✓ Fairly easy to use, missing a few featuresThis app makes it fairly straight forward to respond and manage booking Enquiries. There is a standard response message which I find I want to edit every time, unfortunately it doesn't seem possible to make your own template. Calendars from other booking agents like Airbnb can be imported but there is no facility to export the Tripadvisor booking calendar, you have to remember to update them manually..Version: 2.1

✓ Handy AppThis is a pretty good app for most aspects of managing a rental property - BUT with one glaring omission: that's that you cannot annotate a calendar entry you make yourself. All you can show is "unavailable", so if you are blocking out dates for friends or family, or for maintenance - you have to run a separate calendar which is a real pain!. Air BnB can do it so why not TA/HL? I have bleated to them about this for 8 years but they seem to take not notice. UPDATE MAY 2017. Now at last they have allowed annotation of calendar entries ! Thanks HL. Update Oct 2017 - still serious limitations. You can annotate entries from the pc app but NOT the iPhone/ iPad app. Even more annoying - if you annotate a calendar entry in the pc you cannot see the annotation from mobile app - just shows as unavailable! Grrrrrrr!.Version: 7.0.1

✓ Food for FoodiesWe wanted to experience traditional Czech cuisine and Leona provided that and so much more. She was happy to talk to us about how the food is prepared and life in general in Prague today. Portion sizes were just right as we moved between venues. We were so impressed with the food, drinks and service that we returned to 2 of the restaurants over the following days. We had a wonderful evening with a great group of people and highly recommend Leona for her hospitality..Version: 6.0.2

Wish there was a feature to use your own saved messages as there are definite glitches when you try to cut n paste. Also the calendar is not exportable which has meant I have had to disappoint some potential customers when I haven't updated it fast enough. That said its a neat little app that has got me a heck of a lot of bookings in my first year of use. Would recommend..Version: 2.1
