✓ Very DisappointedI have struggled with this app since the day I downloaded it. I thought if I purchased it for a year the bugs would go away. Not true! I’ve tried to contact someone for months and have yet to get any type of response. One of the issues is - it will not let me set up my profile and goals with pounds. It keeps going back to metric measurements. It will not add up my foods correctly and occasionally it will not allow me to enter any foods or information until I’ve become a paid user. I AM a paid user!! It has blocked me from contacting support by stating I need to upgrade. SOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!.Unhappy-with-purchasr PatVersion: 2.0.3

✓ Not happyI downloaded this app about two weeks ago, liked that it would share my food diary to Fitbit after using free version for a couple of days decided to do the premium service to get all the benefits. My money was taken but did not get the premium benefits, example when I try to get a recipe asks me to upgrade. I have deleted the app twice, also cannot get my money back. I have emailed customer service twice no response. So do not waste your money on this app. If they ever get back to me and I get my upgrade I will change my review. ✓ Not getting what I paid for.This app looked like exactly what I wanted so I upgraded to premium but when I try to look at recipes it still tells me I need to upgrade. I need to upgrade again?? Or is it a bug?? Its frustrating not getting what you pay for. The app seems cool if it would work properly. I also can’t edit any of “my foods” without the app crashing. Oh and it just randomly says “error” with no explanation when I try to enter and save foods. ✓ Charged for free trialI signed up for a three day trial and cancelled the subscription right away as I always do in case I forget later. I then checked my Apple subscriptions and there was no mention of a trial and they charged me for a monthly fee of $5.49. I wrote write away to the app company who has not responded to my email. To top it off, I went into the app to see what my $5.49 bought me and there’s glitches galore. I wanted my weight in pounds and it shows it in kg. So something isn’t jiving there. I also went to look at a recipe and it comes up promoting the premium membership which I supposedly bought. Also, I clicked on something under the social section and the app closed. This app company needs to get their act together. It maybe has good potential but a ways to go yet. Don’t try the three day trial unless you don’t really want a trial and you want a headache instead. It would be nice if the company would get back to me. I’ve sent three different emails now with no acknowledgement even.
