✓ Picky butApp is great eye candy and works well and I’m thinking of buying. Only one complaint is categories. Glass & china collectors don’t want to scroll through coins & stamps. Other choices for finding glass/china aren’t quite right either: Decor or Dining/Kitchen. They should pull rugs out of decor to their own category or class as furniture. But in the end I’m sure you can never make everyone happy with something like that..Version: 5.4.1

✓ Great Way to Shop Estate SalesI downloaded the EBTH app on a recommendation from a close friend, and I have yet to be disappointed. This has got to be the easiest, most enjoyable way to shop estate sales. EBTH consistently supplies good photos and thorough, detailed information on every product they put up for sale. I bought the last two pieces of jewelry I’ve given my wife from EBTH, and both were beautiful, well-made and exactly as advertised..Version: 5.2.1
✓ Great appI absolutely love this authentic auction app. They have stated so consistent with app layout and ease of biding simple and wonderful display of items. Everything I have purchased has been exactly as pictured the only reason I don’t purchase more from this site is due to the outrageous shipping cost even of smaller items. I understand why some items have higher shipping costs but I pass on a lot of smaller items and limit my bids due to the shipping cost of items which is outrageous. I also wish there where more of these places for pick up other than Ohio if they where in Charlotte Nc this app would be the best thing ever. But it’s tough to drive to Ohio for all these purchases. ✓ This app keeps improving in many waysFor a while I was receiving ceramic and glass items broken. They will not reimburse you for damaged items. You have to provide all kinds of documentations for them to introduced them to UPS. All you can hope is that UPS will reimburse you. Since last month their packaging has improved, better quality carton and tons of bubble wrap. Therefore I feel more confident bidding on fragile items. Something else that has improved is the shipping timing. It used to take 10 days for the shipping process to start. This past Christmas all my winnings were shipped right on time. You do have to be very careful when you bid and the actual cost of things. Between shipping and tax, the bill comes out much higher than expected. Otherwise, I am loving dressing up my new home with beautiful art..Version: 4.3.3
✓ Love this siteLove this site, I feel like they do a great job on the descriptions. Love the fact that they use GIA in their grading of stones and identification of metals. One small thing that I fine a bit annoying is when they measure the ruler doesn’t start with a measure mark, like on most rulers it has this extra space. I actually cut this extra part of the ruler off because I measure a lot of standing items. I feel like if you are going to measure something and post a picture it needs to be more exacting,other than that love the site. ✓ Addicted to EBTHI love this site , everything is as described. Their customer service is wonderful. I’ve been shopping with them over 2 years . Each experience has been great . One thing I learned the hardest is to read the description. I’m not good about visualizing sizes of objects, so the item is was either larger or smaller than I thought . ✓ My personal experienceI do alot of business with the louisville branch of ebth buying and selling. The staff are truly great people and the managment is flawless. Stephen Couch is an awesome dude to do business with. If your looking for fast money or to move your items quickly, this is not the place. it does take some time 4-6 weeks start to finish but when you get the check... its great. I sell alot with them and i get 2-300% more than i would on Amazon/Ebay. i would recommend to everyone- layden.Version: 3.7.3
✓ App shuts itself down...EBTH app shuts itself down while I'm browsing the items. Can't easily get back to the place where app shut down. Getting extremely frustrating. Also seems that app loads extremely slow and there are always problems with adding shipping costs during sale checkout. Love the site but hate the glitches!.Version: 3.5.1
✓ Read the Item Descriptions Carefully Especially When Buying JewelryAlthough I have purchased some great household and decorative items, I would caution bidders to be extremely careful when buying diamond jewelry. I bought a diamond necklace that arrived with tan diamonds. When I went back and read the pull down item description, it listed tan diamonds. I felt that this information should have been in the banner not hidden in Item Description. I felt duped. Also, unlike eBay, it it difficult to ascertain the size of jewelry pieces. Almost all sizes are in mm, so unless you are a gemologist, it is hard to determine sizes. I purchased what appeared to be a nice sized pendant with several diamonds, and I tried to determine the size based on mm. It was so tiny, approximately a 1/4 inch that I thought I had been sent the wrong item. eBay will show pieces against a ruler so at least bidders have a visual for size comparison. So, considering the risk of getting stuck with expensive, unused items, I now pull out of bidding on expensive jewelry. To my knowledge, there are no returns on EBTH as compared with eBay..Version: 3.7.0
