✓ Bad customer service, for a terrible appBought the pro version, but wouldn’t work on the move, this is the main reason to get the app originally. Spend other £99 for the other version that promise to exchange datas from every device. To share you need to send via email the back up, which when open from a different device, loose most of the original info, so you can trace document, contacts, etc. On the move. They keep sending email, asking info, asking to change setting, to try this, to try that. If I was good enough to spend hours on computer, I wouldn’t spend all this money to save time on my peperwork. This company sell you a faulty app, they wish you to spend time to develop the app (free) and when ask for refund due to unusable item, they completely ignore your email. Stay away this is a scam. ✓ Read the fine printThis app would be a great tool to use along with the osx version, but having to buy this app and then the upgrade to the "full version" and then on top of that pay again to add multiple companies it's a bit of a rip off. ✓ Going down hill 😕UPDATE: when theres a new app udpate and I open the app to get some work done I can’t do anything without updating first. I often work in places with very poor internet connectivity and this is very frustrating. Updates should be optional, at least for some time. Also when I tab back and forth between different apps on my iPad and back to this, it locks me out and loses my place. This makes it really difficult to refer to other data whilst building my invoices. Still a frustrating experience although with some tweaks it could be excellent. I really like this, but not so sure about the latest updates. WORST of all is I went to edit my address in the companies section and I can’t change the POSTCODE? !!?? 😲 Also it keeps telling m I have outstanding invoices. I added payments years ago. ✓ Such high hopesI really loved this app for the almost two years I used it. It was easy, had a nice modern interface, allowed for time tracking, and multiple businesses, etc even on their most affordable upgrade. I remember having to upgrade to their next level from the base paid plan for some reason... At any rate was really irritated when I was on vacation and a client wanted an estimate / invoice same day and I tried creating one via the phone app and sending it, only for it to never go through. I started to notice lots of glitches that weren’t syncing and mirroring with the computer based app, and then to top it all off, wouldn’t work across all platforms towards the end of my use. It would state I was paid up on on the computer for example, only to have it kick me off the phone app and say my membership was expired. I’d try syncing it, rebuying it, downloading and deleting all of them and nothing. Not okay especially if I’m paying. I’ve switched over to Wave apps invoice which is free and has all but the time tracking. Hopefully I can trust this company or else I’m going to do this the old school way and create manual spreadsheets. Third times the charm I hope ! The first time I tried to get help iver the website I was told that my email wasn’t on the system and how come I was charged but I’m not on the system? ✓ Watch out for data loss!!! And slow supportThey advertise 24/7 support and a southern california telephone number and a online chat. Phones forward overseas and rings a while and then disconnected. Chat app no one is live when ever i have used it. Emails are very slow to respond. This is now the 3rd time while trying to sync data that i have lost a bu ch of it. Now i have no way to know who owes me money or records of payment amoung other things. I cant reach anyone. Last time it happened it was the same exact issue. ✓ Crushing all the timeI’ve got this app for iPad. The app crushes all the time! I use this for my business and sometimes after creating the whole invoice, tapping on save, it crushes and I have to do it again and again. Taping on print, it crush. Looking at old invoices don’t work as it shows nothing. Support is quick to reply but are not able to fix it. I’ve sent backups, I’ve sent screenshots, I’ve given everything they asked and still nothing is fixed. I’m super annoyed as it’s definitely making life harder rather than easier. ✓ Prepare for disappointmentMy company has used Moon Invoice for 3+ years. When it works it is a good enough system for our uses. However, there have been several occasions where an “update” caused major glitching in the system, removing tabs, forcing autofill entries and making the program miserable to try to use. When I reached out for support of these issues their inevitable response was that the next update will fix it. Then you wait either bated breath to see if the next update miraculously makes it the subpar invoicing system we sadly depend on. Often times the issue is not fixed for several updates and you waste time trying to use the product you unfortunately paid for. The last straw was an update that made all the products disappear from the invoices and purchase orders. We finally switched to Zoho Invoice and love it..SlotsincVersion: 3.14.3

✓ Do not buy this app.If you buy Moon Invoice, you will regret it, eventually. Their whole system is non-standard and “quirky”. This quirkiness grows to major usability problems over time. The devs regularly “fix” things that result in existing features being broken. Substantial changes are made in this app without warning or release notes to call out major differences. The app pesters you for a review every 5 minutes (as confirmed by the support team). Customer support is a joke. They simply ignore messages and replies they don’t like. Basic usability is hampered by thoughtless devs who don’t seem to understand the use of this app. This app is relatively cheap. That is its only plus argument. Don’t buy it. ✓ Less than idealI love the desktop version, don’t get me wrong! Love it! Took some getting used to tho. The iPhone app however, is slightly terrible. Not that intuitive for starters. I don’t seem to have nearly the same functionality as the desktop app, and don’t get me started on seeing the same graphics as the app screenshots. No clue how to get those generated.
