✓ Works great for needed thingsMy only complaint is that I can’t check the movie schedule for any location besides my “home” location. I’ve tried looking on the websites for the different locations, but it directs you to the app which doesn’t let you look at it. Seems like poor planning..Version: 4.4
✓ Fine app but don’t do thisDon’t update the app and force an update cutting off access for me to easily log in at the gym and go workout. No one, including the front desk guy wants half asleep awkward complaints cause my usual routine is disrupted and now he has to key in my phone number. Update the app, as you like, just never remove the functionality to use the service..Version: 4.0
✓ Waste of time and downloadI downloaded the app to join a challenge through my EOS location, and was excited to take part, and have extra encouragement to be active at home. However, it soon became apparent that though the app says Fitbit is compatible, it would accept it only for regular workouts and not for the challenge. Some sort of error in the eos app system prevented it from adding my distances, though my Fitbit has it all. Contacting customer service was a waste of time because they think their app is infallible and it must be user error or another app’s fault. Uninstalled..Version: 1.50
✓ The update is awful!The app has updated in the last week or so and it’s awful. When the app is working the classes are grouped together from all my favorites and it’s annoying because I know the classes and locations and just use it to register for often sold out classes, but that’s not the real problem... most of the time it doesn’t work at all and I just get the spinning thinking things and have to log in on the website which defeats the total purpose of the app. I love EOS, but the update was unnecessary and annoying..Version: 1.40
✓ Issues providing class schedulesMore often than not it won’t display same day class schedules, and not at all for the closest gym to my place. I reinstalled the app a couple times but just turn to the website now, defeating the purpose of the app. The way you cycle through different locations in town is also a pain. Would be great if I could just select the class I want and see which locations from my favorites offers that class. Wouldn’t make a difference ‘til the first issue is fixed. At best this is just an alternative to having the card on my keychain..Version: 1.35
✓ Childcare sign upSigning up for child care is not great. You have to put in all your information- Name, email, phone number, access number, pickthe location and club.... before you can even see if there is availability on the calendar and most of the time there is not. :( then you have to go back and do it for a second child and sometimes you can’t book them for the same time slot. Being able to see what time slots and how many available spots upfront would be really nice. Especially if I’m trying to sign up for a class too. Only complaint. The rest of it is great!.Version: 3.3
✓ Childcare Sign Up IssuesGiving one star due to the new childcare sign up EŌS put in place during COVID. Ridiculous. Have been unable to workout many times due to the limited space and availability they now have. Going to be even more of an issue when I have another child. Then gave me some paperwork today too to fill out for my toddler for the first time ever and it is intrusive and asking totally unnecessarily questions regarding private matters..Version: 3.3
✓ Class schedule doesn’t appearThe app doesn’t display the class schedule. Only one in a long list of EOS issues, and the gym hasn’t even opened yet! Months of delays in opening, a few false emails telling us to come to the gym to get our cards followed immediately by “oops, we got ahead of ourselves, not yet!” emails, then an email today that said “Download the app to see the classes for this week, the gym is opening at 6 a.m. Thursday!” But the app says it can’t show the schedule, and the website doesn’t have the schedule either. Given the other reviews on here saying the classes fill in less than a minute after becoming available on the app, I don’t have high hopes..Version: 1.35
✓ Good app except...It’s good to see the classes around, but when you try to book a class, it just shows that it is thinking about something and you can’t take any action while it does that and then the class is fully booked once it finally stops thinking about it. And even though it started with me pushing the book class button, it doesn’t give me a spot and just says o spots left..Version: 3.2
✓ Great but challenges glitchI like the app but recently started participating in the challenges and noticed it doesn’t always track check ins at the gym for challenges. At first I wondered if my app just wasn’t scanning at the front desk but the area in my app that shows the check in history will be correct but the challenge will just not count it and remain stuck on the same number of check ins..Version: 3.3
✓ Kids Club Reservation are a pain!It’s a 6 or 7 step process to create a reservation for kids club. You have to fill out multiple pages of information just for the app to tell you on the last step of the process that your location has no available time slots. Why can’t they make this process easier for parents needing to make reservations? Let’s not forget another annoying feature, you can only make reservations one day in advance. I wouldn’t mind having to go through so many steps to make reservations if I could make them for my entire week but I can’t. I have to try and remember the day before I go to the gym to make a reservation. This is really frustrating as a parent just trying to make it to the gym when I can..Version: 4.6
