MyMercyI LOVE this app! I love I can leave a message for my doctor, order refills or new scripts for meds with no refills, look at results myself of tests done, keep my meds list up to date, let my doctor know if there is an error in my record, make an appointment, keep track of all my appointments with differentMercy doctors in one place, find info I need available on my phone or copy of a test result for a non-Mercy dr. while seeing them, keep track of inoculations… makes the medical side of life so much easier! Thank you!.Version: 9.9.2

MyMercy app is amazing!I’ve had a couple of healthcare provider/records apps from other systems in the past. The experience was mediocre so my expectations were modest despite people I knew telling me it was great when I changed systems and got the MyMercy app. To say the app has far exceeded is a vast understatement! They app is easy to navigate and use, the systems for referrals and appointment setting very easy to use. The entire interface is intuitive and logical. Thank you, MyMercy!.Version: 10.5.3

Love the appI love the app it’s doctor Bumberry I have the problem with. It’s the fact that one of the side effects of Flexeril is death and that flexeril doesn’t effect the area where the pain starts that makes me want xanaflex that I had experience with years ago that I want. I received a letter from Bumberry online that said I’m out of her care but she would continue to supply one more month of medicine so I’m within that month asking for one prescription for Xanaflex 6mg two tablets by mouth every 8hours as needed not to exceed 36 mg in 24 hours.Version: 9.9.2

Nice to be able to check appointment times, etc.I’m 73 and scatterbrained. It’s been a year since my last wellness check. My appointment card has been lost for Heaven knows how long. It was nice to be able to look up appointment information online (I did remember it was sometime in April) without bothering a busy receptionist with a phone call. It was also helpful to be able to fill out some information needed for the appointment..Version: 10.7.2

My ChartI’m enjoying using My Chart and being able to access my tests and other vital health information, however, I still feel my doctor or his asst. should be calling with the test information results to say everything is okay, or to explain what the results actually mean or if further testing is required, it certainly would be nice to know, coming from your doctor or his asst, a kind gesture explaining or assuring your patient who is sometimes nervously awaiting these important test results! Thank you for listening. Susan C. Vidra.Version: 9.9.2

Spine surgery and hospital staffCan’t say enough good things about the staff at mercy hospital! My nurses Belinda and Jordan were very caring and helpful throughout my stay! The nurse techs Maria and lakita were very helpful and very supportive!! I will continue to go to mercy hospital for any medical needs in my life! Doctor Stetson was great and I highly recommend him for anyone who needs spinal surgery!! I believe that “CARE” is the most important word in the English language and the mercy hospital system cares about people who need help getting back on their feet!!!.Version: 10.5.3

Good app, but confusing some timesSo I love the app, being able to check on upcoming appointments, deal with billing statements and payment, having phone numbers and addresses with suite numbers, all of it. Only really have one problem, and one suggestion. Problem: I often get notifications that I have a new message/billing letter. I open the app, click on the alerts and see an old (but not yet due) statement amount and a line saying the other message is only viewable on the website. Seems silly I can’t check it on the app, but whatever. Go to the website, check message, and only message listed is regarding the bill due a week from “now.” If the notification is truly just a payment reminder, just say “payment reminder: bill due in 7 days.” Would save concern that some important note is being missed. Unrelated suggestion: my app icon lives on my home screen. If there should be an emergency, it would be handy if the app would either list primary doctor and/or favored hospital on the app welcome screen without needing to log in. Also, if there is any way to add that info to the the phone lock screen that’d also be handy. Tricky to do, but handy if possible..Version: 5.1

Mercy StaffI unfortunately have been having to visit Mercy several times this year, I’m sure due to my age being in my 80’s, I can’t even imagine going to any other medical facility except Mercy. In my age group conversations always seem to go to subjects about Dr’s or hospitals. We all get into our experiences about what goes on and I unfortunately hear some stories that sometimes are a little unfavorable from my friends. I tell them try Mercy, you won’t regret it. The Dr’s and the hospital staff are of excellent quality. We have been members for generations. Our Mother had all three of her children when it was St John’s. We have been patients there ever since.Version: 10.5.3

It’s good but has some flawsI love the app. It’s easy and I know what I’m doing when I get on, nothing to complicated. However the app always asks me if I want to remember this device, I click yes, enter in my security questions to secure the devices, but then it never works. Every time it tells me this device will be remembered, and then the very next time I have to still entire in all of my information as if I never clicked to remember this device. My family also has this same issue with their log ins so I know it’s not just mine. Not a super bad thing, just super annoying to deal with. Besides that I love the app itself.Version: 9.9.2

Mercy People that Really Care for YouIt seems the only way I can get to Mercy Hospital is in the ambulance. Next stop is with the ER people and they have been fantastic. I’m lucky I’ve never been in a life threatening situation in Arkansas. In 2005 I was on vacation in San Diego and I had a heart attack ending with me getting aTriple bypass. I returned a week later and a Mercy heart doctor took me in and kept me healthy. On each occasion I have been treated with professional care by all to ensure I was comfortable. The EMTs in the Ambulances 🚑 and doctors and nurses in ER all rushed to my side to do whatever to keep alive. These people are priceless and God Bless Them.🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️.Version: 9.9.2

