Getir always have a large selection of groceries, fresh fruit and veg also meat, chicken and fish and a selection of alternative to meat for vegetarian and Vegans. Brilliant money off offers. I’ve just used a £10 off a £25 spend 😊. There’s just so many great things on getir I don’t think a quick review wouldn’t do it justice. ✓ Everything’s perfect but..Everything about getir seems perfect. From the prices, to the promotions, to the quality of their products. But the one thing that shocked me was the delivery price. Only because I could literally get to my local getir in 5 minutes in a vehicle. It’s literally up the road from my house but I’m still charged the full £2.49 delivery fee? On the app it says delivery fee is from £0-£2.49, how close do u have to live to get less of a fee? I ordered from getir yesterday and used the spend £15 and get £10 off promotion. So I was only planning on spending a fiver. But because of that delivery fee my total came to almost £8. I was charged extra just so they could come on a 5 minute drive to my house.. Like I said, everything about getir is perfect. I love it and use it all the time. It’s just that insane delivery price that confuses me considering how close I live to the business. ✓ Surprisingly fresh produceGreat in a pinch or if you’re stuck at home for quarantine. Produce is surprisingly very fresh! And delivery is indeed as fast as they say. Prices are reasonable considering the nature of the service, and they seem to have a lot of coupons for new users. I appreciate that the drivers are actual employees of the company as well, since I’ve heard exploiting gig workers is common in the delivery industry..Version: 2.11.0

✓ Use ability needs work, accessibility is on pointSo far from what I have seen everything seems to be accessible. There are just a few things that could use some usability testing. For example being able to navigate with headings under a category to quickly find an item. There seems to be only one heading at the top but it could use some subheadings for each section. Other than this and some other things, the app is great and the service is wonderful! He kept on about it and sent me the link to have £15 off an £18 spend - so I thought I’d look into and give it a try. I know the offer is a first time offer only but there’s plenty of other offers available that are pretty decent too - especially the freebies section! ✓ Getir is a lifesaver...As a parent of 4 children, heading over to the shops to buy the milk that’s just conveniently finished at the worse possible moment is just not doable. Nappies that finished, wipes I cannot find, dinner I don’t want to order as takeaway, but can’t figure out what to cook... even last minute pack lunches the kids told me about the night before their school trip... Getir has really come through as a very much needed service many of us wished was available for years. I’m really grateful to have such a thing around, which has made life so much easier. ✓ Works great. When it does!I used to love the app at the beginning, I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient everything was. But now I keep getting issues, like delivery fee too high if I don’t add enough products, but then I do and I get an error that the basket is too heavy, I added some items and showed no stock (why showing then?) and then finally I placed the order but got an error that they didn’t have anyone to deliver (on a Tuesday 8pm in NYC). Seems the service had a great start but now is getting inconvenient to use, and I do know prices are higher so service shouldn’t be as slow as shipt or deliver services like those..Version: 2.13.3
✓ So fast!!Super quick service. I was really skeptical when the ads promised quick delivery, given that I’ve used other apps that take hours to deliver (gopuff I’m looking at you!!!). It genuinely takes 10 minutes for things to be delivered to me. I got groceries delivered the day before Christmas and was able to make an awesome Christmas dinner thanks to them! I chose my items spending about £25, I then realised that I was entitled as a newbie to £15 off my first order as I had spent over £20, my Order cost me less than a tenner! I paid for my order by card and was told that there wasn’t a driver available, I thought ah here we go😖 I went downstairs, and by the time I had made scrambled egg on toast and cuppa - Getir was knocking on the door! My items arrived undamaged, neatly packed (not crammed in the bag), everything was there, nothing forgotten and no substitutions! The bags were nice and sturdy and are definitely reusable. ✓ So far, so goodI’ve used the app a couple of times, there is usually a promotion for like £10 off when you spend £11, £15 or £20 etc. The groceries are most expensive than in stores but that a given. I use it mostly for essentials(milk, bread, ice) and they have always delivered well and within the hour. As for the App itself, it hasn’t crashed yet and it’s easy to use. They seem to remove items that out of stock right away, which I find useful. ✓ I complain and they blocked me.I ordered unsweetened almond milk from getir Ankara, they brought me normal almond milk, I complained about that and they promised me that they will come and change the milk, it’s been a week they didn’t come and not even calling me.. it’s been 3 days I checked on the app, I realize