✓ New upgrade is good but have many issuesNew upgrade is good but many unexpected issues.. even for small small things. My jio ID password has signed out automatically from all my apps on my iPhone or my iPad and now I am unable to sign in or even reset my password. All iPads aren’t 4G so it is impossible to use the sim in it from beginning and now even on hotspot or JioFi or WiFi unable to use the apps after the upgrade. The chat agent advised to change the password through upgraded my jio app but there is no option of change password. Your introduction to the new enhanced app shows the snapshot with the change password but in actual that is not appearing the app. Kindly fix it or switch to the older version please. It was good even in poor network conditions but now this enhanced app is difficult and freezes in poor network connection. Please help. Jio User.Version: 5.0.10

✓ Activate Button after rechargeI have no clue why application is showing activate button when customer recharges account prior expiration. Although there is statement which says that you plan will kick in once current plan expires, it mis-leading and customers may tap activate button accidentally, this is conspiracy where customers may loose money. ✓ Clunky 5G, Too many Text after DNDJio has intermittent connectivity and quality issues in 5G. I came from US and using this for my 2 weeks stay, sometime speed of 5G are good but unreal I ke for video calls which really a 3-4G thing. Indian companies have long way to go to learn Quality over quantity. Seems Jio is really not targeting to be global company and create a brand. I have opted for DND but still Jio sends 10-15 text messages in a day that is completely unacceptable for privacy and targeting customers. I have complained to TRAI for this. They promised to install in 2 hours and taken the money immediately They did not install in one weak All contacts including Adnan, Chaurasiya and Priyesh Srivastav refused to respond back. Chaurasiya promised to return the money by 24 Jan and till now no returns and all the jii guys have vanished into thin air. ✓ Application need to be tested before deploymentOvertime I have seen that few of the defects keep open for example international recharge options country are not loading. It’s a very silly mistake but it should be catch in testing. I believe application is not tested thoroughly before deployment and it’s happening regularly. Update:- Sometime I think the architect of this application has no idea how to design a truly international app. 1. I live outside of India and most irrelevant feature of this app is login. You can not login without OTP. What??? Imagine that your at the place where no jio roming pact and you need to reacharge or make a request for your family or for your self. Now you are stuck. ✓ Latency issuesAlthough the speed is good, the latency issues are terrible even in Delhi NCR making overall internet quality quite poor. I definitely don’t recommend this for gaming or streaming. Also the wifi router they provide is quite poor with very bad coverage so you will have to invest in your own router despite paying jio for their router because opting out is not an option..Version: 7.0.02
