Google login does not workTrying to login with my google linked account and does not work, also tried my fivver account and it doesn’t load in the app rather in web browser..Version: 7.13

Dates not saved as entered in expensesBe very careful if you use this to enter receipts/expenses. In this version, the date you enter gets decrement day by one when you save the expense, and if you go in to edit it and save again, it deletes a day from the date a second time!!.Version: 6.45

App seriously lacking featuresThe app seriously lacks the features of the desktop site. What’s worse is that you can’t access the desktop site from a mobile device. It makes you download the app. When I open the app it’s missing most of my projects. And it automatically creates invoices in a way that makes no sense how I work. I use this mainly for timekeeping and the app is trying so hard to make me invoice. I have SO many to dos saying invoice for this or that and I can’t even delete them. This app is terrible. Switching to Harvest..Version: 6.23

Barely FunctionsI just tried to use this for my most recent freelance project because I heard good things, and I quickly discovered that it’s barely functional. My changes when editing the contract never save. I edited the “client” because someone else wanted to sign, previewed it to make sure it was correct, sent the contract to the correct person, only to find that their name still wasn’t included on the contract that was sent to them. The original incorrect name was still there. I have been fighting with it for hours tonight - there have been several other errors and issues, and I will most likely never use this again unless it magically functions better tomorrow. I hope I can save face. I’m extremely embarrassed from the back and forth chaos with my client. I should’ve known better than to risk sending the contract through this service since it was giving me so much trouble from the get-go. I’m glad it didn’t cost me any money at least!.Version: 6.0

Displays Dollars even though currency set to GBP and location set to UKSeems utterly untested by the developers. The very first/main screen in the app, the “My Desk” screen, displays a headline total with a dollar sign, even though the app currency is set to GBP and my company location set to UK. With such an epic failure on such a key screen I can’t trust my data to this untested pile..Version: 6.25

Nice but little problems here...Seams like reeeeally good and helpfull app, but there is some bugs like i have to change currency in expenses two times to app accept the change. Overall is good..Version: 6.8

Not happy since the partnership with FiverrI loved using this platform for proposals, invoicing, etc. It has been perfect for my small business needs. But ever since their partnership with Fiverr, I have been having issues. I seem complete unable to use the program through the web on my laptop anymore (I can’t even sign in!) and now the app is being super glitchy. I am not happy..Version: 6.33

DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST IN THIS APPIf you use this app with serious clients they will laugh at you. So this service looks really nice and they have an incredibly friendly persona built around the brand which looks very human. Disclaimer I'm a customer of and co and harvest. However the product is not function at all in the slightest. The timesheet capability is subpar and lacking as compared to other fantastic and more seasoned solutions like harvest.i've been using this product for about six months and paid upfront for the upgraded plan. Do not use the contracts future in this app it will not work 10 out of 10 times and if you send a contract to a client from the mobile app they will get an email notification and then waste that person's time. The contractor not even show up under your projects as drafts and your client will be sent to a blank page. The time tracking capability is confusing at best these guys think they know a thing about product design but they have not figured out how to mimic what other companies have been doing for years. I would suggest using Harvest if you want to do time tracking. The import transactions feature does not work and it is unclear whether that will ever be resolved..Version: 5.10

I give upI was excited when I found the app and even prepaid for a year of service. I had such high hopes but It's impossible to work with. Can't save stuff and come back to it (unless you can figure out how to email it to yourself???). Can't enter a negative number in an invoice. Recording outside payments is difficult. I also had a bad experience sending a prospect a contract. I had to do the project without a contract to keep her. In a year it hasn't gotten better. I began to wonder if they have anyone testing it because the short comings are so obvious. A couple months back another company bought the app and they refunded me the unused subscription. Even free I don't want it. I gave up a few days ago when I couldn't find any evidence of an invoice I created and even printed. Boo. Bait and switchThis was a great service, and I put up with its idiosyncrasies because I’m a freelancer with only a handful of repeat clients. But the new pay version only allows ONE client on the free version. There is no other option except the $18/mo version. For the small amount of invoicing I do, it’s just not worth it. Sketchy With Your DataI’ve reached out multiple times to get clarification on what they do with all this data you feed to them. If the service is free, you are the product. Having my bank accounts and all aspects of my business in one place is convenient, but I’d rather pay a couple bucks a month than have my data sold while they beat around the bush about it. Aside from that aspect this is a solid service for a freelancer. But, If you have an agency or collective there isn’t a way to have multiple users and assign tasks out or anything like that..Version: 6.41

Not able to Sign inI tried logging in with Fiverr and it says enter my full name to finish creating account. I put in my full name and it says existing account. I tried logging in with a password and that doesn’t work so I put forgot password. It says I’ll get an email & I don’t receive it. I can’t even log in.I tried to create an account with the same info as my Fiverr app. It says I already had an account. I tried to log in instead and it keeps telling me I already have an account. Then I clicked forgot password and it had an error on not being able to recover password??.Version: 7.01

Please fix bugsMy clients are having problems with the link that requires payment after signing. Plus other bugs. I’ve never been so irritated in my life. Other than that, the contracts are legit helpful in covering me for all situations..Version: 6.53

Payments via app??A bit annoyed about the new pay feature, it would be nice to be grandfathered in. Anyways that’s my real gripe with the app it’s the lack of explanation about pay. The app does not have a WePay page or otherwise. I got a notification saying my client made a payment and I kept saying “where? What are the next steps?” I had to dig through my email for a WePay verification email. This is a gross oversight on the developers’ part. Why not have a page in the app for WePay? One other issue on the proposal I wanted to list a per item and a per hour feature but it was very confusing. I eventually fixed it by adding a 0 quantity but I thought I should mention that that feature is not intuitive at all..Version: 6.36

Missing my key features compared to desktopI use this app to track my freelance hours and send invoices but I rarely open this app on my iPhone for a couple reasons. The widgets have stopped working for me for whatever reason. Instead of showing a quick view of my tracked time it says I need to login in to the app. The other reason is that I wish I could choose how I invoice my projects on the mobile app. I always choose to send invoices with the “group by activity” setting but I don’t get that choice on mobile. I hope these are features that will get fixed or added soon..Version: 6.49

They broke a great system.So after Fiverr bought this it went major downhill. I’m not even talking about charging, they used to charge for the service before Fiverr bought them. It limits on 3 bank accounts/credit card accounts it can track now so good luck tracking expenses over a normal variety of payment methods. The latest bug has them putting a non-functional “pay online” button in the invoice emails it generates and you can’t remove it. It’s embarrassing explaining that to a client. Whenever something goes wrong, customer service replies quickly, but almost never with a solution. Just a “thanks for pointing that out, we’ll look into it.” I wasted my money on a contract with them for a service I’ll have to ditch. What started as a stellar idea with a great service has grown into a complex bug-riddled mess..Version: 6.37

The timer doesn’t even workThe one thing I wanted to use this for, and it doesn’t it even save half the time when I use the timer to clock in my hours. I have to enter it manually at the end because when I hit done it just disappears..Version: 7.01