they that they have blocked me, since my husband app works totally fine. ✓ Great appI was really surprised at how quick my groceries were delivered, and the part of the app that deals with that is amazing! The bread I received was really fresh and the driver was very polite and was even wearing a mask although she was outside, so it felt very safe. I will use this app again. However, the customer support section seems to be a bit unstable. I lost the tip screen when I was trying to tip my courier, and tried to use the chat to mention it, but someone tried to speak to me in another language (I think Turkish, because it started with “merhaba”) and then left the chat. ✓ Great idea but flawedApp has improved since I first downloaded. Getir are super fast even when they have delays - way faster than the likes of Uber Eats. But their pricing structure is strange and range of products inconsistent, eg. for days they won’t have standard items like milk and bread. Rather than random massive money off offers (such as £10 off £11, or £10 off £15) I would rather pay for reasonably priced goods comparable to supermarkets’ prices with the occasional discount and free delivery. Its a great service with fast, professional deliveries but pricing and the limited range of groceries puts me off ordering regularly..Version: 2.6.17

The annoying part? You spend time selecting your items, only to go to checkout and have it say “no drivers available”. ✓ MagicalNifty little app but it’s odd not seeing items like bagels, for example; or there’s not a variety of toilet rolls (or a cheaper option): which would be helpful as food items in some cases are already 2/3 times more expensive than store-bought items. Be nice if you could select a less steep option for certain basics. However promotions are literally fabulous; 90’s prices & freebies are an obvious reason to shop again and again because they add a fun, magical element… especially after a long time adding and taking away items / compromising products that you’d easily find at a supermarket. Once you finally get a decent basket together those little bonuses are just really cool as you can try new if there’s items you didn’t manage to find. ✓ Great app, annoying problem.I’ve ordered off of Getir multiple times and its saved me a lot of money with it’s $20 off of orders, 10-25% off, but there’s an annoying issue where I keep getting a notification about every other day saying I have like $20 off of my next order, and unique lines saying that. ✓ Very fast (in London)I’ve used Getir 3 or 4 times now. Every order has been delivered before the ETA and the couriers have been polite and friendly. Obviously the prices of the items are a bit higher than you would expect in a supermarket but I’m realistic enough to understand there is a price to convenience! I can see myself becoming a regular user from now on. My only (constructive) criticism is that it would be great to have the ability in the app to write some guidance to the couriers to find my address as it’s not in the obvious place and it’s only fair to save the couriers some time and stress..Version: 2.10.5
✓ No, their not lying about delivery time!!I literally didn’t believe it when I opened the app and it said 8 minutes!! They have a huge selection of products and my first order was free (just payed tip) do to a promotion. They actually came in 8 minutes which is much better than Uber eats or other delivery apps where the shortest delivery time is like 25 minutes. Everything went super smoothly, the app is really easy to use and you can even choose contactless delivery or don’t ring the bell. You can also track your order as it comes. ✓ Really quick and good serviceThe reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is because I got rotten avocados when I ordered groceries from here, but besides that everything else's quality and service was overall good. They do have limited variety of items but most day to day essentials are on there so if you need something quickly and can’t make a quick trip to the supermarket this is indeed a great alternative. They also have great discounts for new and existing customers so always keep an eye out for that. ✓ Fast when it’s availableIt’s a great service with a lot more range than other shops. The only annoying thing is it doesn’t tell you if there are no available drivers until you checkout. It’s annoying when I have spent time putting stuff in basket and finally get through to paying and it’s unavailable. On a weekend I tried every 15 minutes for 6 hours straight and nothing was available. Another thing it always makes me write my address in again it’s frustrating why can’t it just stay signed in. ✓ Well absolutely amazing !This beats doing an online order from any of the "usual" supermarkets where you have to pre book a delivery slot which is sometimes days in advance and you have to work out that you will be in to receive it. For a very, very busy working adult who can sometimes be "out and about" at very short notice and who is managing 2 full time jobs as such (1 job working nights, and the other running a charity ) this has come as an absolute godsend. I placed my first order online and it arrived promptly within the ETA and was delivered by Alex. The selection of products was very good and I was able to get exactly what I needed. The delivery cost