✓ SuspiciousThese books are entertaining and well done, but unfortunately I have to give them a low rating due to the apps suspicious behavior. I have purchased all of the iclassics and found that they all immediately default to the 'on' position in cellular data and immediately use nearly a megabyte of data. Why a book would need to use any data at all is curious and that they use that much data is both odd and suspicious. I wrote to the company at the email posted on their website but received no response. I cannot recommend purchasing these books unless they stop this practice of sending whatever data they're gathering and using customers cellular data without permission..ApptappinVersion: 1.11

✓ It's too much money but still goodI am a huge fan of Sherlock and even have a tattoo of him so I wanted to see what this was like. ✓ Not worth the money YETAs of the time when I write this, there is only one story for your £1.99. This is a shame. I expected more than one however what I saw was rather good. The narrative of the story is well structured and worth to 10 year olds and upwards I feel. There were spelling mistakes in it (this is the 21st century with many ways of dealing with such errors) but the way that the story intertwines itself with the visuals is ok. I would have liked to have done more with the visuals instead of the close ups on items and only describing what is already part of the main body of the text. I enjoyed the use of animations to dictate movement of the characters and devices like the slow zoom and the trumbone shot at the end on said characters. These could employ more cinematic styles of angles and similar ways of getting emotion across. But I digress. On the whole, well executed and not buggy but could have even more creatively for the interactive side to engage the reader. As I say, not worth the amount I paid but hopefully they will add more volumes into the same app as updates and/or made subsequent ones free or a reduced cost for the set..MondoRiderVersion: 1.0
