A Noble Circle for Positive User Reviews

CaptivatingPlayed the whole thing through in a single session, although it took me most of the afternoon. Really high quality indie game that doesn't require super fancy graphics or effects to give you a good time, and there's actually some beautiful philosophical aspects to the whole thing. Looking forward to updates..Version: 2.0

HopeNot one for writing reviews, but this is a wonderful little game with a heartfelt message. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with next..Version: 2.0

HopeHope Not my favorite game of his but his games always deserve a 5* in my book, an awesome dev and an amazing story teller that makes you look into yourself as you play any game of his! You are seriously an awesome dev and I hope you keep making more games just so I can keep buying a game from a dev as amazing as you!.Version: 9.1

HopeReally appreciate all your work, it's obvious you have a deep passion for it. Definitely worth the $0.99, will be keeping my eyes open for any of your future endeavours..Version: 3.4

Favorite Game: HopeFound this game back in May 2015, and there is still replayable value! Every update Amir adds something new or improves the story. So naturally with every update I replay the whole game reading out load the amazing narrative. The music is also phenomenal so play with headphones! Looking forward to the next update!!! Update: 1 year later and I still play this game. Compass makes this game 10x easier so there is no reason for you not to buy it!.Version: 9.1

A Valiant DeveloperThese games really open your eyes to the observable universe. I love the mathematics and how it helps perceive incomprehensibly large or small objects . I really do recommend :3.Version: 6.0

HopeTruly an amazing game, and it has more than paid for itself..Version: 6.0

This is the TitleWhat? Can you hear me... *tap tap* Anyone home?? Welcome to the review of this game that you are contemplating purchase. A man walks into a bar....No A sloth crawls into a local hardware store, with sweat on his hairy green brow he wipes it away with his distinctively red bandana. The clerk shoots the sloth a look. "What is a sloth doing in a hardware store?" He thought to himself. "They are the laziest of all creatures." Before the clerk could speak the sloth stops him and hands him a card on which there was writing. It reads... Dear store person, I am a sloth and have spent the majority of my life hanging around and sleeping. I'm a lazy creature. Today I played a game called "This is the Title". It truly inspired me. Tomorrow is a brighter day... I will do more with my life..Version: 9.1

Thank you"Hope" Beautiful game.Version: 6.0

HopeLovely little art game. Hope your team keeps making these for a long time! Thanks especially for dynamically adjusting the difficulty after I die 5 times in a row..Version: 9.1

HopeYet again I've been suckered into another of these folks wonderful games, keep it up.Version: 9.1

HOPEAmazing game I love dialogue and you have incorporated so much dialogue. I was talking the other day to someone about a dark room and we were on the topic of dialogue I was one of those players who actually reads dialogue in games such as Pokemon and cod where no one else does like the person I was talking to but they said that a dark room is the only game where they actually read the dialogue. I think you have a dime a great job you are making all the indie gamers out there proud.Version: 3.6

Nice gameIt's a really good game, I've completed it a few times... Although the new jump mechanic is really cool, the earlier levels are somewhat too easy with it! Keep up with the nice updates tho !!.Version: 4.7

More than ImmersiveAfter reading all of the five star reviews, I thought this would just be a game that was just good. But I soon realized (while finishing the plot in one sitting) that game is much more than “good”. With fantastic music, fantastic “anti-plot”, as well as eye-opening statements. This is so much more than just a game. 100% recommend..Version: 13.3

HopeVery addictive for any competitive person that has the will and determination to go on. Played this non-stop and finished up to where it's last updated in 1.5 hours. Looking forward to future updates. I absolutely love the games by this developer, it's deeper and much more intimate than it seems despite the simple interface..Version: 3.4

Beautiful.I can’t even describe it other than beautiful. The story of Circle is a masterpiece that the world needs. The music is so calming and they game play reminds me of Geometry Dash. It’s such a simple game with such depth I’ve never seen before! It found a balance between comical and serious. I wish I could give this game one hundred stars!.Version: 13.3

HopeI wrote a long review that got deleted because I forgot my password. I can't stand the thought of typing all that again, so here are the highlights: 1) Flatland, Sphereland, Flatterland, and Planiverse. Great riffs on the societies in some of those books, and great use of this genre as a metaphor. Way back when you wrote the first version of this game, the very last moment of the story was radical - the Circle just bounces alone, on and on and on. I think we were meant to keep going looking for a last Easter egg and wondering: are you (the designer) still there? Just as you must have wondered if we (the audience) were still there beyond where you ended the story. We are..Version: 14.5

HopeAn absolutely amazing game. It was far better than I expected (and to be honest, I expected a lot after playing A Dark Room). Simple graphics and gameplay, but a humorous, interesting and at times, quite frankly an awe-inspiring plot compared to most other mobile games..Version: 2.0

Hope:).Version: 3.4

HopeThis app is honestly so creative and interesting. This indie developer is one of my new favourites and i adore his other app "a dark room". This app is both frustrating and fascinating with an intriguing storyline and rage-inducing tasks you have to get through in order to continue the story. Its amazing and i really cant wait to see what else will happen with this app.Version: 5.1

This game. It’s a lovely, meaningful experience it makes you think it’s very short but it’s message is clear and it even gets easier if you haven’t mastered the controls haha I love every bit of this game and every game this man has made I hope I can experience several more games by this man in my life time I wish I could give this wonderful developer more than 5 stars.Version: 9.1

Hope. Please can you create another app like the dark room. After playing it, I couldn't stop thinking about it ❤️.Version: 0.5

