✓ GarbageThis thing is absolute garbage. You put in your information, hit done to actually see the calculations, and you get an ad pop-up that you can’t get out of without closing the app down completely. This is just a way for some lazy developer to try and get as much money as quickly as possible without actually doing anything worthwhile..Version: 1.7.0
✓ Was useful, but now too many adsI’ve used this app for several months. It has been great for figuring out how much I will save based on how much additional I pay on my loans. More recently, it’s been updated to show an ad every time the numbers are changed. This becomes very annoying when changing values slightly to see what payments I can make. I’m not against ads, but showing one every 4 seconds is too much of a hassle to be useful, so I am now deleting..Version: 1.3.1
✓ Ads make it unusablePops up ads when you try to calculate a loan make this on usable. I was unable to dismiss the ad, and it seems like you just have to wait for a crazy amount of time, like at least 30 seconds to a minute. I’m sure if you were willing to pay three dollars or more for in app purchases to get rid of the ads it might be a perfectly fine app. And I might have been willing to pay that, if the free version hadn’t been so unpleasant..Version: 1.8.0
✓ Too basic to be useful for mortgageI even paid the Extra $4 thinking there were a lot of fields missing from the basic version. No ability to include pmi, taxes, insurance, cdd, hoa, maint, down payment. I mean I have to use another calculator to figure out the loan amount after % down payment to enter in this app How hard is it to have for a mortgage House cost Down payment as percent or $ Final loan amount Years Interest Pmi interest rate Monthly payment Taxes as percent or $ Insurance as percent or $ CDD HOA maint Other Final monthly payment To be really nice you could add apr with graduating options..Version: 1.1.0
✓ Pop ups with videos - not goodTried to see the chart after the first input and two adds pop up sequentially followed by videos... not worth the time to close everything since these calculators are everywhere. Was just looking for a stand Calculator but would stick with browser versions rather than this..Version: 1.2.3
✓ No good. No where near accurateI tried to figure out what the interest and payment would be on a $13,000 loan with interest. The interest was less than a $ even on the first payment and only a few dollar over the total loan. I’ve had several loans and they just do now look like that. More interest in the first months and years and the less interest and more principle as the loan is paid down..Version: 2.0.3
✓ O.K.I haven’t really used The app much so I really shouldn’t be writing a review yet. I will change it if necessary though. So far I’ve noticed that there is an option for an extra payment per pay period. When you add a dollar amount in that space and then go to the chart which shows principal and interest payments; it does not calculate your extra payment with your principal each pay period..Version: 1.3.3
✓ Good App, intrusive adsThe app is pretty simple and does want it advertised. I realize it’s free, so I don’t mind ads. But these are incredibly intrusive and hard to clear. Freezes and blocks the screen making me watch a 45 second commercial, then after it’s hard to clear. Overall not a keeper.Version: 2.6.0
✓ DeletingThis calculator doesn’t do much, but was just a quick tool. Now there’s an add every time push a button. Was already very limited without the option for down payment, taxes, Mort ins…. Etc. There are way better options out there. I et they want to make money, but it’s like trying to charge for your standard calculator. Nope..Version: 2.4.0
✓ App stopped workingI love the simplicity of the app, but this past week it stopped working for me. The values at the bottom are now blank after hanging the inputs (payment, Total interest, Total paid, etc). Please fix this!! I don’t want to have to get a different app..Version: 1.5.1
✓ Cumbersome addsI had used this app in the past and it was simple and easy. Re-downloaded it to use to compare refinancing options and it was so cumbersome with adds that I deleted it within five minutes..Version: 1.3.2

✓ An ad for every small tweak?First calculation was easy (and unlike others, I didn’t need to zero out taxes and insurance and all sorts of other payments). But when I wanted to see how adding another $50 per payment changed things, it wanted me to watch an add to let me save the change. An ad every time I want to tweak a number? Bye-bye app. Not keeping you. It’s now deleted..Version: 1.3.2
✓ Would have been 5 stars…But there seems to be a bug where I can no longer make changes to the loan data without having to jump to a different screen, then back to the main data screen. ✓ Holy Ads!Basic. Better than pencil and paper, but at least that way every calculation is not interrupted by an ad. Needs more functionality, too. Seeing the changes affected by paying weekly, bi weekly or monthly, etc., would add great value. Not sure that by itself would overcome the ad nuisance, but it would sure help..Version: 1.9.0
✓ Was great until recentlyI have been using this app for years and on a recent update now the app shifts up after you input the loan details and it makes it difficult to edit. I was closing the app completely and restarting now I have found I can click out and back in and get editing access again. This never happened until recently and feels like a glitch as there is no logical reason for it. I guess I will have to go find a better one that isn’t broken… disappointed because I like this app very much.Version: 2.4.1
✓ Paid for full version and stopped working after few months.I downloaded the free version first, I liked it a lot then I upgraded to no ads, then I paid for the full version after few months the app completely shut down and When I open it it has no functions. Very disappointed, they just took my money and without any notification the app just stopped working. ✓ This is not great…The developer really wants to show you ads, above anything else, he/she needs you to see ads! I’ve never really seen an app so poorly designed so that you can’t even evaluate of this can be helpful or worth buying. The app needs to do what it says it will do first and foremost! This app doesn’t do that- it starts with a message about enabling app tracking (don’t do that), followed by immediately showing ads and then more ads. They also don’t give you enough information on the paid updates to make a decision. Great advertisement delivery method, poor calculator..Version: 2.2.0

✓ No goodInstalled this because it was the highest rated app in the category. Sometimes I think that’s just a self-fulfilling prophecy with the store promotions. Anyhow, not a pleasant UX. Lacks basic features such as setting the loan origination date and is riddled with ads and it’s not just an ad somewhere on your screen but the type that you have to watch before getting your amortization table. Ended up installing another app with far less reviews and it is much better.Version: 1.7.0
✓ Too many adsThe app is fine for figuring interest rates and loan payments but every time you put in a different period of time for the loan or different interest-rate for the loan you have to listen to an ad which gets annoying I couldn’t take it had to delete the app.Version: 1.6.3
✓ Not advanced enoughThe app is easy to read, works well and isn’t buggy. I like the ability to save and export. That’s all good. However, there are no extra fields for specific types of loans. Things like taxes, insurance, and other costs should be fields that are included..Version: 1.2.0

✓ Ads on Steroids!Seriously just downloaded this 3 mins ago. Wasn't even been able to input the values for one loan before being ambushed by three separate instances of annoying advertisements. Thought this was a good app based on overall reviews. I was wrong. Should’ve sorted the reviews by the most recent. Then I would’ve seen all the reviews of others complaining about incessant ads too. Bottom line: Uninstalling now!.Version: 2.4.0
✓ Deleted app due to excessive adsI could see how this could be useful but honestly there are a significant amount of ads. I understand ads maybe necessary and for that I typically am okay with tolerating them. However, I have to watch an ad everytime I want to save a new loan so as a new user of the app if I want to put in all 15 of my student loans in at once I have to watch 5 mins of just ads (each ad is 20 secs). It is either this or enter in the same numbers 15 times every month when I want decide how much to overpay my loans on their due date which may change month to month...maybe I am missing something. Unfortunately, I deleted the app for this reason..Version: 1.3.2