Convenient & Easy To NavigateI’ve been using the app for a couple years now and I absolutely love it! I just paid my bill from the app! I made an appointment with my doctor from the app last month. I had my appointment with my doctor through the app. It’s so nice and convenient to have everything At the touch of my finger with the app. And I just realized today that my vaccination card is loaded on the app. So if I ever forget it, it’s on the app if I need it when going places. Can’t say enough great things about this fancy app I love it!.Version: 9.9.2

Room for improvementSo I got a call today to schedule an MRI. The caller seemed disinterested and just reading from a script. I was determined not to carry the dialogue so there were several moments of uncomfortable silence. A personality on her part would have been appreciated. She has the answers, take the lead in the conversation. I must tell you that I sense too many disconnects in the Mercy System. For example, when was your last Colonoscopy? Shouldn’t you have that info pulled up? I can’t remember exactly. Are you allergic to blah, blah, Again shouldn’t you have my info pulled up? I may remember and I may not…I’m old and forgetful, but you have access to my info given when my memory was much better. I have an excellent Doctor in the Mercy system…info is all there. Something seems to be lost when you’re passed from Doctor to Doctor without thorough study of medical records. I know it’s not easy, but it’s important..Version: 10.5.3

Everything I need to manage my healthcare.I don’t often write a review, but after using this app for a while I had to. Having access to my medical records with a touch of a button has been very helpful. I can see all my labs and I don’t have to wait around for the nurse to call with results. I can schedule appointments on here too. I have even been able to email back and forth with my doctor, nurses and office staff in this app. This seems to be a very effective way to communicate, possibly better. I can reach out, go about my day and get notified through the app when they get back to me. No more waiting on hold with the office only for them to tell me a nurse will call me later..Version: 10.7.2

My MercyThis app is a godsend . At one time I missed appointments, or arrived late because I was forever lost but now I share this app with my husband. The maps give us reliable directions so between the two of us, I am usually at the correct place, on time. I like having access to lab and test results. I thinks it’s really important for people to keep track of the trends in their labs. Positive results are like rewards for a person’s hard work.Version: 10.5.3

Last MaintenanceSince the last maintenance this app went down hill. Logging in became an issue, things they decided to consolidate either went missing or are things from 10 years ago that isnt relevant now. Biggest down fall to me now is the insurance portion. It has old insurance inform but won’t let me add my new one, and billing summery or estimate doesn’t even work. It keeps crashing the app. So those that like to stay on top of paying things you can’t even look to see if you are being billed, you can’t see what the break down is that you are paying for and what the insurance is covering. Very frustrating! Please fix.Version: 9.5.5

Mercy appI think the mercy app is the greatest. I have used it many times. I message my provider with medical questions and advice. This saves time and money in place of a office visit. They are always very prompt to reply and set your mind at ease. If you have any questions after leaving office visit, you can go on and look at your visit summary notes. If your not sure about what they told you about your medication changes-go on My Mercy check your visit notes. Thank you, My Mercy for going the extra mile. Brenda.Version: 9.9.2

A great hospital system with a good app that goes with itMercy Hospital, is a great hospital system that is very up-to-date, and modern. I have been dealing with the staff at the hospital and the doctors and their clinics for the last probably 30 years. With that being said in 2012 I had some health issues that they were great with helping me to be healed. Also in 2017 I had some more health issues with deals with a very terrible word, that I don’t like it’s that word you know the C word cancer is a very scary disease and Mercy was very helpful to me when they found the tumor that I had. Furthermore they have been very helpful with billing issues, and financial issues. That I have struggled with with that being said I give them a AAA+++++ plus Rating and highly recommend this hospital system to anybody looking for good doctors nurses and staff very friendly and courteous people. Thank you all the doctors nurses and staff for all your help..Version: 8.5

Makes my life easierI am severely hard of hearing and absolutely hate (lol) using the phone for calls. This apps allows me to do everything I need without having to be holding a phone to my ear trying to understand someone on the other end. It’s convenient in my busy life to check my labs make appointments and even to communicate with my health team. I absolutely love this app! It’s pretty simple to navigate too which is a big plus for me. I can be technically incompetent at times lol..Version: 9.9.2

All information availableAfter our experience with COX Hospital and Clinics in Branson, Mercy has been working very well for me and my wife. Seems the culture is completely different in a good way. We are in the process of changing all our providers to Mercy from COX and so far the experience has been better than we imagined it could possibly be. Using the patient portal has been easier than I expected and well organized. Finding everything quickly and able to communicate and get answers fast too..Version: 9.9.2

Much Improved WebsiteTwo years ago I voiced complaints regarding the navigation of the Mercy website. Since then (not because of me as the only measure) the website has improved so that I no longer have re-enter my credit card info every time I made a payment. What’s more it is very easy to contact my physician through messaging or to request refills. I rarely have to “drill down” more than twice to reach the info I need. Nice work folks: you have set the bar high..Version: 9.9.2