Hope.I recently bought the 3-pack from the App Store - Dark Room, Ensign, and this. Great stuff. Especially a Dark Room. Refreshingly different. I described a Dark Room to a friend as a "minimalist, surrealist, survival mystery", although by the time I finished it that description seemed lacking. Hope to see more from you, and from others - others you and your indie peers will hopefully inspire..Version: 0.15

HopeFun and frustrating, both at the same time. Worth playing through until the end..Version: 3.6

HOPEThe laughing, The crying and the Hope. You have made a masterpiece of a game. A game where you bounce a circle through his life. Also I can see how much this really means to you and how much you care. I'm in till the end!.Version: 4.7

This gameThank you truly thank you HOPE.Version: 13.3

HopeHope.Version: 9.1

HopeHope..Version: 9.1

Deep understandingThis is by far one of the greatest game made. It sparks the minds curiosity and imagination, but what’s better is the connection the story has to the player..Version: 13.3

HopeI loved this game. Gorgeous music, unique but fun gameplay (which personally I would've preferred more of) and interesting storytelling to go along with it..Version: 3.6

HopeLoved every second of it. Now this is my third review of his games and I love it all. A dark room, the ensign and now a noble circle. When I first bought a dark room, the first of the lot, I bought it because it sounded interesting. It's so much more, and so much fun to play. The ensign... Now that game I hated for so long until I finally made some good progress but all the while I keep playing because of hope. After playing and completing a dark room I bought the ensign without even looking at the description and reviews because I hade faith it would be as good as a dark room. And I was right, it was so much more. Then I found a Noble circle on the App Store. For once it was free, amazing. It's such a great game with an amazing story to go with it. I recommend you try this game, and you will love it I promise. You may be frustrated at first but it is amazing. To the creator of this game, keep developing it and making it even better than it already is, and make more apps because I will be first in line to buy them..Version: 0.12

GreatCan't wait till there's more updates hope.Version: 7.3

HopeThis is one of those games that reminds us that programming can be an art form. While only a work in progress the simple one button mechanic is executed in a flawless, simple and rage-inducing style that pairs wonderfully with an up and coming story that makes you truly think about the simple things we do every day in everyday life, it's not finished, but if it continues as well as it starts there's going to be a beautiful game at the end, well worth one, measly dollar..Version: 0.15

What is my violin?3 games and countless hours later. These small, beautiful experiences cost very little. You put the game down and ponder. That small question above made me close my eyes and ponder my own life experiences, the small things that make you angry or happy throughout the day. Focus on what matters. And enjoy these simple games with the large ideas. Also, go and be a hero for someone..Version: 13.3

SpeechlessI feel unworthy to give this work of art a review. The creations of Amir give me pause.. this one particularly brought me to tears. The beginnings of these “games” are always fraught with questions and strange curiosities and thoughts. Its not until about halfway through you realize that you are violently invested both mentally and emotionally trying to make sense of these unfathomably deep yet simple worlds. By the end, the curtain rises, you are greeted by the creator and you feel a cool and unnerving sense of accomplishment and wonder. I really have nothing left to say. This is a thing of art, and it is good. Thank you..Version: 13.3

KnockoutI’ve played all of Amirali Rajan’s games and ANC was the most thought-provoking game of them all for me. I remember playing through the first time and loving the dialogue, exploring and learning the world. As you play it again the charm continues to captivate you. Playing it a third time I’m still bemused by everything in the game. I love the world, the characters, each interaction and how well the game plays. Challenge yourself, think deeply about your core beliefs and enjoy laughter along the way..Version: 13.3

HopeAlthough I am not a developer of anything, and I do not personally understand the massive struggle and endless challenges you face, I'd like to think I have considerably more realistic view of your world. Every time this is updated I feel warm knowing that you continue to strive for your passion though all odds. Respect and hope, and by the way I love the farts :).Version: 4.0

Lovely storyThis is so well thought out and I absolutely adore the music!! It’s so much fun to play, I only wish it were longer..Version: 14.5

WowIf it’s okay, I want to use the “new dimension” point from this story and use it for my own. Of course, you will be credited because you are such a great example of what inspiration is. Thank you..Version: 14.5

Hope.You have my sincere respect..Version: 0.4

HopeAn amazing game to test your patience and skill. You never know when the game will actually end...and that's the most fun part. You get attached. Would definitely recommend..Version: 9.1

HopeI have never left a review before but I had to this time- thank you for another great game, so engrossing as always! Can't wait for more of this one.Version: 0.15

HopeThe game developer that is needed in this world. I don't know what this game is, happy? Sad? Maybe it's something that can't be said with basic words, perhaps meaningful then? In the end after completing this I don't know what it is, it frustrates me, made me smile, I laughed a lot. I may have even been a little tearful when I was questioning my own existence. In the end all I know is it made me feel something I have not felt before. It teaches you about death so you can care about life. I want to question more, I need to throw myself into this again. So keep your hopes high and keep doing what you love, you still have some time left..Version: 2.0

HopeVery enjoyable - love the music, effects, and sketches amongst the stories.Version: 7.3

Hope.I discovered this by chance, remembering A Dark Room and checking the other developed apps. I was a little confused as to what this was at first; it starts as a finicky game that requires quick reactions and a bit of luck, then turned (quite to my surprise) into a journey of perspective. All in all, short and sweet. If you're still developing, I look forward to more..Version: 2.0