✓ Good service, iffy layoutThe gym is great and has awesome facilities but the app is a little difficult to navigate. It's kinda hard to find where your workouts are, and the search bar for creating a workout is annoying. One word misplaced in the beginning and it wont find anything. Also, when creating a workout, you cant edit the order of the activities after they're chosen!!! Overall, good app but lacking in some practical features..Version: 4.6
✓ App doesn't transfer health dataOn the iPhone, this app doesn't always transfer the data from health. It's really discouraging when I sign up for challenges and set goals on the eos app because I could workout for like 4 days in a row and on the app it doesn't show anything because the data doesn't transfer from the health app. I tried to go through the support on this app to fix this issue but when I click on the link it says I don't have access which is frustrating. How am I able to resolve this issue if I can't contact anyone from support. I've checked my settings to make sure the data gets transferred and nothing..Version: 4.6
✓ App ImprovementI feel the app is very user friendly. My only irritation is scheduling kid care. It would be more efficient to be able to look at open time slots before needing to enter in all the other information (ie member number, my name, name of child). When there is not a time slot available, I look into other gyms nearby and have to enter all the information again before booking..Version: 4.6
✓ App is good, except childcare reservations!This app has been great so far for reserving classes and other things. But the child care reservations are awful! Please update that process!It takes several minutes of adding basic information only to see that the timeslot you are hoping for is already booked. The app should have all of your information already saved for your child and the gym location, and then just click on the time to reserve!.Version: 4.5
✓ Non-functional. Only works as a barcode.The EōS app is hot garbage. Nothing against the gym itself, I’m happy to be a member, but the app is generally useless. It’s a slow, buggy mess, and there’s no way to update any personal information on the app, not even a way to change payment cards. There isn’t even a way to contact anyone for help through the app. The website is unfortunately just as bad for different reasons, so I’ll have to go speak to a rep in person to make any edits to payment info, address, etc. The app could really use some updates. It does display your barcode for signing in pretty well, but that’s about it..Version: 4.4
✓ PLEASE Streamline KidsClub ReservationsApp is fine- but the kids club reservations… UGH! It takes forever entering in ALL your membership info, EVERY time, for EACH kid. I love EOS as a gym but often miss going because I my ADHD brain hates the whole sign up process and makes me forget to make a reservation for my kids! Getting to the gym is already more difficult with kids, please don’t make it more-so! Fix that and it’s a 5 star for me..Version: 4.6
✓ Not reliableIf I could delete this app, I would delete it but unfortunately I need it to check into the gym. Now I’ve given this app permission to have access to my Apple Watch to record my workout and half the time it records and shows my progress other times it takes 24 hours for it to show that I was at the gym and I had to work out. It needs work so as it stands now I’m not even going to bother using it anymore to keep track of my work out and show my progress. I’ll just use it to check into the gym from this point forward..Version: 4.6
✓ PLEASE FIX KIDS CLUB RESERVATION SECTIONI would give 5 stars if the kids club section were able to auto-fill and if you knew if your time was available before you started the long process. It is the main reason I use the app. It is a very long process to fill out all your information. And when you are going through it, you don’t even know if the time you need is available. ✓ Barcode not workingBarcode is not working. I’ve been trying to email support people, got one reply from Liuba Morarescu (Fitness App Support), she said she fixed the problem. I tried the app and pressed the Barcode, still not working. I emailed her so many times, never heard from any of the Fitness App support. In the first and only email I received from them, they mentioned a “real person” will call me and will fix the problem. That never happened. I never received miss calls. I will delete this app on my phone and will never recommend this to my friends..Version: 1.35
✓ Kids Club reservations is a jokeEvery time you try to use Kids club reservation, you have to fill all the details again and again. This takes so much of time. If I already have added details of my kids why do I need to submit all the details again. Also there are no details of personal training programs in the app. You cannot View, Schedule or Cancel training program from app. Everything is manual in EoS. This app is a joke..Version: 3.3

✓ Kids club.I really shouldn’t have to go through 10 pages of information EVERY. SINGLE. TIME that I make a reservation for my daughter. at some point, that information needs to be save automatically because it’s getting very annoying that everything else is updated but that !.Version: 4.0
