Sizing and alert messagesSizing is not transparent and hard to navigate to have a comparison to European sizing I signed up for alerts and never get the email alert although I have the app, is that meant to be like that?.Version: 6.2.9

Can’t add addressLovely pieces and website. But no matter what I do I can’t save my address to make a purchase for delivery. Head scratch going on. Very strange as there’s no problem with other sites. A pity I can’t buy anything..Version: 6.4.15

Still crashes during checkoutWas trying to make a purchase in the app yesterday when the app crashed on me repeatedly suiting checkout process. After sheer brute force it finally worked but it was painful. Would appreciate a more streamlined checkout process that’s integrated with my account..Version: 5.1.5

Please fix this!I'm a new fan of Sézane and been trying to collect more and more of the products. I've been loving the app as well because it's aesthetically pleasing but then I've encountered one problem.. Every time I tried to choose the "notify me" button, I got logged out instead from my account, so this caused me unable to fill my stock alerts section. It's a small problem but still such a bummer, would hope that Sézane would fix this soon. Also, another feedback. I've downloaded some clothing apps and there is this one app that would let you swipe the pictures without having to click on the preview pic first..that would be much more convenient in my opinion. Other than that, the app itself is beautifully made that I can't help to just open and browse once a day Thank you!.Version: 6.2.9

TerribleSo complicated to find anything or to sign up or pay. You want too much personal information. Constant glitches with screen shutting down. Setting up shipping was so frustrating and again lots of glitches. I almost gave up and didn’t order… : / if people don’t want to log in make it easy for them to buy your product- sheesh!.Version: 6.1.13

Love the clothes, hate the appThe clothes are amazing but their app is a mess. The stock alert page used to be my go to, now it’s been limited to very few of my restock alerts and the order is from the oldest to the newest which is the opposite of what anyone would want. If you can’t improve it, revert it because the way that it is right now, it’s useless..Version: 6.4.12

New app is very poorNot sure what they’ve done with the new app but the pages take forever to load (on a fast connection!) and it’s impossible to find things. Can’t find the look book any more, can’t open new arrivals. It feels cheap..Version: 6.5.1

FrustratingI love the look of these clothes and shoes but I can’t find any information on sizing. It would be helpful to know the measurements for each size (including shoes length and width). It’s annoying to buy something internationally (from Australia) without knowing the sizing, and then have to go to the trouble and expense of returning if it doesn’t fit. Poor redesignThe app no longer shows which items in my wish list are in stock. The item listings also no longer show where each item is manufactured so now I have to resort to the website to find this information. I wish I could downgrade to the last version!.Version: 6.0.0

Payment issuesWhen the box appears on the screen asking you to choose how to authorise your payment (visa) the box is too big for the screen so therefore buttons you need to press to proceed are not visible. You can not authorise your transaction its just stuck at that page. Only way successfully pay is through website. App is very unreliable..Version: 6.6.8

Shocking systemsI have been a Sézane customer for years now and the Technology issues with the app and the website never cease to amaze me. Imagine the capability of 1990s website with fancy pictures, that’s basically this. Issues include, not refreshing, not synchronising between app and web, endless link-dead-ends, faulty links, crashing, search engine functionality not working.... I could be here all day..Version: 6.1.1

Please fix this appI love Sézane clothing style but this app is full of glitches and it takes me a long time to find the items I want. I have tried to save my favourite pieces but every time I open the app the list is empty.. Unable to create an account/poor customer serviceI have tried at least a dozen times over the past week to use this app without success. It will not allow me to create an account - the button at the end will not load. I missed the Halloween sale after trying to place an order on the app but it taking me to the register page and not letting me register. I contacted customer support who told me over 3 emails, sorry don’t know what’s wrong. Very disappointed with the app because I really was hoping it would make shopping with sezane easier. I asked to be connected with a supervisor and was not given that opportunity..Version: 6.2.5

