✓ Simple Pleasures!A simple app that’s easy to navigate and use. I have the free version and it’s great for marking locations and building a timeline. I like that you can make it personable buy choosing colours and pins for your map. Apple maps is also used which I love as I use this all the time. Only negative is the dates in the timeline, if you just choose the year as you can’t remember your dates, 2015 appears in 2014. So you have to choose the year in front to get it to sit in your timeline correctly. A great idea for future development would be a social section to the app. So you can connect with other users by username and tag them in your trips and for it to appear on your timeline. And then you can share photos for that trip etc..Version: 1.1.5
✓ My favorite appTraveling is one of my favorite things to do. This app allows me to keep track of everyplace I have ever been in great detail. You can subcategorize your pins and keep track of places you want to go. You can attach pictures and see everywhere you’ve been so far. I highly recommend this app!!.Version: 1.2.0

I just discovered that if you post a photo, it will collect the metadata on it so you have accurate data of when and where you were as well as a photo to prove it. My only issue is that some of the maps are lacking detail so you have to estimate where you went and drop a pin. Searching by place name works faster than dropping pins..Version: 1.2.0
✓ Nice thorough with great customer serviceThe app is easy to use, very thoroughly organized and allows for customization which I really enjoy. I track my past trips and ‘hope to visit in the future’ trips. It takes the place of having a map with push pins, yarn, photos, and little notes tacked on it, which is exactly what I wanted from the app. I can add cover photos, write notes, make groups, and plot routes. When I start travelling more I’ll definitely buy the app. Only suggestions I could see being useful to some other people would be to be able to add more photos to one pin and to be able to share it on their social media. I didn’t sign up for an account when I originally installed it so I had some issues with my pins vanishing. I contacted customer service and this has to be one of my top customer service interactions. Polite, helpful, and fixed the problem very quickly. ✓ Love it!This app works. When I was a kid I used to colour in towns I'd been on a paper map. Then loose the map. This app has let me mark all the places I've been alone, and separately mark where I've been with the kids. It's brought back memories of holidays as a child and is helping me plan my next holiday. ✓ Great, simple appThis is a terrific app. Very simple, you can mark your places with photos which makes it super easy. I like the fact that you can map all of the cities that you go to - most of the apps are geared toward world travel. This one does it all. The group feature is also perfect because it can filter out different types of trips for viewing or printing. It would be nice to change the label on the print out and make a custom title. Perhaps an export feature in would be nice in the future to allow for exporting and professionally printing for framing. Overall a fantastic app!!.Version: 1.0.12
✓ Love it!I’ve been able to track and pin photos to all the places I’ve been! I even compared it with another similar app and this one far surpassed it. I’ve had some issues with it constantly crashing though, even when I’m in a place that has good WiFi. Other than that, this app is fantastic!.Version: 1.1.5

✓ GreatApp is easy to use. Places can be marked by searching or dropping pins directly on the map. Each pin can be personalized by uploading photos, editing date/time of visit, adding notes, and set into groups of different pin colors. My only complaint is the nearby pins group into a larger pin with a number on it when you zoom out the map. I’d rather have small and colorful pins scattered all over the map..Version: 1.2.0

✓ I like it because you can either mark the sites manually or with photosMost of the other apps can only mark the country. This one allows you to mark the city, the site and describe it manually or with photographs. I have gone through 7 other apps to mark your travels, and this one is the best. ✓ Actually love this appI wanted an app that can rack which cities I've been too and not just the country. I also didn't want one that had journal entries. Simply just wanted to track where I've been! This app worked out really good! I would love it even more if it had the option of just pinning a state because right now if you type in a certain state, it chooses a city for you and the pin would not just be the state but a city in that state and as a perfectionist, I don't really like that XD being picky is all! ✓ Exactly what I was after to track tripsI was lucky to find this-my wife and I have travelled quite a lot and it’s great now to be able to keep track of the trips on the world map. The categories are great - I can view, group and filter each trip, add a photo for each site and more importantly keep a copy of my blogs in the notes section. (With url links to photo albums on Facebook and accommodation on booking.com) I still have quite a bit of old trips to add, as this is exactly what I was looking for. ✓ Best YetThis app is really useful for those of us who travelled before cameras and phones had access to a GPS. I have used a few similar apps. This is the best yet. ✓ Glad I found it!Best travel App out there, and I’ve tried a tonne! Outstanding customer service as well! My only suggestions for future updates to make it perfect would be to: 1) show more stats prominently (% world by area, # countries in each group, etc.) 2) add a wish list, or “places to visit”. As a workaround I’m using groups for that, but then the wishlist gets included in my #countries which messes-up my count :).Version: 1.1.7

✓ Finally. The App I’ve Been Searching ForIn the past I’d been using a different app to track the cities I’d visited. That app is now no longer supported. I needed to find a new one and thankfully found it with EveryPlace. My number one requirement for a travel tracking app was to be able to pin specific places or cities. Too many other apps mark a whole country as “visited” even if you’ve only been to one small place. This app allows you to be more flexible. The interface is really good and it’s 100% worth updating to the paid version, I did it within minutes of trialling the free. The app allows you to extort dats to different file types, you can also sync via signing in. The only feedback I have for the developer is 1- when changing the date, if you set the start date to a particular date, the end date should automatically change to the same date, which makes it easier to then move a few days forward. 2- should be able to have “friends” within the app so you can see their map Keep up the good work!.Version: 1.1.10

✓ Fantastic service!I’ve been using this app for a while and it’s perfect for tracking and displaying where my wife and I have travelled. I recently changed phones and although the app transferred over, I couldn’t find the data... of which there was quite a bit. Contacted the support email and instantly had a response from Mark who went to great lengths, finding our data by asking me about unique cities we’d visited. ✓ One of my favorite travel app...Not quite efficient enough when creating maps of past trips (too many clicks through menus, no destination group editing) but is awesome to keep track of everything as you move along. A type of visual journal. It is unfortunate that it works only when online (internet speed and reliability is not great everywhere), but also understandable, given that it relies on Google Maps. Still, if Map.Me can do it offline, then there is room for improvement. I'm glad I bought it nevertheless. It has great features... Wow! Just read the other reviews. I really appreciate how I can use this as an illustration to tie my photo portfolio together. Anyone presenting travel writing, travel photography, or any other international experience can use this to separate themselves from competitors. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! I’d like to suggest some new features: 1. An ability to create multiple copies of maps. This would allow users to separate trips or years. This will make it easier to create chapters both in this program or be able to export self contained files to other programs. 2. I also want to be able to connect ports in a voyage using one color of line to show my course. I’d like to have a key on the side to show a small picture of the ship next to the course line. It would be useful to be able to add a symbol along the course to remind the viewer that this is a ship. It would also act as intermediate (waypoints) positions to keep straight course lines from plowing across land! 3. Some journeys have multiple travel types so a full range of transport symbols will help (plane, automobile, airship, omnibus, rail, ballon, walk, horses, camels, dog sled, etc.).Version: 1.1.5