HopePersonally I would have preferred more gameplay. Not less storytelling, but after the metropolis thee was whole story with no gameplay. Grim lol. Aside from that, you make my favourite mobile games. A Dark Room was beyond words, and I can't wait to complete The Ensign, despite the fact it resets the game every time you die. What gives?!.Version: 2.0

HopeI "hope" you make many improvements (although improving this even more then how good it is already seems impossible) and additions.Version: 5.1

Amazing GameI absolutely loved the game. The music is so soothing, gameplay is clever and with the addition of the story, the game is awesome. Admittedly I found it frustrating when I couldn't pass some of the levels but the sense of accomplishment afterwards makes up for that. Keep up the good work :).Version: 0.8

HopeSad to see this project end, but I'm excited for what's next. Rajan's work is captivating and deserves all the support it can get..Version: 6.0

Hope. This is wonderful. Please keep going! There is definitely hope for a more free and appreciated talent that strives for excellence without the pay check in mind..Version: 0.6

Nice job AmirHoping I spelt your name right! Nice job on the game and as one of the people who were here from the beginning ... THE "Light" PART IS SO HARD ... Compared to before :/.Version: 4.5

HopeYou give me hope that games can free of in app purchases, adverts and repetitive and boring mechanics. I wish this gives you the hope that you deserve. Thank you..Version: 0.6

MagusHope to have more of your apps in my collection very soon. Keep up the good work. Well done and thank you..Version: 0.5

Hope.For a better tomorrow..Version: 9.1

HopeI hate points now..Version: 0.15

Hope !I expected a normal tap and hum along game... but this was so much more. I got chills at certain points, I got sad and excited, and often I moved to the edge of my seat! This is so much more than a tap game about a little circle. This is so much deeper than a game, and I am just floored by how much work and love was put into A Noble Circle. Well done, developers. Very well done <3.Version: 13.3

Have Hope. This game is amazing and I’d like to thank the developers. So. Thanks... I’d rather wings. We should all hold onto hope. Everyone should have hope. I matter what they’re going though. Some of us have a different hope. For me it’s not a hope but an assurance. And assurance that I’m going somewhere better. But not because of me. Because someone else did something for me..Version: 9.1

Love it!Definitely worth a play, all the way to the end. Very thought provoking. I keep coming back every 6 months or a year and re-playing it. The ending stories always hit me hard. Awesome musical scores. Can’t wait for his next app!.Version: 14.5

It’s definitely a work of artI started playing the game I think one year ago. I think I stopped somewhere before the square saga. This night my boy fell a sleep to the sound of piano by Raphael so I decided to try to play through the game as far as I could. To be honest i enjoyed and I did not enjoy the gameplay. I found some solutions which I think the developer was not having in mind and having “jump” button made some puzzles all too easy. I’m not sure if all of the puzzles, let’s call them puzzles , could be solved without jumping. I don’t feel very much motivated to go back and try again. Also, I sometimes could not execute moves precisely as my finger was covering the screen and I could not see what was happening below my finger. Maybe there was no other option to solve this or to design this in another way, but it’s just something I felt. I LOVED the story. I really do. And bonus stories are also amazing. The author really knows how to narrate and this game is story heavy (despite having an antiplot 🙃). At the end of the main arc and at the end of the game I really felt moved. I would give this game million points for the story telling (that’s 1 with ten zeros … give or take a zero) but only few points for the gameplay..Version: 14.5

HopeHighly polished game. Not an overly long or challenging game but a game with great character. It's not often that you ponder existentialism for 99 cents. Massive fan of the developer's other works. Hope you keep bringing out new content Amir. Mark in Newcastle, Australia..Version: 3.6

HopeThe ending was amazing if not, perfect. I could empathise with the circle as he continued on with his story. I particularly loved the stories at the end and I am not going to lie, it brought a tear to my eye. Ayy that rhymes :) Thank you for completing this game, it had been a lovely 9 months waiting for each week or so for new updates and playing it. I look forward for your next game ;).Version: 6.0

HopeChanging the mobile gaming industry one circle at a time. Truly love your work..Version: 1.6

HopeI love what you're doing with your game designs! Keep it up :).Version: 9.1

In love with this game! (Hope)As a big fan of the original book “Flatland”, I absolutely fell in love with this game. It takes the original concept and manages to add yet another layer of imagination. The humor is also a very welcome addition. I hope that this developer will make more games in the future because I will certainly play them..Version: 14.1

Hopi ear candlesA beautifully simple game controlling a rolling ball through some occasionally maddening jumps, woven together with the inspired storytelling of one of most intriguing game developers on the App Store. Gives you hope. (As you may have picked up from other reviews.) Short but very very sweet..Version: 3.6

HopeWhen i first got this game, i must admit it. It looked very interesting. And when i first started it up i was great, i LOVED it. And then i reached two levels called: The Axe Gang and The Pursuit Continues. When i reached that i thought that this would just be another rage game, but, i persisted and it was really the ending that hit me, it was more heartfelt and thoughtful than anything i have ever seen and it proved me wrong. Please get this game and support Amirali. Do it for the ending. Please.Version: 3.0

Great AppThis is a great app, I was confused at first & frustrated that I couldn't pass the levels but it makes you realise there's more to it than just getting to the next stage, the story behind it is worth while! Continue with the amazing apps!!.Version: 0.8

HopeWith love, human.Version: 7.3

Beautiful experienceI had a great time playing through the game. It had a fantastic storyline, and it kept enough gameplay elements to keep me invested throughout the experience. Good job, my friend, for you have something unique here. ❤️.Version: 13.3

