The reason❓ I paid my money, I downloaded the New Feature, (large file!), and that’s it ‼️ There is no way whatsoever to access or open the file. I complain to Support, I complain to the App Store, I was very patient waiting for an update that would correct the situation but I have to admit now, there is no hope.
