-Do!It helps me keep on track of my tasks without being distracted..Version: 3.3

Great AppGood app. Cloud sync is great. Great price. Other apps asking a fortune for the same features. Problem with the split screen on IPad... Unable to press pause or stop on split screen. And problem continues going from split screen to full screen. Have to rotate the iPad on full screen and thus seems to fix the issue... But annoying....Version: 2.1

Overactive Brain? Get this.It allows me to set reoccurring tasks and set the time blocks for how long it may take me to complete or I can start a stopwatch during a task then stop when finished. It lets you set up soundscapes to play during the task that you set for example when I am working I like to have the coffee shop sound playing and during meditation the crickets sounds, there are many to choose from. It has a chart so that you can look back to see how you spend your time. Very effective if you procrastinate like I used to. It’s worth the premium version and comes with all the bells and whistles. Don’t think any further just get it and thank me in your head later lol 🍀😊.Version: 8.4

Absolutely love this app!I started using this about two weeks ago because I wanted to better track my time, stay more focused and see how long I was spending on different tasks. This truly helps me to stay focused throughout the days, and pushes me to maximize my time during each pomodoro! I’d definitely recommend!.Version: 8.2

Very good so far - After a week of usage, but…Greetings, I am pleased with the app. It is proving to be Very useful. But I do have a problem: I wrote to you with a few questions, but you haven’t replied. Also the groups, and other contacts you suggest within the app do not function. Otherwise very happy! Thank you, C..Version: 7.8

Best app for me!!This app is PERFECT for me!! I struggle with my adhd and time gets away from me constantly. I also have such a hard time getting work done in any kind of decent timeframe. This app lets me keep track of everything. I can set multiple reminders. Everything can be easily moved around and edited as needed. I tried several apps and this is the one i ended up loving. I’ve actually managed to use it consistently which is not something I usually manage. Great app. Price is super reasonable too.Version: 7.2

Great but needs improvementAfter using it for 3 days, there are a few things that I wish this app had. First is the ability to start/pause while in FULL SCREEN mode. I prefer to use FULL SCREEN because it’s less distracting but I lose a lot of functionality. Also, I wish it would automatically populate the next task but keep the timer where it was as opposed to starting over. Just a couple of things that I’m remembering at the moment..Version: 8.2

Working well so far!I’m currently a first year college student and I was having a hard time grasping the 3 hours outside of class concept for homework and would only set aside a small amount of time for work. So far this app and the pomodoro method (goes far beyond just this app) has been extremely helpful with keeping track of what assignments I have left to do, how long it takes me to complete an assignment, and how much time outside of class I’m spending on work. Only weird thing is that before I got premium I changed the timer to 45min thinking it would help me and could not change it back unless I purchased the premium. Outside of that great app that I can use on my phone, laptop, etc..Version: 7.4

ADHD & Dyslexia ControlAs an older adult, relearning anatomy and physiology has its challenges. Using this app certainly holds me accountable and provides me with constructive feedback on how productive my day has being. Thank you..Version: 8.2

Great app but syncing is not consistentReally useful app for organising tasks but when syncing between iPhone & PC often misses subtasks. On PC I might see 10 subtasks but on iPhone only 6 subtasks show up. So it is not syncing or comparing data across platforms. Will have to stop using if this is not fixed..Version: 7.2

Study successThis app help me to keep on track with my studies. The background sound I chose prevented me from hallucinating and focused more. Being able to receive reminders also helped a lot. Having a timer displayed motivated me more as I was able to see how much time I had wasted when I got distracted. Overall I recommend this app especially when you are the type of person who is unmotivated to study e.g. me..Version: 8.2

One of the best productivity apps out thereI seriously hit the jackpot in finding this app - the perfect Pomodoro system and task management system all at once. Plus the forest feature is so fun (for me anyways). This app is the closest you’ll get to finding everything you need in a to-do list and pomodoro system. Definitely worth the lifetime premium subscription. I’ve already been using it for a month and I’m looking forward to the new year with this app by my side..Version: 6.6

