✓ Great app, annoying problem.I’ve ordered off of Getir multiple times and its saved me a lot of money with it’s $20 off of orders, 10-25% off, but there’s an annoying issue where I keep getting a notification about every other day saying I have like $20 off of my next order, and unique lines saying that. But when I go and try to order something it won’t actually give me the twenty dollar off discount. Other than that the app is great..Version: 2.13.9

✗ Was decent for about 3 daysWhen Getir first became available in my area it was a life saver, I’d just started my 10 days isolation as I had tested positive for covid 19 and getir was the only way I could get any shopping during the day time (due to family/friends being in work). However, after just a few days, I would try to make an order but would get a notification saying ‘high order volume, please try again later’ Anyway over 10 days later and trying to order at various times of the day I am still getting this message. If you can’t keep up with the demand hire more staff, it’s not hard, the app is practically useless now unless you get lucky and manage to place an order before 9:00AM, also I’m still waiting for a refund for missing items….Version: 2.7.6
✗ Hit or miss. Mostly miss.I gave this app three chances… The first time the delivery person delivered my stuff to the wrong floor. The second time things were great. The third time I got a notification to order had been delivered and it was nowhere to be found — not in the lobby, checked all the floors to see if the first time mistake it happened again… (I texted with customer support, who said they would have the order re-delivered. An hour later I still haven’t gotten a new order or even an order confirmation so I called customer service and they didn’t have any record of that…) So, when things go as they’re supposed to it’s a great service. But unfortunately in my experience two out of three times there were mistakes..Version: 2.11.3
