✓ Better off subscribing to one green planet emailsThough there are lots of recipes, only some of them are actually available to you, the rest you have to 'subscribe' to the app in order to access them. It's like $2.79/month or $27.99/year(or something like that) In my opinion, that's just garbage, why create a "free" app if you have to pay to access the content? I already subscribe to one green planet emails and get there recipes mailed to me all the time for FREE. Why would I want to pay for them? Especially in such a tricky fashion. ✓ Slow and clumsy appI found some good recipes on the app and they are well presented and easy to follow (except that they are all in US measurements and the conversion to cups is a pain!) I sign up for a year subscription and went straight to the collections and to my great disappointment it just doesn’t work. ✓ Frustrating UII probably wouldn’t leave this review if I didn’t submit helpful UI feedback and got a response from admin that was defensive. So now I will share what is wrong with this app. First I do like the pictures and there seem to be lots of recipes. But when you like a recipe, you can never go back to your likes. And bookmarking a recipe take several steps which is cumbersome. And when you select ingredients that you’d like and it goes and your profile for recipes that they could recommend, there’s no where to find those recommendations based on the things that you were liked. So I find it unusable. Might as well search the Internet for recipes and not pay four dollars a month. After signing up, app crashes ALL the time. If I go to any of the tabs on the left, it will act like it’s loading, then either give you a blank screen or freeze completely. So annoying. ✓ Buggy and unhelpful developersThis app was recommended to be by a fellow vegan and I really liked the free version however I wanted access to the complete library - so I subscribed. Unfortunately the app did not recognise my subscription. I tried the usual things like deleting and reinstalling the app, cancelling and resubscribing to the app..... I contacted the developer, who said that the issue wasn't with them but that it was with Apple. I then contacted Apple who advised that all was ok their end (the subscription was valid). The developer has since then ignored my last four emails! If you want a great recipe app (that allows you to select vegan, vegetarian etc in your dietary requirements) then use Yummly... THEN I logged out one day and have never been able to get back on. The Facebook link just says you already logged in with this account, and when i try to reset my password it says unable to connect. Where I am deeply disappointed is I have contacted customer support numerous times and they have NEVER got back to me. So I have paid for a years access to an app I cannot use. It’s disgraceful. ✓ Bad Customer ServiceAt first I found this app great until I applied for a year subscription, when I did this nothing had changed it wasn't letting me have any benefits of the yearly subscription. This was annoying but I knew I could contact them, they did try to help me but after a while they stopped replying to me my app still isn’t fixed and they’ve took £14.99 from me and I haven’t herd from them since. Your costumer service is very shocking I hope this changes..Version: 1.6.2

✓ It’s free to load the app but you can’t see recipesI was hoping for healthy recipes and instead I found an app that shows a lot of dessert recipes and then says you’ve expired the 25 recipes you’re allowed to see for free. You don’t get to choose the subject of the 25 recipes. To me it’s obvious that this app isn’t worth it. It’s a shame because we need some good apps to share vegan recipes..Version: 1.9.3