Great game but no longer works on my deviceI am on an iPhone 8 with IOS 11 and the game now crashes on launch, the compatibility section is outdated at least for the older phones and operating system updates. I just wish apps wouldn’t just flat out destroy themselves on older phones like they all seem to be doing..Version: 14.9

HopeThis game is amazing! I love the storyline and the sound and music in it. The whole game and everything in it just fits together really well and it's just an all round amazing game. I've played your other games too and they're amazing, you're just an amazing game designer. Thanks for making these games that give me HOPE..Version: 4.0

HopeSimple, yet entertaining. Funny, yet serious. Thought-provoking, yet at times juvenile. This is what mobile gaming SHOULD be. Something simple that ISN'T a microtransaction hell or a grindfest with no substance, yet has enough meaning and effort and value to keep the buyer engaged. I support this. I support Amir. I've bought all of his games (that I know of) because they're exactly what I need when I have nothing else to do and want to have FUN. Play on, people. Keep going, Amir. Until next time..Version: 9.1

HopeThis game is worth every penny I spent on it, I can't even count how many times I've replayed it.Version: 7.3

HopeLove all the games by this developer. Takes me back to the games of the 80s and 90s that needed to involve the player and have them piece the world together in their own story. Very engaging. Highly recommended!.Version: 4.5

Hope :)I did enjoy this one quite a lot. Thank you for the little stories as well at the end, always delightful to get something to bring on a little smile..Version: 9.1

Hope, beauty and wonderThis game is beautiful. That is the best word to describe it. It is so brilliant in its subtlety and minimalism, and so powerful in its story and execution. I am still amazed at how much it has made me care about a little circle. I've been with this game since the second update it would appear, and it is truly amazing. I love how it has grown, how wonderful it has become, and what a brilliant piece of art it is. This is a truly marvellous and beautiful piece of work, and I am so happy it exists. As a side note, I love the song. A wonderfully touching ending that is just perfect for where and what it is. P.S. Why can't we do more stars for awesome games like this? Like, an extra star or two to display its pure brilliance?.Version: 6.0

HopeAnother mind-bending, self-reflecting beauty from the crew. It’s official, I’m buying every game these guys ever release without question!.Version: 13.3

HopeI picked this game up the moment I became aware of it. Dark Room was such a labour of love that I couldn't wait to see what else Amir created. I have enjoyed A Noble Circle tremendously. My only regret is that it is very much a 'game', which while great for me, means that some of my friends who don't get gaming in the same way, will never really be able to experience it. Personally I thought the challenge was perfect!.Version: 3.4

HopeI played that whole thing (amazing and totally worth it btw) for a rick roll?!?! Disgusted... (kidding).Version: 9.1

HopePlease don't stop making these games! They are amazing!.Version: 4.9

AbsolutelyTREMENDOUS.Version: 14.5

HopeDon't give up your fine work :) it's amazing developers like yourself that proves to the large corporates that we WILL pay for a beautiful game..Version: 0.15

HopeThank you for inspiring me again, this game kind of reminded me of that poetical, soulish ease of creating which I haven't felt for a while,my favourite part of the update was the dance of the terrified men and women in flat land(at least that's how I viewed it) I'd recommend to anyone in need of anything philosophical or simply someone who likes learning or questioning things.Version: 3.6

HopeHope.Version: 4.9

So Worth ItThank you for this game. It is so original and refreshing (and absolutely infuriating at times when I bounced wrong! Seriously, I had to put it down a few times because of that Axe Gang of Timmy's. Wanted to take an axe to THEM I tell you!). I love it, and am so grateful I found it. I hope you will get your wish Amir - you're lucky to have found what you're passionate about. Keep up the good work - and please make more! Edit: Thoroughly enjoyed all the new twists! Got to play a whole new game, essentially, so yay :).Version: 14.5

HopeThis game makes you think, but not about itself. Play and find out..Version: 4.9

Different. Unique, in fact. And in a word, great.Obviously a labour of love, with... gameplay I suppose is the word, that is so very different to anything else I've ever experienced. And I've been playing games for well over three decades. I recommend it for something that's refreshing. A change of pace..Version: 7.3

HopHop.Version: 4.7

A sleeper hitI should have known I’d be impressed by something else from the creator of A Dark Room. Well done.Version: 14.5

HopeGames as an art form are struggling for relevance, and even within gaming, you have the neglected mobile games. Seeing someone finally hope to not only see change but be on the front lines is incredible. This game is not only a testament to your capacity to inspire and enthrall, but is also just a really excellently designed game. The mechanics work, the exposition and the storyline create another universe entirely, and seeing a game as a self-aware piece of work is so rare. While there are incredible benefits to immersing the player, it is fascinating when a game is discussing itself, or it does something just to remind players that this is another world. As someone who is looking to enter game concept art and design, I can't wait to see more from the Picasso of modern gaming. Bravo..Version: 3.6

Cannot play it with voice-overI bought a dark room and the ensign and finally this one, and to my surprise it wasn't playable with voice-over. However, I am not too bothered as this man deserves every last penny he gets for the last two games he has developed. I don't care if I cannot play this as he deserves the money Respect to the brother. Many thanks for a dark room and the ensign..Version: 6.0

HopeThis game shows so many things in such little time... And it does it perfectly it describes things like racism/sexism and the fourth dimension and points of view and the lives of three people and so much more. This game truly shows hope for the gaming industry that something that is only 3 dollars can be great. This game is quite the opposite of a cash grab, this is a game for a super low price for the content you get. Buy this game immediately..Version: 13.3

