✓ Very handy for a dancerThis app offers the basic flamenco palo’s in a clear and useful way. I actually prefer it to Dr. Compás (despite having fewer palo’s and a big flaw) because of the guitar and clearly marked compás. Having the guitar play the melody cycles is VERY helpful to a dancer working on footwork, or other choreography in general to understand how to sync your dance with the structure and timing of the music. I’d give them all five stars but unfortunately the app has a flaw- it will drain your battery very fast if left open. I have an iPhone and have to double click the home button and swipe up to close the app after each use. Creators are aware of this. Despite this HUGE inconvenience it’s still my go-to app for practicing and teaching flamenco. Maybe if enough people buy it they can afford to fix the problem and add some more palo’s!
