✓ Stopped working within hours.Bought the Steinberg UR22 mkII. Downloaded app. Connected pre-amp to iPad PRO. App unlocked. Recorded some vocals. Signed into App Store, so I could upgrade via IAP. CubasisLE stopped working (was still connected to pre-amp). Everytime I tried starting app, it instantly Force Closed. Rebooted, unplugged/replugged, etc. Same. No money lost, just time (1 gig file took awhile). Uninstalled. If you buy a Steinberg pre-amp, your reward is $29.99 upgrade to full version. If you buy the full version right off the bat, $24.99 (you don't need a Steinberg product). Amateurs... I DO NOT RECOMMEND! That is unless you're a sucker. Great pre-amp though..Version: 1.9.9

✓ Why bother?I downloaded this in hopes of seeing what features would be available in the full version for iPad. Unfortunately, you can do virtually nothing with LE unless you have selected hardware from their list of approved devices. You basically get to play and stop their demo song. Not worth it unless you already own compatible hardware..Version: 1.9.8
✓ Demo not long enoughSorry but unless you already own the hardware to unlock this demo it is pretty pointless. I’m really interested in getting the full version but without being able to test all the features I’m pretty reluctant to part with my hard earned money. It would be better if the demo version could be used with a time limit of say an hour or so. At least then I could get a better feel for the app..Version: 2.4.1
✓ MrYou have ripped me off. This software is a joke. I paid for the cubase upgrade and all waves and instrument bundles except for two. Nothing works period. Says I have not purchased but was bought through iTunes. I want my money refunded and will be reporting as I paid over $70 and got nothing. There is no way to register this product as it sends you to a website that doesn't allow you to register a new account. Utter joke. I was just about to upgrade my new studio around cubase 10 pro but if this is how you now work you can take a big jump. Fix or refund now. Disgusted.Version: 2.8.1
✓ It does not unlockI recently purchased a Yamaha thr30II and decided to try this included free software with my compatible device. I load up the software and get this message “to unlock all Cubasis LE features, please connect a supported device (via Bluetooth taphere)”. Which i do and can see my LE THRII there, however it does nothing and is stuck on that screen. Start demo or buy. So I have a compatible device connected and it still doesn’t work..Version: 2.8.1
✓ Not Audient iD14Bought the iD14 as this was advertised as being bundled. It won’t unlock and is not on the supported list. Cost me the price of an Apple camera cable to boot! ✓ Awful company, awful productNot satisfied with abandoning development of Cubasis 2, and trying to charge users full price with no upgrade for the incredibly buggy Cubasis 3, they also limit this product to a demo unless you already have some specified hardware. ✓ RIP OFF!! Not Eligible for Refund!! Don’t buy!!In order to try the Inter-App feature you have to buy the Full Feature Set, but I find out the Inter-App Routing feature does not work properly with my Amp Sim Apps. It’s distorted with clicks & pops. I used this APP for less then 1 hour trying to get it to work properly. Requested a refund and was denied. Now I’m stuck with this GARBAGE 🤬 Edit: Their reply is Misleading & False. The Inter-App feature is not included in the Demo. You HAVE to purchase the Full Feature Set in order to try the Inter-App feature. So if the Inter-App feature doesn’t work properly, you’re stuck with this App 😡.Version: 2.8.3
✓ Slowly falling behind times...Needs a serious overhaul especially, but not only, in the effects department, analog delay recreation is particularly poor by today's standards. Some compatibility issues with numerous audio apps is also problematic (might not always necessarily be Steinberg's fault). OK as an sketchpad but expensive and becoming dated. Direct competitor is offering a much better and professional product for the same money..Version: 2.0
✓ Great app but sorta dropped like a hot potatoI purchased this app when I had back surgery in early 2019 and needed to adapt to the iOS workflow of music production. That said, I don’t relate to the idea of Cubasis 2 receiving since 2012 therefor I should be grateful. Cant help but feel a side-balled as a recent customer. You’re not wrong to ask for more money... I’ve purchased nearly every extension and would gladly give more but that’s not the case here nor the attitude. Not enough offered to justify the means, , Please reconsider offering users who recently purchased Cubasis 2 the same sense of respect you’re asking customers to have for your development. ✓ BLUETOOTHStill has Bluetooth issues... it sounds like a transistor radio in Bluetooth headphones and speakers like they are routing the sound through phone settings and not audio. I have an ipad with no headphone jack The only way to use headphones is Bluetooth or at least the best way is to use Bluetooth... if you’re going to make an ios app ya MAY wanna work on this! I have outboard gear but i mix on the ipad alone so i NEED decent Bluetooth support..Version: 2.8
✓ SAD, SAD, UNBELIEVABLE!!!What a freakin' rip off. I was pretty excited to use this app but like others on here, why the hell bother when you have to find supported hardware. I chose this because I really want to use Auria Pro which I have but someone told me that Cubasis has an easier learning curve so now after this Cubasis disappointment, I’m just going back, gritting my teeth and learning, Auria. You guys are a complete rip off and I would give you 0 stars if I could. Why the hell would I want an app that only plays in DEMO MODE??? You people cannot be serious! ✓ Not for meGot this to work with my ZEDi10 mixer. Recognised it for registration, and first test recording, but subsequently didn't recognise the attached mixer. Tried reinstalling and rebooting my iPad Pro without a fix. Ironically, Cubase LE did the same on my iMac: recognised the mixer the first time I tested it but then just couldn't recognise it (even setting the ZEDi10 as the default input/output in OS settings). Deleted both: back to using Audacity on the iMac and trying out the Multitrack DAW app on my iPad. I just need an app that will record the four tracks sent by my mixer - and Audacity has all the further editing facilities I need..Version: 2.1
✓ Disappointed :(I purchased the full version from within the Cubasis LE app, but it does not show that I purchased it in the App Store. So, my review here is for the FULL VERSION. I've used the desktop (pc) versions of Cubase for years and love it. Cubasis, in my opinion, doesn't come close to offering what the desktop versions have. Maybe it's great for some composers, as a way to work a song from start to finish. But, to me Cubasis really feels more like a really good 'scratch pad' that the developers are expecting you to actually work on your tunes on a full pc/mac version. The really disappointing thing to me, is the lack of ability to do multiple time signatures/tempos in one song. Because of this simple lack of capability, this app is pretty much useless for what I wanted to use it for. Rant over, it does do what it says it will do. I hope they implement other compositional abilities with future updates. :/.Version: 2.0

✓ Useless with Steinberg UR44CI downloaded this when I bought a Steinberg UR44C, 4 channel audio interface unit. Sadly the software only allows me to use 2 channels, most of the options are greyed out and others say this feature is only available when you upgrade.
