✓ Verging on the bewildering, iOS10 setup hard to findI've been programming computers since FORTRAN II on an IBM1620 in 1968. And I'm fairly familiar with Macs and iPhones. Unless you find your way to the right instructions, forget it. You can get it to work on iOS 10, but finding the instructions is not trivial. Considering how extensive the take up is of iOS 10, this is not good. Not recommended for the beginner. One trap: you have to buy the Reflector app for OS X so it's twice as expensive as it looks at first sight. All it really does is echo the iPhone screen to the Mac. You can't do anything with it on the Mac, just look at it..Version: 2.2
✓ Just don't do it...Not worth it at all... Downloaded to watch a movie from my phone, didn't work. You're better off connecting the phone to the Mac for mirroring rather than paying for this. ✓ Don't waste your money. 😠This system is so unreliable that I've become visibly angry when I attempt to use it. (Something I paid good money for) I've only ever gotten it to actually connect once or twice. I've tried so many times, given them the benefit of the doubt the first few times it simply "couldn't connect" and I've never gotten anywhere close to getting reflector to work properly. ✓ Dreadful upgradeHad been a user of Reflector 2 for a couple of years across a few devices. Had a few problems but was bearable. Upgraded to Reflector 3 in the hope it would solve them. ✓ Won’t ConnectIf you are like me and you don’t have a degree in advanced engineering, you require apps that are simple and easy to use. This app is not one of them. This app requires a network connection to work perfectly between your iPad and computer. I have fiber optic wi fi that is extremely fast, but it just wouldn’t connect. I tried a dozen times, and it just kept giving me a network error message. I would not invest money in this app at all. I wish they offered refunds....Version: 3.0.1

Thus no presenting from the iPad itself. The "Reflector Student" app is what I was looking for to "direct" or show a presentation from my mobile device.