Hope.Quite an interesting game, worth paying..Version: 3.4

Hope - you are amazing AmirKeep up the amazing work, Amir. Your games are so entertaining! While everyone is busy being sucked in to paying to remove ads on clash of clans I will be playing 'ANC', 'A Dark Room', and 'The Ensign' knowing my one time payment for these great games are going to a worthy developer. (Please make another game like 'A Dark Room')..Version: 1.1

A sweet and fantastic gameA few years ago, I stumbled upon the game a dark room. I was unbelievably charmed by it and enjoyed it thoroughly. It combines aspects of story telling, philosophy, and fun game mechanics to create an overall fantastic experience. I found the exact same thing with this game. I am very please with your work, Amir. Keep it up :D.Version: 13.3

Hope.Such an amazing game. I could go on and on about the simple yet efficient controls, or creative designs, but that's not important. What is important is the message this experience tries to showcase. Hatred, because something is different, cannot always be trumped, but hope always remains. And we must hold onto that hope..Version: 9.1

HopeA beautiful game.Version: 4.7

HopeHope.Version: 7.3

HopeThis is a beautiful game. I love the message behind it and to the game developer, Thank You..Version: 6.0

A developer who can do no wrongI will play every game ever made by this dev. This is yet another fantastic experience. It’s fairly short, the story sticks with you, and the gameplay is perfectly suited for mobile..Version: 14.5

It's you, it's me, it's all of us.A Noble Circle is whatever you want it to be. It can be a mildly irritating jump game in which you decide to quit every five minutes. It can be a journey into your own beliefs, your own thoughts, your own dreams. It can be the game that breaks your phone screen. It can be the history of your life told by someone else. It can be a beautiful, melodic journey through the mind of someone with the imagination and thought that you wish you had before you bought the game. Just like with any of Amirali's life altering games, it can be whatever you want it to be..Version: 2.0

HopeThis game is amazing, I love the non-traditional gameplay, with more of a storyline. Very interesting, and hard to stop playing :).Version: 9.1

Thank youThis game, along with your others, is an absolute gem. Thank you for following your dreams and creating!.Version: 0.15

HopePlayed every one of this creators games, and every one of them is amazing. This one specifically was awesome because of the music, as well as the unique and gameplay. Words cannot express how amazing these games are, you really have to experience the work of art for yourself..Version: 9.1

Fantastic! Just a little too shortIn all fairness, I could play this game for years if it never ended. This game has such a unique way of exploring unfathomably complex ideas, but I wish that there was more of it! Or more detail perhaps? Either way, if you don’t mind the briefness of the game, I can’t recommend it enough! Very thought provoking and super meta..Version: 13.3

HopeNice game although I feel the controls should have been tighter allowing control over the precise direction you want to go toward and the precise distance you want to go and the current controls just don't do that for me. I also felt the explanation about the size of flatlanders was way too long and just skipped most of it..Version: 9.1

A study of Flatland...?A study of the old mathematical fiction classic Flatland and yet so much more..Version: 14.1

Interesting..Like the other games Amir has created, it kept me hooked until the end. It’s a rather simple game with a simple plot, but that doesn’t make it bad. It’s meant for a certain type of people; people who have the patience and persistence to finish what they started. The only thing that I found annoying about this game was how after you died in a section it would make it easier for you. I didn’t really have a sense of accomplishment after I got past most sections, since the difficulty was lowered. But, I can see why this was added. Not everyone will stick around to complete that one difficult section of a game. 4/5. Keep doing what you’re doing, Amir and co..Version: 9.1

HopeA Noble Circle is a great game with good game mechanics and a great story..Version: 7.3

Hope in hopeless game worldGreat game / piece of art that is bewitching and just hard enough to keep you going. Keep up the awesome work. PS must be played with sound / headphones!.Version: 4.7

A beautiful walk in the woodsEven more than Amir’s previous apps, “game” isn’t the right word. It’s a simple experience. Like a walk in the woods, it’s its own reward. It’s not about winning. It’s not making a point. It’s just itself. If you enjoy that kind of thing, take a walk with Amir. A turn on the music. You don’t hike with earplugs..Version: 13.3

Not Just Another GameThis story is a remade masterpiece! No matter how many times I pay this game, the story, music, and the quirky circle always get right in that soft spot in my heart. One would even say it feels like a raindrop on my heart! It has such a bittersweet ending that all great stories have. My only wish is too see more of Circle or another great app from this already AWESOME developer!!! This game lit a fire in myself when I needed it most. When my family fell apart and everything was so numb and cold. I could always take solace in at least helping circle get a happy ending. Not to mention that weird politician music always makes me laugh. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you for making this amazing experience!.Version: 13.3

HopeI love the games you make. I've beaten a dark room, but not the ensign. I've had the ensign for months but haven't really tried beating it. I've been loaded a really stacked map, with lots of houses around me so I could only hope for the best. I've also really enjoyed the references to the ADR and ensign. It hasn't been loading up for me though recently. When I try to start it up it stays at a black screen and crashes immediately. I'm on the iPad 2. A fix would be nice..Version: 7.3

HelpMaybe I’m missing something but when I get to around the end I keep getting teleported and I’m sure if I’m doing something wrong or that’s how it’s supposed to go?.Version: 14.5

HopeThis game is really inspirational and extremely well made and unique. On the gameplay aspect of it, I wouldn't really recommend this game of you are annoyed easily. But the real point of this app was the story behind and it. <3.Version: 4.7

HopeMore than just a game; it's an experience worth undertaking. Highly recommended to anyone looking for something more than your typical game..Version: 9.1

