✓ Lives up to its promiseWe used this guide to tour The Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. This audio guide was keyed to specific locations within the park and triggered automatically when each location was reached. Information provided covered a range of topics - geographical, historical, the flora and fauna, safety tips, trivia, driving instructions etc. The audio was clear and easy to understand. We ended up seeing far more of the parks than we would have without the guide and I feel that we have a far better understanding of the park, it’s setting and inhabitants. ✓ Family RoadtripThis app was perfect for driving us through both Canyonlands and the Arches! We arrived in the evening to the Canyonlands. We weren’t able to get a map. This directed us right where we needed to go. It was perfect. We were on a road trip and also used the app through the Rocky Mountain National Park and the one through the Grand Canyon- South Rim. ✓ Really enjoyable audio tourRan across this app in a local paper while we were figuring out things to do in Moab. This was a really enjoyable audio tour and the narration is excellent. You usually get monotone narrators with audio tours, but this was very well read. The tour follows your location and is perfectly timed. The tour also includes very interesting facts about the area and local legends. I would definitely recommend using these for all national parks tours (or at least the ones that are available)..Version: 2.1.1
✓ The best way to tour the ParksWe Brits arrived in Moab knowing that there were many local tour operators willing to take you on all sorts of tours through The Arches & Canyonlands National Parks but we didn’t want a tour, and by the look of the vehicles & people we met in the Parks neither did anyone else! Everybody seemed to be driving themselves - which is easy enough because all you have to do is stop at all the lay-bys. But do you know which are the best ones, and how long & hard is the hike to the viewpoint, and the history & geology of the parks? The speaker even seemed to know when we wanted lunch & guided us to the most suitable place! For a few £’s or $$ you can have all the information you could possibly want relayed to you as you drive along! It was faultless, interesting, valuable, & occasionally humorous. My iPhone doubles as my camera so I had to keep switching between Apps but it really was no problem. My hotel’s Wi-fi wouldn’t allow me to download such a large file (just over 100Mb for both parks) but I simply switched Wi-fi off & used my mobile data. It took about three minutes to download. We intend to visit Yellowstone & Teton Parks in a couple of years and I will definitely download their guide for that. Can’t wait!.Version: 2.1.1

✓ Great Tour GuideThis is a no brainer if you are driving Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. The guide points out all the pullouts and turns you need to take to see the ‘must see’ interests, and some of the optional ones. It know what direction you are going so you don’t hear things twice. You get info about formations, history, and some stories of people in the formations of the parks. I usually a google maps guy for guidance but the audio cues for where to turn made it unnecessary. ✓ Awesome narration!I have purchased this app for seven national parks now...it is amazing! I’ve used it in Bryce, Zion, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Rocky Mtn, Arches, and Yosemite National Parks. The narrator is fabulous! He alerts you along the way with must-do stops and prioritizes others. In between, he gives short anecdotes about the geology or history of the area. His voice is energetic without being childish and the stories he tells are interesting.
