✓ Bug in v3.2.2Good app and useful for learning note locations. However, there is a bug, when the app shows staff notation: the note displayed on the staff is a low B# ????? And the answer says it is an A#. This is repeatable under many different conditions in training mode, but appears most obviously when all but bottom strings are turned off..Josh123432345Version: 3.2.2

✓ Lacking in content/ personal settingsI play guitar left handed normally, but this app’s guitar is backwards from what I’m normally used to. ✓ A bit buggy, but fun way to learn your ways around the fretboardI am a beginner learning the guitar and this app is a great way to familiarize myself with the fretboard. Some features are still buggy thought, for example the so called expert mode does not work; fretboard is not unveiled as it should be. It stays in partially veiled, standard mode. Also, high score button doesn't not do anything. Those are minor things, but a bit annoying. I would rate 4 stars otherwise. Would love to be able to train with subsets: for example only natural notes (no sharps). Or, only a specific string..BrystonVersion: 2.4

✓ Great, except for orientationFun and easy little app to work on fret memorization. Biggest issue is that on both the iPad and iPhone, the app defaults to landscape (horizontal) with the iPad/phone's select button to the left of the screen. This doesn't affect how the app works, as it doesn't use the button, but all iPad keyboard cases are made so the select button is over on the right side. So if you use this app in a keyboard case, the app is upside down. Grrr! Fix this and I'm a happy man....Emailer52648Version: 2.3

✓ Has PotentialIt has a nice interface overall, but has some bugs that keep it from being that useful. For example, in training mode, it’s supposed to test me on notes across the whole string, but instead it keeps giving me the same 4 notes. (Literally, after 30 questions, all of them were the same 4.) And sometimes it gives the same question multiple times in a row, which is even more useless. ✓ Needs much work but effective!I really want to give this 5 stars but it has some obvious bugs and the developer only updates like once a year. Too bad, there is some real potential here. Some notes don’t sound, D and C sometimes, check that out. Also what’s really frustrating is I’ll be up to 180 correct or so and the last tap maybe was doubled tap and the app registers that as a wrong answer for the next note, rrrr.... also the note you tap aren’t laid out far enough, it’s easy to mistakenly tap a wrong answer. It really needs a refresh for a paid app BUT it’s very effect and I like the high score feature it helps with motivation so that’s worth 3 stars, but minus 2 stars for bad interface and minor bugs and low engagement on the developer.