Favorite App of MineBeing able to categorize what the pomos were for and looking back to see how long I’ve studied each thing is SO nice! It keeps me on track for tracking how long something should take for studying. I do wish their computer app for microsoft had more features. I also wish I could add a pomodoro that I did but didn’t use the app with… For example, I timed myself just forgot to use the app..Version: 8.4

Efficient and usefulI really like the app previously using the Pomodoro on my own it really makes it easier to set up. The to do list and goals section is also really helpful to organize tasks and then complete them.Version: 8.2

Perfect for time managementI have a hard time imagining how much time it will take me to do my tasks in a day. With this app, I can list out all my tasks, guesstimate how many pomodoros(25 min. segments) it will take me to finish each task, and it calculates how many hours my task list will take. I can separate the tasks into categories, so I know how long it will take me to clear all tasks in one category. (For example, I am a teacher and it tells me that it will take me 10 hours to finish all my tasks in the “Grading” category, so I know I should break it up into multiple days)..Version: 6.8

Has helped so much with my attentionI struggled remaining focus and can lose track of the time. Love the white noise and time. Have been using it when working from home..Version: 8.2

Best Pomodoro App that I’ve used!I’ve used many pomodoro apps and I keep coming back to this one. I have more than what I need. The interface is intuitive and beautiful. The todo element mixed in with subtasks, tags, and a pomodoro timer allows you to do everything that you need to do without having to leave the app. It can effectively be managed from the devices lock screen. It keeps track of usage and provides stats. I highly recommend this app! Hats off to the developers..Version: 8.4

Such a useful productivity toolI love this app. I use it to stay off my phone and focus on important tasks. It really helps me focus on my morning routine, study, emails and creative projects..Version: 7.4

Really needed an app like this! This is such a great app, so far really enjoying all the various features and it’s quite easy to use. Only suggestion would be to improve the UI and UX design, so that it’s visually simpler for users to navigate. Otherwise, I’ve already paid for the lifetime version, and I’m excited to see how this app develops!.Version: 7.3

It’s actually free!I love the app. I’ve been looking a lot for stuff to manage my time better, and so far I’ve found very few that are free. They usually say free, and then charge a fee after you download the app. I was impressed by this one. For one thing, it’s actually free. It looks very highly developed and the features on it are great. It’s very organized and scheduled. Plus, you get to grow little virtual trees. I wouldn’t change anything there. The only thing I would change is the fact that there seem to be no notifications. (I tend to be quite forgetful and notifications are extremely handy.) Other than that, I love it..Version: 6.6

Fantastically well-made appExcellently thought out. Simple and useful. Best Apple Watch integration of all Pomodoro apps I have found. Includes a watch complication..Version: 8.0

Great app for time managementThis time management app is one of the best ones I have used . It is so easy and practical to use to stay on track of the work and task that you need to do. Amazing App !!.Version: 6.8

Good but some suggestionsI think this app is great and really good for motivation. There are a few things though, one if you delete a project the time you did doing that project is gone. I was organizing my classes in projects then decided to put it all in one place so I deleted the projects and my time also got deleted. I think if you have a short project and then are done with it it shouldn’t delete your progress. Also I think it would be nice to be able to join more study groups. And maybe also have the option of a stopwatch. Sometimes you don’t know how long you will study for and something like a stopwatch option would be good for that..Version: 6.7

A must have for studying!Great app. Syncs with my watch and Mac perfectly. Cuts out distractions really well. Lots of customisation for just how you like it. Get it now!.Version: 3.3

Excellent productive applicationThis application help me finish my research I can’t improve my productive of cooking and also visualise progress.Version: 7.4

Power consumption is too highNice app overall. It indeed improved my productivity. However, the power consumption of this software is too high..Version: 7.2

Needs Dark Mode!!Very good, would give 5 stars for dark mode..Version: 7.2