Good gameThe difficulty will become lower after a few attempts so it did not make me mad. In the meantime the developer tells good stories that make me reflect. I think he can be a good science fiction writer after ADR, the Ensign and this game ;).Version: 7.3

Way Deeper Than I ThoughtIt’s a super dope game that makes you think about human life as well as the lives of these little circle and line creatures. Crazy the amount of parallels there. Really makes you think about perspective..Version: 14.5

HopeAnother wonderful game by this indie developer! I loved the ensign and a dark room too! Great to see games with thought put into them rather than just "clones".Version: 3.6

HopeHope.Version: 7.3

Loved this quirky non-gameUnusual and fun. The designer is unique.Version: 13.3

HopeKeep up the splendid work Amir :D.Version: 5.1

PhenomenalLet me take you to a city in Illinois, where many things happen and nothing ever changes. There's a boy who spends many hours a day, trying to find peace. Trying to find some calm, or just a safe place. When he sees a 2 dollar app and thinks "it won't hurt." After laying in bed, and reading to the end. He sets the phone down and listens for a while, he remembers the vastness of it all. He remembers the futility. Most importantly, however, he remembered how special it is. To be reminded of how lucky we all are, is rare. It's so easy to get caught up on things that don't matter; objects, fame, money. Thank you for this time. Thank you..Version: 14.5

HopeI think I'll also start making gifts of his other games to my friends. I played through them when they were free and really enjoyed them..Version: 9.1

HopeCan't wait for more, and will keep reviewing with every update. Ironically I reached your message of hope within the hour of me reviewing The Ensign, explaining how all of your games give me hope for better development from any dev in the future. How funny. Either way, keep up the good work Amir!!! Will be following this one every step of the way.Version: 3.4

HopeAmazing game the end where you wrote about the story of the girl who played the violin really made me think.Version: 5.1

HopeInteresting app. The text is a bit bothersome to read, but I guess you don't have to. Hope..Version: 6.0

HopeThe message..Version: 7.3

Hope...fully this is not the last gameThis will be a review of the noble circle. Played the first story of the dark room(the ensign must wait because I refuse to play it before I finish the dark room properly). Before playing the noble circle I knew a bit about flatland and I thought why not give it a try... At first I thought it would be a fun and lighthearted. At the end of the game I had to take one hour of my life and try to comprehend what the game talked about. After that I the credits. I have to say, the passion story really inspired me and made me question my life's effort up until now. Can't wait for your next game..Version: 3.0

HopeTruely incredible. Thank you so much to the creator of this game. For a creator he is, of a beautiful (sometimes frustrating!) world. I played A Dark Room too, and that's amazing. Check them both out..Version: 4.2

No more rage quits, I Hope.Well done on opening the Sanctuary to us, Amit..Version: 14.1

I hope that everyone tries this gameIt's a beautiful game, simple yet complex, made with love. Genuinely entertaining and stands strong as an independently developed game in the sea of commercially developed apps..Version: 2.0

Intriguing and originalAfter playing A Dark Room I tried this by same developer. This game has a good message and takes thought to “win” each section. It is thought-provoking and original. I was a little disappointed in the end as a song loop, which is the 4 stars rather than 5, but probably because the rest of the “game” (not sure that is a good word to describe this venture) was so well crafted..Version: 13.3

H o p eI hope that everyone else enjoyed his game as much as me. It’s changed so much since it first came out, and I’ve replayed it a million times, but I still get lost in this game every time I play. I hope that Amir will continue to update ANC and fill it with surprises once again..Version: 13.3

Hope, keep it up!Love the work you do and hope you can continue to develop more..Version: 0.15

Hope!Thank you for another fantastic and thoughtful game. You rock, sir! I'm a working musician. Your thoughts are relevant in that world also. Thank you for being :).Version: 9.1

An Excellent JourneyThis is an edit to my previous review after the most recent update: After talking to the developer about making some changes he agreed with a good portion of them and implemented them in the most recent update. He removed lines that made the game feel like a cash grab and kept the parts that made a Noble Circle an interesting experience. I dont think it was ever his intention for this game to be a cash grab now after talking to him over several emails and I will still be an avid follower of all his games..Version: 13.3

HopeIncredibly frustrating, yet strangely beautiful in some way- along with 'A Dark Room' and 'The Ensign' this is one of the most amazing games I have ever seen.Version: 1.1

HopeThough my nurtured cynicism leaves me with some questions. So far, I have only reached the end of our Circle's noble journey once. However, so many other Circles met their untimely fate by pointy person, laser, moisture etc. Did that one Circle win a lottery? Does that mean the others lost, or is the victory shared once one of them achieves it? Would I volunteer to be one of those shattered circles, should the need arise for such a journey? Would you?.Version: 6.0

HopeHope.Version: 6.0

HopeA beautiful game.Version: 9.1

HopeHope.Version: 5.1

HopeThis game is a real work of art, as unique as his other games, the room and the ensign.Version: 4.5

Hope...fullThis is how I wish more games were, to break the 4th wall in such a way, not merely acknowledging your audience, but drawing them in, captivating them. The originality is amazing and the gameplay is simple yet fulfilling (Though I must say it is by no means easy, prepare for slight frustration) thank you Amir, thank you Raphael, thank you Michael and thank you to other indie developers who create works of art that often go unnoticed, I tell you though, you ARE appreciated and admired by your peers, people you have never met and I, "To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world" - Dr Seuss Never think you are nothing, for even nothing is something..Version: 1.6