Peace of mindI live in Florida and my mom lives in OKC. Over the years she’s had some serious health concerns which required specific tests and even surgeries. She gave me access to her MyMercy app and it has been absolutely amazing. Having the ability to see test results so quickly, access to hospital stay information as it’s entered, being able to help her manage her healthcare from afar has been made possible by this app. Her MyMercy account and the peace of mind it has given me has far exceeded my hopes and expectations..Version: 9.9.2

My PA, Destiny &Physcian, Dr Kennedy (female)I can’t express my gratitude for their care! Destiny is amazing!! I feel calm and reassured every time I see her! She actually KNOWS me! (Or at least I feel like this!) I never feel she is in a rush, she discusses everything I have questions concerning and ensures I have understood what the plan involves! I’ve moved about every 2-3 years so I’ve had to change doctors. This type of care is not something you have available everywhere and I truly feel they’re a great team & extremely supportive. I’m blessed to have them working with me!!.Version: 10.5.3

My Mercy AppI do enjoy the My Mercy App, but I think when test results are sent by My Mercy, They need to be followed up with a call from the nurse, not a message on my Mercy from the MA, so many time you do not understand the test results you are reading or the message the doctor sends. The MA may send a message telling you where to go for your next step, but When they send a message, the do not tell you the results of the test. You can ask a question and still not get an answer, you are just ignored. I never had this problem with a nurse. I just think MAs just don’t know the answer. The one time I did get an answer from an MA, she said hold on while she googled the answer. I’m not against MAs. They do have a place in the medical field, but a nurse should always be available to call with test results and answer questions. To send a message and not answer questions is not fair to the patient..Version: 9.9.2

It’s good but one thing..Love all I’m able to do on the app. But there’s been twice now, 1 eye exam report (document not supported) and 1 procedure report (network error) I can’t open them to read. When I contacted the pertinent office I was told they had no control over the app and pointed me where to call to get these reports. Which I thoroughly appreciate. I love my doctors and all of their staff. I’m wondering if whoever has “control” over the app could fix these things. Why even bother the staff with uploading these things if it won’t open for the patient?.Version: 9.9.2

Great appGenerally easy to use. I love seeing my test results as soon as they’re available. I also love the fact that if I need to talk to a doctor that I can message them directly, saving us both time. Great for remembering appointments too. I’d recommend this to anyone that gets their care through mercy, it’s a game changer. Especially for those who have chronic health conditions and need that feeling of a little bit extra support. This is perfect for you..Version: 10.5.3

Very helpful A+I love this app because all my Mercy Drs have access to everything I had done (like my many surgeries, Drs visits, etc.). They can get on here and see how the surgery or Drs appointment went and the treatment plan and can schedule my appointments according to what I already have scheduled! I also love that I don’t have to get out and go to the Drs office or get my kids out if we are sick and take the chance of getting someone else sick! If you are hesitating about getting this app don’t because you won’t be disappointed! 😊.Version: 10.5.3

MyMercy AppBenefits for me on this app is significant tool for memory. If an issue middle of the night can message accordingly instead of forgetting by the time of next visit. Much easier than writing down and trying to find what I wrote down. All Mercy staff quick to respond. I like being able to communicate through the app as well as get referrals when needed and set up appointments. I’m sure it has many other benefits I haven’t even stumbled across yet but I find it easy to use and I’m almost 72..Version: 10.7.2

Invaluable ToolThe Mercy medical system as a whole along with this excellent personal information and connection tool My Mercy are a patient / consumers delight. It provides you with all pertinent medical information from your visits, tests, appointments, staff, locations, etc.; and very importantly it provides message communications to and from your specific providers without playing phone tag. This service would cost dearly in the cable tv and media world. I can’t say thank you enough to the brilliance of the Mercy system. I am just a grateful patient with lots of years under other medical systems… I am not an employee!.Version: 9.9.2

My MercyI love this app! You don’t have to wait for the doctor to have time to call with results, you can see them as soon as they’re available. You can look back on any visit yo read notes in case you forgot something or were sick or overwhelmed and not comprehending everything at the time. You can see any upcoming labs or appointments that are scheduled. You can also compare old tests with new results if you have an ongoing condition. It’s just full of information that you can’t get just by going to the doctor and leaving. Everything is at your fingertips..Version: 10.5.3

ExcellentI love that I can view test results whenever they’re available. Being able to pull up the Covid-19 vaccinations info is very helpful. I also like the improved message system that allows for an ongoing “conversation” regarding the initial message sent. I would like to see one more improvement to the message system. I would really like to be able to unsend a message provided it hasn’t had a response yet..Version: 9.9.2

ER and MoreUnfortunately I had 3 visits to the ER (2 in Springdale and 1 in Rogers) and 3 days in the Rogers hospital. As one issue was addressed, another appeared. The ER nurses explained what they were doing and what was likely to happen next . The ER Dr. explained what needed to be done to address the 3rd issue and when I was admitted to the hospital the Hospitalist and her team were attentive to all of my needs, answered all my questions and were very thorough in explaining the situation. I do not recommend kidney stones or a blood infection, but I highly recommend these facilities..Version: 9.9.2
