✓ NO GRAPHIC DESIGNER NEEDED EVERRRRNo offense to graphic designers but as a small business owner I have a limited budget. With marketing costs being what they are, and more so in this pandemic I have minimize some cost. This app is AMAZING! I used it to design my logo for product boxes. I used it to design artwork for merchandise for my product line. I used it help my daughter with a project. The possibilities have been endless. I don’t have to pay out money for the smaller branding designs. I now have the option of seeing what I can do first. I have even purchased it for two of my devices on other accounts. ✓ Great app, lots of choice and worth paying forAs all thinks you could get more but worth the money for social posts and creating pictures for your social media backgrounds. Does all that’s needed so grab or find a pic and add some words to make it yours. I bought Videorama too after so must be good. Keep adding pictures as great to have more choice. And I would like option to send at different times or days as save and have to go back, but this is what other apps are for. ✓ LOVE THIS APPOk, so, first of all, I LOVE this app. It’s so great for backgrounds on your phone. You will never get bored of it because you're always doing something new on it. You are always making something new. Now, here’s the reason why one of the stars are missing. The in-app purchases are ridiculous. But having so many photos and fonts already makes up for it. Also, you can’t put multiple photos on one creation. That’s not necessarily a problem, it’s just something I’d like them to add to the app. So, overall, this app is AMAZING. I’m on it 24/7. ✓ Great app for basic editing.I run a small Inspirational page on Facebook and I use this app to add quotes to my photos with ease. Never planned on using watermarks in my photos but I did because it was such a simple add on to my photos. For small applications this app is a dream, if your running a million dollar photo lab and want to edit photos for starts, probably not the app for you. You have to “guess/calculate” where the centre is (not good if you have OCD). If this app can do that I would rate it 5 stars. I even purchased the upgrade since I’ve been using it for years and wanted access to more fonts. Can the developers please fix this? More fonts and ability to centre texts (like IG). ✓ Amazing! Except...I really do love this app! I use it pretty much every day. One suggestion I might have is to add or change out fonts a little more. Like, have one that will constantly change or rotate with seasons or even a couple times a year. Like the Halloween typeface... maybe it isn’t Halloween all year long? Anyway, the reason I gave this app 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the most recent update I have no longer allows users to change the opacity of the watermark or use or change a drop shadow on the watermark. If there is a way to do this and I’m missing it, feel free to tell me where or how to do this within the app. It’s also loaded my same watermark 6 times, even though I’ve only ever used one custom watermark ever. If I could control the watermark (opacity and drop shadow) again like I could before, I would certainly update my review to reflect 5 stars! (Also, would be cool if it was possible to do a color overlay on my watermark to change the color, but with the complications that might cause to create such a feature, I’m not counting on that one. The only issue I've come across is that there is no way, at least apparently, to control which type of text box shows. For example, some text options show up with different styles. Instead of cycling through a list until you get to the one you want, you have to keep clicking the options randomly until you get the desired style box. I would give it a 5 however there are a few things that could be added or changed to make it better!... First off would be great if you could add more than one text box as I’m forever having to save pictures and add to it! I think you should be able to size the text or water mark without it rotating as it is quite annoying trying to make something bigger and it having to straighten it up for ages. Should add a feature where you can add different shapes and shapes with splatters etc for example making a poster id add a circle to high light something 2for1 or something like that. I’m actually quite gutted as the recent update the first couple of overlays that were there have been deleted and they were the best ones for me however the new ones are good but maybe bring the other ones back lol. Anyway I think when you choose a colour on the colour wheel you should be able to save it! ✓ Great but has some room for improvement.I got this app to do t-shirt designs and quotes with images to promote those designs on instagram. While the app does everything I need it to do, there are some things I feel could be improved. First of all, I’d love to get a list of options for changing the style instead of just hitting the button and having random options pop up until I happen to get one I like. Or, I’d like it if we could “freeze” certain words. So, if I really like the font/size/style of one word but not the rest, I want to be able to freeze that and then keep it the same while I work on other words. Another thing with that would be to be able to choose certain words as important, so be able to tag words that would remain large or otherwise stay emphasized as the fonts change. Again, I love this app overall and definitely recommend it for whatever you might need it for, but do think there are some things they could be doing better..Version: 2.4.5