Frustrating to use but has a lot of potential and small changes would make it greatThe most recent issue is when adding a delivery address when trying to checkout. I try to input my address but only the keyboard for letters and numbers comes up, I cannot use commas to input my address manually and the auto fill to find my address does not work. I had to type out the address with commas on a separate page and copy and paste it into the form, then it tried to autofill my address again and wouldn’t let me save the address. Items randomly disappear from my basket even before the timer ends. Or if the timer ends on one item it seems to take all items out of the basket, even ones just added. The app randomly closes or signs me out of my account. If it wasn’t for these issues the app would be very easy to use..Version: 6.3.2

Sézane app reviewThis is pretty clunky to use. You can’t process or view any returns in it. And you can’t review the details of items in your bag. I do like the search facility though..Version: 6.0.7

Not so easy to place an orderI feel that the way I have to choose my address was a little difficult. Nothing bad, but the app kept switching my address. It took me some time to finally choose my actual address. Not sure why. Thanks!.Version: 6.2.11

Create Account Doesn’t WorkI filled in all of my info, double and triple checked but the “Register” button doesn’t work at the bottom. I even went out of the app and back in again to let it reboot. Not much good if you can’t register and create and acct..Version: 6.2.9

Beautiful, but nonfunctional experienceI’ve loved the aesthetic and mission of this brand for a long time. Unfortunately, the UX does not align with the beautiful design. The app doesn’t allow for functionally choosing a geography (I’m in Portugal and EU countries are not displayed for me), the CTAs don’t work within checkout, and support simply suggests trying a laptop. Alas, I’m without a laptop at the moment and inventory sells out quickly, so the multiple items I attempted to purchase are no longer available. Quite unfortunate user experience for a brand that seems to value beautiful, thoughtful design..Version: 5.1.9

UI experienceAt times it was confusing to add buyer’s information, address. If a field wasn’t completed there was no indication that field is a mandatory field and it has to be filled, example is Company. Most of us shopping skip that as it’s not related to us. So we leave it empty and then we can’t move to the next step as the save button is not active..Version: 6.4.11

Nothing showing upI still had to go back to the website to shop as nothing showed up on the app..Version: 4.2.5

Check out was difficultThe address part is odd and it was greyed out when I wanted to go to next part even though it was correct. Also it forced me to do the $15 delivery fee vs the $8. It was greyed out for the $8 so I had no choice. It was frustrating and took awhile. All else was amazing..Version: 6.5.11

No stock alertsIt’s a nice app easy to use but I never get alerted for restocks, never, even when things are restocked I just don’t get any notifications. It’s a real bug bear as I’ve updated the app and settings … yet nothing. Please sezane can you fix this! 🙏🏼.Version: 6.7.4

What’s with the sizing?Never have I ever seen such confusing sizing! Yes there are products I like on there, but they have really gone above and beyond to complicate choosing a size. I am UK 8 or 10 maximum, but I see nothing like this on their app. On the sizing bit, it says if you are over 5 foot 6 choose such and such if you are below, choose such and such. Can we please just have the EU and UK/US/AU/CA size standards please, I am sure it won’t be rocket science for you to implement!.Version: 6.4.15

Love the clothes; wish the app workedGet it together! Your app is always frozen or crashing, and the time allowed to checkout is insufficient. I just had 5 items in my cart and was selecting shipping method and was timed out—now I have an empty cart and have to slog through the app again to add everything. Tip: if the customer is in the checkout flow, it’s in your interest to not clear their cart!.Version: 5.1.9

Pretty badOr rather pretty pictures but bad app. It took me so long to enter my address that I lost the chance to make my purchases. Both items sold out now. (The Rio collection, which I’d even tried earlier this AM and it wasn’t set up for purchase yet. I give up.) The screens for address addition are clunky and weird and this is only partially because it’s not properly built for US customers. Why do app builders not know the critical concept of user testing?? New version is terrible!!The new version is supposed to be an improvement but is much worse than the one it replaces. Can’t open any of the pages and seems to get stuck on Gift cards. Items kicked out of basketIf you don’t buy your items within 20 minutes they are deleted from your basket… I like to add items sometimes over the course of a week before I commit. Re-adding and searching for the same items again is a waste of my time. The check out process was very finicky. It took me multiple tries to get it to work. There was no indication of timing for delivery. Also weird is they ask to choose your country - but it’s actually a list of provinces. Then there is a mandatory field for the name of your address, a feature we don’t have in Canada, so I didn’t know what to put there. Clothes are nice, which is the only reason I pushed my way through this process..Version: 6.3.1

