✓ Not worth the hassleI’ve used this in the past and it had fine content. However there are so many walls to get through and often the app crashes and doesn’t let you in. ✓ Beautiful, but slow and incompleteThe layout is functional and the photos are beautiful, but it takes just under a year to load every page (and that seems to be slowness at the server end, as high-speed wifi doesn't make any difference) and some of the recipes are incomplete (either listing ingredients that you're never told when or how to add, or missing ingredients you're pretty sure are part of the cocktail being described). For instance, there's no mention of any sweet and sour to temper the lime, tequila, and triple sec in the margarita, and though soda water is listed in clearly mentioned in the narrative history of the Mojito, it's entirely absent from the recipe. ✓ Should be great, If I can ever access it!I searched on Google for home bar apps, and The Liquor Cabinet app appeared on almost every article that I read. I was very excited to try it. But apparently I can’t. However, it won’t let me sign up, and gives me an error message every time I’ve tried. I tried email, as well as signing up through Google or FB, and only the last one told me that it’s still in develop mode, so I should contact the developer if I want access. ✓ Classy, but inaccurateA good app for all the classic cocktails anyone could wish to reference. Having a diverse liquor cabinet, this was a real help to finding new and interesting cocktails to indulge my worsening alcoholism. However, I notice that a sizeable amount of the recipes are not true to widely accepted versions that one might find in any bar or cocktail enthusiast’s Home. For instance, the recipes for the old fashioned, mint julep and sazerac omit the vital inclusion of sugar. Being a part-time cocktail maker, this intrigued me at first as I had never tried an old fashioned with out sugar, but when I followed the app’s recipe and tried the resultant drink, it was far less superior to one I could make with sugar. If the recipes were altered to correct these inaccuracies, the app would greatly improve, but as it stands, I am somewhat dissatisfied, and slightly cautious to recommend this app to anyone who doesn’t have a basic knowledge of mixology, as if someone was to believe an old fashioned was as bitter as the omission of sugar makes it, they might never attempt to make one again, and that would be a real shame because old fashioneds are great.MuNkI 909Version: 2.1.6

✓ Great app but some bugsI love the large selection of recipes this app provides as well as the format they're set in according to liquor and difficulty. The app also provides a detailed explanation of everything you need plus a history of every ingredient and the drink itself. You also have the ability to save recipes so they can be referred back to when you aren't online. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because some of the recipes cause the app to crash when they are entered.