✓ Better than I realizedI left my original review at the bottom, but wanted to provide some new details. The projects feature means that I don’t have to recreate new items from scratch which means all I have to do is update the picture and the text. The only issue I have is that when the text is updated, it changes the style and size. Since it’s an edit, the text formatting should remain exactly the same until changed manually. That keeps me from giving 5 stars. Original review: The latest update makes it more difficult to create content by increasing steps/clicks. It also removed the outline feature for text. Hopefully, I have the older version backed up so I can revert back..Version: 2.4.5

✓ Loving TyporamaThis is just what I’ve been looking for to easily create posts with my own pictures. This App is easy to use and takes only a few minutes to create a post. I love being able to: save the images I create with a single tap; create a theme with using the same type daily- where it adjusts the design to the number of words but keeps the theme of type the same. This feature alone is brilliant as it helps create a brand look; love the watermark which allows me to have my website address on each post- and places it automatically on posts. And it’s all easy! I’ve been dreaming of just such an App for ages. So glad I found this. Thank you for your design. I’ve been using the app for awhile and loved it. Including having my own watermark! Awesome. However, I just got a new phone and am now being asked to upgrade again- I’ve already paid. Hmmm, why because it’s a new phone? And, it’s saying I have 5 hours to decide. ✓ Nice typographies, a lot to improveI liked the different character styles that it offers and how easy is to set the right size for your post. Doesn’t have any UNDO button whatsoever witch is really annoying, if you made a mistake you have to start all over. Also, to see the options for each character style you have to tap on the style several times and hope that you get the one you want randomly. When I put something together and save it........it still has “made by typorama” on the bottom of EVERY project. It’s pretty annoying especially when I use it to help with selling online. 🤦🏼♀️ I don’t like putting a really pretty project together and then there is this ugly “made by typorama” staring me in the face. I use it maybe once a month, to make a birthday card or to send Mother’s Day wishes. Today i opened the app to make a birthday greeting, and found that “Made with Typorama” appears along with my text, slightly smaller but still right there as part of my message. As a designer, I really don’t want my photo and my greeting to be an ad for the app, which is now standard unless I become a “pro” subscriber at the “discounted” rate of $2.99 a month. I’d be happy to purchase the app the way other vendors sell their apps, for $1.99 or $2.99 or maybe even for $5.99. But $36 a year???? No way. I’ve just deleted the app from my phone. I have dealt with overcharges and failure to restore my in-app one-time pro purchase within the typorama app for years. This issue occurs on my own account and on accounts that I family share with. My 1st issue occurred after I paid the “one-time” fee in 2019. The app then charged me monthly fees in 2020 to use pro. I paid the “one-time” fee again in 2020. Yesterday, I was charged the “one-time” fee again. This is the 3rd time my account has been charged for a “one-time” upgrade. When I spoke with Apple today, they said it was a 3rd party app and that I needed to go to google to contact the app developer directly…. After a few use choices, the overall layout is generated randomly which is both good a bad. It allows you to quickly find layouts you'd never think of, but click it twice and it's gone. You'll have to cycle through the random generator again - approximately 15 clicks. The variety and quality of everything is truly exceptional. For my eyes, everything is stunning. It's sometimes hard to choose because it's all so good. Just watch out for that random button. You'll also need to get good at manually adjusting your own line lengths and live returns. My main gripe, and this is actually quite a biggie is that that finished artwork just doesn’t cut it when it comes to image quality. ✓ Why the randomised options?I use this app every day and I love it, but there are some simple changes that would improve it so much. When you select a style, why does it just randomly select a format? It would be so much easier if you could just pick one from say 10 different options, I waste half my day hitting randomise over and over again until I find text that’s spaced the way I want it!! The spacing between lines also seems totally random sometimes and I have to make my own adjustements so the text block looks good. Would’ve given five stars if their was capability to copy your text creation and use it again on the same project because many times I need the same graphic over and over and am stuck having to do each individually and then reformat the text Style and tap thru until I finally get to the identical style I have just created prior and then resize it and try to get the two graphics the same size to be identical. Copy would be so much faster and highly efficient. Also, the only “undo” option is on the eraser - love having that but would also like to see an undo option for text formatting and landscape options also. When exporting your creation, it mutes the colors and saves a representation that is not even close to the color palette that you selected.