HopeI was so moved by this game. It's brilliant. I got misty-eyed in some spots. Thank you so much for following your passion--it really shows. Thank you, Amir, for your artistry and narrative. Thank you, Rafael, for an amazing soundtrack. This game made my day brighter. Buy this game..Version: 13.3

HOPEThis game was absolutely amazing, I was very impressed right from the beginning of the game through to the end, it was so creative and it's obvious a lot of effort was put into it, thank you sooooooo much for making this game I loved it, I played your two other games (the dark room and the ensign) and loved them as well and I can't wait to see new games from you :-).Version: 4.7

I wish Amirali had a larger catalogI played a dark room for the first time years ago, and It completely captured me within its silent genius. When the ensign and later a noble circle were released I played them immediately, and was warmed by their subtlety and intelligence. I am sad to say for a long time I had them deleted from my phone and had forgotten about them. Recently reminiscing on them I’ve re-downloaded them and am so happy I did. All of these games were made with great love and care, and I will never make the mistake of deleting them again..Version: 13.3

NostalgiaI played this game first when it came out on my old iPod touch. I thought this game was so cool and the music was what made it cool. There was no jumping mechanic then. Just the “story.” My brother and I played it together and got stuck on MANY of the parts young kids would expect to get stuck on. Just recently, I remembered this game existed. I wracked my brain for the name and came across it one night and played through it. Great experience. Brought back the nostalgia of staying up late and trying to beat the one area to hear more of the story. The stories after kinda hit home about how the game does feel. Thank you for this game!.Version: 14.9

Loved this gameI loved the game and the other games you made. I also agree with you message that you told us..Version: 4.7

HopeWhat a fantastic game. I first bought and completed the ensign nearly a year ago, and loved it. I then completed ADR shortly after. I revisited both games last week, because I missed them. And then I found this. One of the most interesting games I've ever played. Well done. You really are brilliant. Please keep delivering such gripping game content. It's my birthday today, and all I can do is daydream about when the next update is!.Version: 1.1

HopeHope.Version: 4.5

A brilliant gameThe creator of these games is so insanely talented it has a brilliant story a perfect balance of not to hard not too easy I can't wait for another update P.S. Hope.Version: 4.7

Missing the old mechanicI just redownloaded this after a long time and realized the movement in the game is completely different. I miss the difficulty of the first version where you would have to jump back and forth, I wish there was a classic version or a additional movement option, that rewarding feeling is gone but it’s still a great game..Version: 13.3

Another beautiful storyNever stop making games Amir and co. You never fail to astonish me and bring me to the verge of tears with such simplistic design and anti-plot. The questions you cause me to ask myself or that you outright ask me change how I view my life every time and I cannot thank you enough for that. Thank you, for everything you do..Version: 13.3

Hope.I have mixed feelings about this 'game', it was pretty frustrating at times and somewhat fun at others. It obviously gets repetitive, but that doesn't matter, that's not the point in this. I found it very thought-provoking and it was nice to see that much passion. I would however have liked a chapter select option, a restart option and other settings. Maybe a write up of what is said and shown. I just feel the whole repetitive, jumping game, took away some of the greatness from the experience, I did like that I had control of what as being read and interacting almost with the world..Version: 3.4

HopeSuch a beautiful game! Definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.Version: 9.1

HopeHope.Version: 9.1

Great game HopeThis game is just beautiful I'll always keep writing reviews keep up the good work can't wait to see what else you add but plz no more lazers.Version: 4.7

HopeOne of the most beautiful and stylish interface. This is not just a game. You are making a change in the mobile game history! And I am so grateful for it! Looking forward to the updates!.Version: 0.5

HOPEThrough the simple lack of any storyline than that to inform an audience of facts that cant be comprehended allowed the gameplay to be truly immersing and hypnotic. Your diagrams are insightful, and knowledge; invigorating. Keep making new updates, this 'game' is truly something beautiful. Ps. There are few grammatical/spelling errors within, so just double check some of the words. Overall? I thoroughly enjoyed this soothing hour of my morning. Thankyou. Its designers like you that create hope for the future of gaming..Version: 3.6

HopeAmirali Rajan back at it again. He is easily my favorite app developer by a long shot, and anytime a new game comes out, I gladly fork out the $3 for it. A Noble Circle is one of those games that is so good you can’t describe just how good it is. The narrative is delivered masterfully, the themes clear and focused, and it makes you think about things you never would have thought about before (the whole planc explaination was my favorite part). Near the end of the game I actually started questioning my values, and how I should shape my future. No game has ever done that to me. Please, spend the $9 dollars and by all of Amirali’s games. They give you an experience Clash of Clans never will..Version: 13.3

HopeAn amazing and beautiful experience. Different to A Dark Room but still with a depth and perspective we don't see in mobile gaming. Astounding..Version: 2.0

A Breath Of Fresh AirThe real future of thoughtful gaming for those tired of the mainstream pay to play format. Not only is this game affordable, it’s also delightful and at times worrisomely on point (no pun intended) with its social commentary. Simplistic in design, yet packed with a thoughtfulness and beauty that makes you remember what it’s like to wonder. In a world consumed by an infinite number of relentless distractions that lack only in true substance, this game is a gem of hope..Version: 13.3

Sound broken on iPad versionSweet game. I’ve finished it twice. The sound doesn’t work on the iPad version though. Deleted and reinstalled, also restarted device but no use. Sound works on other apps, just not this one. Sound works on iPhone version though..Version: 14.5

