✓ Bit of a disappointment.Just downloaded this app and when I tried to download Comfortably Numb, Purple Rain etc etc I could play the samples but not download the tracks . Error message ‘track not available’ appeared. I’m not sure what to make of that apart from now I have bought a few tracks, still have liads of credit left and can’t get the very tracks I got the app for!.Version: 2.10.0
✓ I hate subscriptionI am very disappointed. I have a crap tune of prepaid credits for full version owned songs that were unused that I lost. I was Not notified that this company was switching to a subscription service and that I would lose the right the use my credits for the original version. I feel that I have been stolen from. I do not wish the use my money towards a subscription that was forced on me without my consent. I want my money for my prepaid credits refunded..Version: 3.1.2
✓ Great …. ButI love Jamzone , but there are some problems that occur. Some songs don’t change key correctly, some songs are put in before the lyrics are added and the internet can be a problem. I know it will get better. I did prefer when you bought them..Version: 3.3.3

✓ Was good, But Now Doesn’t Work.This app seemed to be really good, I actually purchased a few tracks as the free ones persuaded me to. However the app has stopped working and shows a download error. I have tried it on various devices and networks and still get the same error. Emailed support along with screen shot, but have had no response. ✓ Unreliable for gigging musiciansGreat app in concept, just too unreliable to use for paid performance where an audience and clients are counting on you to deliver. Too many bugs to list but essentially, songs just go missing even after checking through set list before job and doing your best to prepare in advance. I hope they quickly iron out all the deficiencies as it has promise but for now best use for this app is that of a practice toolkit to learn your parts to songs..Version: 3.0.5

✓ Setlist does NOT accept songs and no response from Jamzone helpReally poor follow through. It loaded about 8 tracks to my set list and now just freezes… will NOT load more songs onto it. Sent TWO requests already for help and heard NOTHING! I only paid for this last week and am thinking it is a heap of junk..Version: 3.3.2
✓ Used to be the bestC’mon guys, you’re losing me with your new business model. £120 or £240 a year when you might just want a song now and then is not for me. There are cheaper ways now. It’s not like you are making these multitracks are you so how do you justify the subscription. Yes the front end is great and it’s good to use but your previous token model was the best. ✓ Subscription?App looks great, works well and backing tracks are good from what I could access. The subscription to use however is terrible and put me off soon as I saw that was the case. Would be better off providing app for free and have each track priced as either practice or performance that will then be owned by the user. The way it is, you are tying people who become regular users to yet another subscription service. What happens if they can’t pay for a month or 2 but rely on the backing tracks to earn their money? The modern trend of having to subscribe to things rather than buy them is another step in the direction of ensuring people pay constantly yet own nothing. I for one will avoid this app and will recommend that others I know who could use it avoid it too..Version: 3.0.6
✓ Just Jamming Now EverydayI didn't realize that a product like JamZone would get me into jamming every chance that i get. I am rehearsing, learning songs that i've always wanted to sing..singing songs that i haven't sang in ages, all with the magic of Jamzone. I recommend this to any musician and perfomer. Great recordings of the guitars and other instruments too..very professional sounding. thank-you.Version: 3.0.0
✓ I could love this app but!I’ve been looking for an app just like this! It lets you remove any instrument or vocal parts you’d like to remove, original master recording style! It uses a labeled mixing board so you can adjust at will! Perfect! Of course the music is not original artist so it’s hit or miss but overall it’s pretty spot on… my only problem is the billing. I don’t like monthly fees especially since I am just a casual user and don’t use it much… so I can’t use it! I won’t pay for something I’m not using! They use to sell packages, so many songs at a one time flat rate, then you own them and can use them whenever. That was better because it wasn’t an endless reoccurring charge. Hope they can work that all out..Version: 3.1.2
✓ Jamming blindI’m gonna start out by saying I am a visually impaired musician. I play guitar and harmonica, and I am liking mini things about this app with the one downfall that I can’t seem to get away from when it comes to functioning with voiceover on my iPhone and iPad. it’s super difficult to use voiceover and find the control buttons. but overall it is the best I have found to this point for jamming along with a lot of my favorite tunes..Version: 3.0.6

✓ Promise to convert Audio to Chords?Not sure what changed but the new business model that asks to purchase audio only and we’ll convert to chords doesn’t seem to be working in a timely manner. Feels like I’m buying a promise and not seeing the transition to a format that I can utilize. I’d rather have the old catalog versus a karaoke one. The app is great just can’t recommend it’ll deliver what they say after being charged..Version: 2.18.0
✓ Terrible app/service and they double billI have twice been kicked out of the app by saying my passwords are not correct. Their password reset system does not work. They have also been double billing me for a service I can’t use. I have tried their customer service 3 times with no help. They simply tell me to check FAQ’s and to log out and back in. The entire problem is I can’t log in to even cancel their service. I assume they will keep billing me for an app I can’t use..Version: 3.1.0
✓ No longer workingThis app was exactly what I was looking for to learn guitar lead parts and use as a backing track. Unfortunately the app has stopped working and freezes after a few seconds - please fix!.Version: 2.6.6
✓ Some good & some badThe good: tracks are pretty high quality, and some have different styled versions, which is good. Also, you only have to pay for tracks you want, and you can preview portions first. The bad: jazz coverage is weak. A few classics, like “All Of Me” we’re represented multiple times but a lot of the standards were missing. Also browsing for just the Jazz items was difficult, there is a Big Band playlist, but that had a lot of rock stuff in it. And Big Band is not the whole of Jazz by any means. Other than searching by name I couldn’t see any other way to find stuff, as the Jazz tunes seem to be buried, what’s there anyway, making it needle in a haystack time. But it has a few gems, “In The Mood” Andrews Sisters style allows you to mute each of the three vocalists individually, and most of the instrumentals are pretty nice sounding, seems a cut above the Midi-player style of backing. For me it’s probably useful for a couple of tunes, and that’s about it for now. Maybe they’ll add more later..Version: 2.6.3