is well worth it, as it is delivered by the time you've put the kettle on, made a coffee and opened a packet of biscuits and sat down . The online ordering process is easy to follow ( ordered from my phone) and via the app you are able to follow your order , to when it's been prepared, on its way, track the driver and to when the driver is outside and you get a clock on the app showing you his ETA. I will now be placing a regular weekly order when I am sitting down at home. It is a great idea and there is also room on the app to suggest items to add on the shopping list. I have one question .. Is there a way that the purple bags can be reused and recycled ? As I wouldn't like to get new bags with my shopping delivered every week? Is there a process for recycling ? I am pleased with everything except the tomatoes and mushrooms and my query is are they expected to be edable or not ? I know it’s a fantastic deal but I would of liked to be able to eat them. When I finally finished filling my cart I tried to check out and it just said they were too busy and couldn’t fulfill my order even tho it estimated a 9 minute delivery. It took half an hour before I was placed in a 20 minute queue for my order to be placed. That said, once the queue was up my order was at my door in 5 minutes. ✓ Sometimes deliver bad things, no refundI quit this app. I used to like it, but every so often I’d get a bad or expired item. Food is expensive. In this economy we can’t afford to shrug and throw food in the trash. I already give some charitable contributions. I’m already more generous than I should be with tips and everything else. I don’t consider paying for inedible food a form of charity or kindness because it feels more like being ripped off- again- by another company. And unlike alot of other delivery jobs because the bikes arent mine i dont have to worry about the stress of bike maintenance and i have a set hourly pay plus benefits so i dont rely on peoples tips. ✓ For anyone who’s given Uber Ears too many second chancesThese guys are just better, in every way. What Uber has done: Cancelled my order. Charged me for items I didn’t buy. Cancelled items dropping me under the “promo” forcing a delivery without the option to cancel and charging me full price. Said I wasn’t in, charged me for an order, then the store vanished from the app. What Getir do: Their stock is real-time! I’ve bought something, (they’ve advised only 1 remaining) then I’ve gone back on the app, and it’s up to date. You select products rather than being fixed to a shop, if you want milk, buy milk! If you need a charger, buy a charger! ✓ Great new delivery service using e-bikesI recently downloaded the Getir app as a work colleague recommended them. I thought it was a gimmick but special offers with them popped up and I had a moment to look. Wagu burgers - fresh? On offer! So I decided to try as well as get ingredients for tonight’s dinner without leaving the flat. So convenient and what I bought, I got an offer of free 0 alcohol beer. Delivered in 15 minutes by a polite delivery man . There’s even a tracker to see progress/delivery is coming along and an option to not knock. Highly recommended. They don’t have everything but they had what I wanted at the moment. Now I can crack on with work. Probably they will be really handy should we have another lockdown. Yes it would have been cheaper if Lidls was opened nearby but to pedal down to Tesco’s Metro or Sainsburys and get distracted with other shopping it was convenient plus my local corner shop closed for the month. ✓ Advice: make search betterI had to resort to other delivery services multiple times before because getir did not seem to carry any cottage cheese - YET it was only until today that I discovered the fact that they actually carry my favorite cottage cheese when I casually scrolled through the dairy section. And even now, when I search for “cottage cheese” or “cottage” or “cheese”, the listing won’t come up in the search result. I wonder if there’s any other items that were not covered by the search function and if so that’d be a huge pity. Please look into the issue and consider resolving it, as I believe once solved this could actually boost customer’s chance to order with getir..Version: 2.15.4
✓ Satisfied customers!My roommates and I have all used Getir multiple times. They always deliver our orders to us quickly and with extraordinary care (ex. breakable items are packaged in bubble wrap). The app has a good variety of items and stellar deals that keep us coming back! There’s also no delivery fee. Customer support is incredibly responsive. I had to cancel an order because I had placed it to the wrong address. I immediately was able to text a member of their support team as my order was being processed, and they helped me to cancel the order. The full amount was then refunded to me within two days! My only gripe with the app is that you can’t scroll through available items outside of business hours, but I think that might be because their inventory changes so frequently. There are a couple of bugs in the app like an “order not found” pop up after I’ve placed an order or a random “unknown error” message. However, I’m able to track my orders, and I’ve always gotten what I needed. Overall still very satisfied from the savings and convenience of the app..Version: 2.12.0