HopeHope.Version: 9.1

HopeA simple, yet stunning piece. An undoubtedly challenging game, but is sweet at times. The concept of using the simple ideas of shapes in the making of a great game is so creative! The graphic and music tied within the game is sweet and pleasant. Thank for all the effort! It's much appreciated :) sending hope ---->.Version: 1.1

HopeThis game is beyond incredible. It's beautiful, intriguing, relaxing, (at times, like all great games should be) frustrating, amazing, enjoyable, I could continue for ages, but it's hard to express in words. A Noble Circle not only provides a great gaming experience, it also provides an intriguing narrative/storyline which keeps you engaged - waiting eagerly for the next update. There are amazing moments of awe and wonder throughout this game that leave a lasting impression - it's truly inspiring. This is a beautiful experience, download it, you won't regret it. Update: Thankyou so much for helping with the 'axe gang' I really appreciate it. The music and sound effects are incredible and the storyline is very intriguing along the the great sketches and obstacles along the way. Thankyou so much for adding such valuable and incredible apps to the App Store <3 Update: The new concept you have recently added (the labs) is so incredible and clever, I love it so much thank you again. Update: Still fantastic! Update: Beautiful additions, as always 🙌🏼.Version: 4.7

HopeBought due to A Dark Room, best iPhone game I've ever played. A Noble Circle is completely different - genuinely interesting and thought provoking narrative. Slick and unique gameplay. Well worth the money!.Version: 2.9

HopeWonderful game, definitely worth it.Version: 4.9

Hope●.Version: 9.1

I’m so confusedThe game was great, clearly designed to be more art than game. Where I’m confused is that in looking at other reviews, I don’t seem to have experienced all the content. Did the game designer redesign the entire game, making the old content unavailable? That seems to be the only answer as I spent 20+ minutes trying to move past the ending and at this point can only assume that I reached it..Version: 14.5

HopeBecause hope is what we need at this time. It's what needs to brighten up the people surrounding us. Just like Amirali Rajan's words of wisdom inspired me. I'd like to thank the developers who also helped with the a noble circle, and I hope that you guys keep making games.Version: 7.3

Please read indie games 👇I have a good idea of a game. I think it could kinda be like scribble nuts meaning you write something in a pad and it appears and you use it to build your city like in your game a dark room. And maybe what you can make with the notepad increases meaning you can make it bigger and better.Version: 3.6

HopeAs someone who is sick of playing games that want to drain me of my money by making me pay for feature i already have or just to speed up the game it is nice to have such refreshingly good games being made. Keep up the good work!.Version: 3.6

HopeHope..Version: 4.9

Beautifully Crafted GameANC shows you the beauty of the world we live in by breaking our world into its simplest forms: the second and first dimensions. Through the journey of a simple circle, you truly discover the nature of the world around us..Version: 13.3

Great gameThis game is just fabulous, it really gets my curiosity going. The art is just so fantastic and simple. I loved every moment and finished in one sitting. On a side note there is a point where circle is spelt cirle..Version: 9.1

Hope.Such an excellent game. The soundtrack is phenomenal, as well as the writing. I love the concept of Flatland in Edwin Abbott Abbott's book, but this takes it to a whole other level. Thank you for this wonderful that made me laugh, cry, and scream in frustration. I hope other people are moved by the powerful message you tried to convey as well..Version: 9.1

There's 'Hope' yet for the gaming Industry!Love this masterpiece! Rustic and simplistic gameplay with a meaningful and existential storyline intermingled with sense of humour and creativity. You'll be challenged of course but DON'T give in (or rage quit) please, because you will be due-fully rewarded at the end of the game with some insightful and extremely hilarious content. Thanks to the developer and if you are reading this I wish you all the best with your violin..Version: 4.0

HopeKeep going.Version: 0.5

HopeI hope this developer keeps putting more games out there, A Dark Room and Ensign are truly awesome 5 star games and this is a very enjoyable little number too. Thanks :).Version: 0.15

HopeI can't wait until the developers make More content.Version: 0.12

So excited!Amirali Rajan has made amazing games I’ve played over and over again. I’ll gladly pay the small amount to support him as an indie developer, in respect to his beautiful creativity in such simply designed games..Version: 13.3

Hope.Have some a buy this game. Incredibly fun to play, each update makes it even better. A perfect example of how music works to make gameplay even better..Version: 3.4

HopeIf all games were created with such passion, honesty and integrity, we would lose our ability to speak to one another. We'd play games all day everyday. Such a simple, beautiful thing. I feel like I've entered a temporary autonomous zone when I play. When such a game makes you question you're own existence, you understand the beauty of the technological era we live in..Version: 2.0

HopeLoved the game! It's so creative and interesting... However...I have a question/problem...not sure if this is a glitch or not but every time I try to redo the game after I got to the end I die within 200 steps even if I didn't touch anything. I could just stay there and not move and die. The raindrops from the end of the levels show up too. Is it supposed to be like this? Thanks!.Version: 7.3

HopeThank you.Version: 3.4

Adorable, Deep, and a spectacular journeyI was bored, I decided to look on appsgonefree for any old game to sit down and relax to. I found a pretty average looking game, downloaded it, had a look at it. Who knew that a game about a circle could make me feel so many emotions, it talked about politics, judging people by their social class, and lots of adorable and inspirational stories about regular, everyday people. If you have an hour or so and you feel like having a nice, calm time, download this app. It's witty, funny, adorable, mind blowing and touching. I highly suggest you get this app. It's been the best experience I've had in a long time. Thank you Amir.Version: 4.9
