Dont give up...you wont with this appGreat app for keeping you going when you want to be fit but have been a sofa monkey ....found it easy to just keep hitting the next target and it does get easier. Stick with it - great that it alerts you over music but without it shutting music off or interrupting too much.Version: 49.0.4

Simple and effectiveThe app works as it states. My only suggestion is to allow for the app sounds to play when your phone is locked (like music sounds). The guy telling me to run and walk is great but I want to preserve my battery and lock my phone during the run..Version: 49.0.10

Just a tipI love this app after only three days of using it and I think it will really improve my running. But as with everything there are some improvements I would like .especially things that cost money the directions to buy those things aren't very good, I would like to be able to change the voice of person talking he creeps me out, lastly maybes test to see your fitness to see a special run plan..Version: 2.5

Definitely RecommendI tried a few different couch to 5k apps before settling on this one. I used to run quite a bit and did several half marathons and lots of 10k's. But after having my babies I really struggled to get back to running regularly. I would run in fits and starts over several years but every time I would do too much too soon and end up injured or just burnt out. But using the app made me pace myself and build up slowly and I've been able to enjoy running again. I've lost weight, dramatically improved my fitness, and my back pain is gone. The app was easy to use, without too many cheesy voiceovers. I liked that I could listen to music at the same time and the app just cut in to tell me to slow down or speed up, without stopping the music. It was also really easy to look ahead at the weeks to come, or look back at what I'd done in previous weeks. I don't trust the distance tracking, but there's other ways to work that out. I used the free version and the advertisements weren't excessive. My only criticism is that there wasn't an option to have the app use my location only when using it- don't know if it would really use it if not running anyway, and its simple enough to turn location on and off and the start and end of a run. Tracking isn't essential to using the app anyway. Overall I totally recommend this app for anyone wanting to start running for the first time, or returning after injury or a break. I've downloaded the 10K app already and I'm looking forward to running some more..Version: 49.0.10

Good app, but...1) it needs a version for Apple Watch 2) if you move to another so while running, the app pauses... instead, it should keep running and interrupt other app to say “start walking” Overall, good app. But 2 enhancements needed to make it great!.Version: 49.0.10

It worksI am 50 years old with zero running experience. I was able to follow the plan because it told me exactly how much to run each day. By week 7, I was ready for my 5k. App itself is a little quirky and it quickly drains your battery, but the price was right. 😉.Version: 49.0.8