Terrible app to have to useLove the brand, hate this app. It takes 10 minutes just to find a simple list of clothing options by type when you first start using it. Then the shopping basket will only keep things in it for 30 min so if you don’t buy right then you have to start all over. There’s no size guide. I wasn’t able to add a unit number to my address. Hardly anything in the app worksI get errors when i try to view any of the lookbooks and cannot view any items for purchase at all. My wishlist from the website it not viewable in the app. The app is basically useless to me..Version: 3.1.2

Gift bag message comes up and then disappears.It is not clear if the gift bag is in my package or not. A website message flashed on the screen it’s the last day to get a free bag and nothing else after. I’m not if i will or not get the bag. So annoying every time. Address not recognisedIt took me about 20 minutes to check out as the app would allow me enter both the correct postcode and street address for both my work and billing addresses. Most frustrating..Version: 6.4.7

Not functionalEvery time I try to hit the heart button to save to favorites it doesn’t work. I just updated the app and it did nothing. When I tried to turn on notification alert for an item it just kept loading and eventually I just closed app to open again..Version: 6.2.0

The APPWhile the photography has an “edge,” it doesn’t really show the items. Many times the item I’m interested in is ancillary to the photo and I can’t get a real impression of what it looks like. Also, it’s unnecessary to have to press ‘validate’ every time you want to see the item in a different color. I would like to see photography that showcases the item. And I’d like to see ‘validate’ removed..Version: 6.4.13

Mailing addressAdding a Canadian mailing address is challenging, you enter all aspects of the address and often some details disappear when clicking the use this address. This is extremely frustrating. My last package arrived however there was only a street address and province with postal code. The city I had entered wasn’t on the package..Version: 6.6.8

Would it kill you to show the hem of a sweater or shirt?Would it kill you to show the hem of a sweater or shirt? All your items are tucked into high waist pants or belted with huge belts. Do your photographer and stylist understand the difference between editorial and sales? Because I don’t need 15 photos of a model lying down, waltzing down some street or lounging into a chair. I need to know what the garment looks like - this includes the hem, waist and cut. Brands at all price points seem to grasp this concept. Your store looks like it’s selling women, not sweaters. I can only assume that the quality has become so diminished that you can’t actually show a clear photo of the entire item. You have to somehow obscure part of it to hide the defects in design. And FYI - most people above a size 2 don’t tuck the entire bottom of a bulky sweater into their pants. I’d like to meet whoever is like, “Hey, today is a good day to look fatter! Lets add a bunch of hidden bulk around my midsection so that inches are added to my waist and hips! Tuck that oversized wool sweater into my trousers.”.Version: 6.2.0

Gone downhillI’ve ordered things in the past without issue. Lately I’ve had packages randomly cancelled with no reason after waiting for weeks to get them. They have horrible customer service and don’t really do anything to help you as paying customer—similar companies go above and beyond to make things right and they just don’t care..Version: 6.2.9

Items don’t saveI like to add items to the bag and then to go away and come back later to potentially purchase. However, on my return to the app on the same day the cart was empty! ConfusionNot sure if it's an intentional move from the french or their website is seriously messed up, but if you don't speak their language you'll have a hard time placing your order as it randomly swaps between english and french..Version: 6.1.0

Cannot register to create an account.This site has issues, maybe need to fix it for iOS because the app will not let you create a new account and my iMac is doing the same thing, you fill in all required info but the register button won’t work at the bottom of the page. 🙁.Version: 6.2.11

Challenging to loginI seem to have been stuck in an endless loop of re-entering my login info in the checkout process. The only way I got in was by deleting the app, reloading it and resetting my password. I was very close to giving up..Version: 6.4.9
