✓ We went yesterday for the first time ..We were so impressed, I think we’re going back today. Both the service and the food were perfecto! My husband is a Veteran and they even discount your check for that. Also a private family bathroom which is important when your spouse is in a wheelchair and needs your help. ✓ Take OutTerrible take out service. They really need to fix their procedures. My food was supposed to be ready at 5:30. We got there at 5:28. They text and said it wasn’t ready, stay in your car. Finally at 5:58 I got the text to go inside. Then I waited until after 6:15 in that crazy entry way for my food. They said “pretty sure it is ready in the back but we cannot have any more orders out here.” Totally terrible. I am fine waiting that long in my car but waiting in that cluster of Texas Roadhouse for that long was a freaken joke..NateSpartaVersion: 6.0.0

✗ Keep getting kicked outEvery time I try to pay for my to go order I keep getting kicked out of the app and have to go back in and replace the order and as soon as I try to go pay again I keep getting kicked out. I’ve been trying for over 45 to place my order and get nowhere due to being kicked from the payment screen back to the Home Screen and logged out of my account. Tried doing my order as a guest and again once I got to the payment screen I got kicked. I love Texas Roadhouse and don’t get to eat there often but I’m trying to order and can’t even place my order online through the app or website. It’s frustrating. ✗ App was better beforeI don’t know why y’all had to change this app so much, I liked it way better before, it had my debit card saved in it and was easy to use, now since I had to completely reset my account for some stupid reason after updating I don’t have my card saved in it anymore and there’s no option to just add a payment method and says I have to order something to add it but I never use it that way, I like to use it to pay my bill after a meal because I eat at the bar and it makes it easier to just pay on the app because the bartender is always very busy, but now I have to re-enter my card info ever freaking time I pay so it’s just an inconvenience now. Why couldn’t y’all just leave good enough alone??.BoeatisVersion: 4.0.5
