✓ Very DisappointedI have this app on my iPad, I went to open it to look at some designs I wanted to start, only to find the App wouldn’t open. I rebooted my iPad, still the app wouldn’t open so I deleted the app and reinstalled only to find the magazines I had purchased, through my Apple account, have gone and when I tap on the reload purchases bought through Apple NOTHING happens. At this point in time I am angry and very disappointed..Version: 7.1.4
✓ Incompetent and DishonestAs the other reviewers point out, when they update the app, you lose your old purchases. With no other way to save them, that is theft, pure and simple. Don't waste your money!.Version: 3.6.1
✓ Good and bad ........There are good points to this app such as access to past copies of the magazine and the facility to share favourite articles, patterns etc. However there is one very big flaw the latest edition does not automatically download when it is published. This leads to frustration and disappointment for the customer who is eagerly anticipating the new material especially as it takes several days for customer services to sort out the problem with the relevant department before the edition is eventually downloaded. Also some of the features mentioned in the ‘in app tour’ are not available on the app - at least not on mine. Hopefully the publishers technical team will look to rectifying these issues as soon as possible..Version: 4.0

✓ CrossstitcherDo NOT buy magazines through this app. Bought a full years subscription and also purchased numerous other earlier magazines. They updated the app and I could no longer access any of them. After contacting them on numerous occasions they could not solve the problem. LOTS of money wasted!!!.Version: 6.5.2

I emailed twice and posted on their Facebook. A week later still no response from anyone. When I go into manage subscription, it shows no longer available. ✓ 2021It’s 2021 and I still can’t get my issues off my 2009 iPad. I still feel some kind of way about this. Money wasted. I have 19 issues I hope my old iPad never stops working. And I don’t trust you all now to buy anything on your latest app so I buy all my issues from ZINIO..Version: 6.5.2
