✓ It was better when I had the free app.Now that I paid for the extended learning plan the app runs so slowly I don’t have time to wait for it to come up. I know it’s not my iPad because I don’t have the same problem with any other app. The app itself is good IF you already have a rudimentary knowledge of the language. It’s not for absolute beginners. I just wish it didn’t run so slowly, so I could spend more time learning and not waiting. Problem was corrected after I contacted customer service, so I added a star.
