✓ LifesaverI was really hesitant to use rappi at first but a friend insisted. Once I started I am hooked. I am very busy and rappi helps with everything! From going to the market for food, bringing breakfast, coffee and lunch to work, to picking up my dry cleaners, buying meds in the pharmacy, even buying a baby shower gift on one occasion, bringing cash from the ATM, picking up my contact lenses and paying for them, and now I can donate food packages during the pandemic. Yes, fruit is not ideal for them to bring, but when you have no time one or two super ripe bananas doesn’t affect me as much as having no food in the house does. You can ask them to bring food from any restaurant you want and not have to rely if the company works with them or not. Many Hunan and Shake Shack purchases made like this. I highly recommend. Of all the times I have used it, about 5-6 times have I received the order slightly off- a pepperoni less, an order askew, no knives and forks, etc but rappi has always helped in refunding those times..Version: 6.5

✗ Wrong addressThe policies of this app are ridiculous, I just made a mistake by not changing the address where I wanted to have my food delivered, so they food was ordered I contacted the restaurant and they were okay not making the order then I contacted Rappi and according to their ridiculous policies if I want to cancel my order I have to pay extra and my money won’t be back. So in other words the just robbed me they couldn’t refund me or I couldn’t have a credit with them to use it right away. So disgusting how this “company” abuse its users and no one do any about it. DISGUSTING.Version: 7.55
