Old and ClunkyThe app is so outdated. It looks terrible, not intuitive and you can’t even send a message to support then wait for them to get back to you - have to stay on the app until it’s resolved..Version: 8.0.1

You’ve lost a customerEach month I cannot see if my nominated amount per month is taken out once the final date is reached. A few times I have had to go into Woolworths to buy a voucher. This is not supposed to happen. I’m leaving Woolies mobile, as I’m supposed to remain connected all the time as a taxi driver GOODBYE!!!.Version: 7.7

Won’t let you recharge your accountsThis is not a helpful app or mobile plan company I have been trying for three days to recharge my phone data and it shows an error each time and I have checked my bank and my VPN and it is neither of those things so why is it still not working I need the data for work and for study.Version: 6.1.2

Do you use your own app?I’m starting to suspect the devs don’t use their own apps. The same bug has been around across different versions including the one before the change of theme/layout. Do you know when the app is first loaded and if there’s a “notice” box, the rest of the entire app becomes useless when you dismiss that dialog? You end up having to manually kill the app and start again. Seriously, this is basic functionality design. How it got past testing over so many gens of versions is beyond me..Version: 8.0.1

Esim failureToday i purchased esim via woolworths website and got confirmation about successfully Activation of my service.. Waited 4 hours and called several times to woolworths help centre and waited on call for almost 40 minutes everytime they answer and was unable to provide any solution and told me to chage with physical sim card.. like really? If i need physical sim i should have bought it on first place ! Don’t need to waste my time by searching for a plan that suits my needs and even payement was done by there end and now they told me that its postpaid sim and minimum term of plan to stay connected is 1 month. Even the sim shows #SOS and i told the same thing and at the end I canceled my new esim number but they told me i still need to pay for the service which even not a part of !! Really unhappy with the mobile service they provided. Being with woolworths shopper for more than 6 years but that all went to vain.Version: 7.3

The worst carrierI was only able to access 3G network. When I Tony got to talk to a human I was told that it was an issue with my phone even after I told them I got 4G with my previous provider they responded by telling me that it was still an issue with my phone have I considered updated my phone I HAD TO AGAIN TELL THEM IF I PUT MY WORK SIM IN MY PHONE I GOT 4G AND WHEN I PUT THE WOOLWORTHS SIM CARD I ONLY 4G. After they got the message they said I would have to go and get a new SIM card. Which I did I’m very happy with Belong it cheaper and I now get 4G.Version: 7.0.1

Can’t change service nickname!It’s a pain if you are using app to manage for someone else - iPad/ watches/phones. Need to change the name to reflect the actual item!.Version: 6.6.2

Payment soWhat a joke The person who made the comment at the top giving it five stars hasn't been With them for very long as he will find out the call dropp outs are a regular thing continuously and not to mention every time you go to pay your bill it comes back saying it's not able to accept Your payment but if you take a look at your bank statement you will find that the payment has come out. but will still say that you haven't even still with the updated app and latest version on your phone it still does not make a difference but then you go and pay again thinking that you haven't paid or didn't go through the first tisme before looking at your statement and then you've made two payments but it still says you have not. and has not accepted your payment..Version: 6.0

Data not up to date in appIn the app the data use and remaining is not up to date and is days behind. Also the data bank won’t kick in when monthly allowance is used AND when data is used everything else is cut off. Can’t call to sort out issue..Version: 7.9

Recharge TroubleI recharge every month when my credit runs out and every time I do, it comes up with an error and says the recharge was unavailable yet it still takes the money out of the bank. It has been doing this for the last 6 recharges I have made. This problem needs to be fixed because my whole family and most of my friends use it and about to leave it because of this issue..Version: 5.4.1

Says I will forfeit banked dataApp is fine except every time I recharge on exactly the same plan ($20) it says that I will forfeit my banked data if I recharge on a lower plan. I am not recharging on a lower plan it’s annoying. Maybe it’s because I don’t have automatic recharge on but that shouldn’t matter. It needs to be fixed..Version: 6.6.1

Run a mile from this providerHow about supporting your customers in stress of treating them with contempt. I cannot send MMSs - Error is “Out of Credit, plse recharge’ yet my direct debit arrangement is up to date. Tried Woolies support process but it just gets worse. Awful app and support. Basic troubleshooting steps are online but NON-EXISTENT phone support for issues needing prompt attention/escalation. Need to submit online support request with 5-7 day turnaround for action. AND I do not even receive job Ref or email/SMS acknowledgment of the request being successful submitted..Version: 7.0.1
