✓ SMS authentication still doesn’t workUnusable. You have to sign up to the app, then get a PIN number to access it via a text message. However it never arrived to my UK mobile number (even adding/taking off leading zeroes). Paid on the bus instead!.Version: 10.13.0
✓ UnusableYou have to creat an account and two factor authenticate with your phone number. The app lets you select your country code, but it has a bug where it always reverts to +39, so it’s impossible to get the code. On top of that there is a bug with the captcha security feature that constantly challenges you with the captcha preventing you from saving edits..Version: 14.2.0

Biglietto presente su “my tickets” e poi dopo mezz’ora, proprio appena salito sul bus per mostrare al conducente, il biglietto sparisce nel nulla e viene mostrato un messaggio di errore.Version: 6.33.0

✓ UTTER GARBAGE - DONT WASTE YOUR TIMEApp only allows you to activate tickets within the app itself, but you create an account and try to sign in on the app and it tells you it’s the wrong user name/password. 4 times I’ve had to call up and get them to force a reset email through (because it won’t send it automatically when you try to request one) and 4 times it’s told me the password is incorrect. Never arrived even though I put the international code with and without the first zero. On 4G and wifi absolutely nothing. Bought ticket on bus - would only accept cash.
