✗ 0 StarsI wish I could give this 0 stars. I ordered a pair of leggings and after about a month and it still hadn’t shipped, they Alhambra even processed my order, I tried to cancel to get a refund and all of a sudden my order is being processed and is being sent. Took over a month to get my order and when it arrived it didn’t match the description and the return policy is ridiculous. You can’t even return something without permission and your not guaranteed a refund. Every other website I have shopped on has had a full refund policy, even if it is the “customers fault”, and they don’t make you run in circles for a measly 20% refund. I also find their approach to the negative reviews and comments left ridiculous. They simply address customers to terms and conditions. We are buying clothes we have no ability to try on and that the description is being lied about, they should be doing what they can to make things right with customers not making them worse. I will never shop on this app again and will be sure to tell everyone I know about how they treat their customers and their “return policy” and Poot quality clothing..Elizabeth9915PerrymanVersion: 5.4.1

✗ Not GoodI got told after I paid fo my shopping that items were not in stock to wait so I’ve waited and saw them be in the flash sale saying hurt only 400 left but my orders still not available why still sell the if they are not available to ship! I’ve only received 3 items none of the ones I need for Xmas! I contacted them they said one item was available again but yet still never posted it I just contacted them today and all items are back unavailable I got the option to swap these item for other but none to refund why would I swap them if I can’t even get what I want in the first place!!!!!! Not a good way to run a shop!!! The items that have arrived are very poor quality.Kizzy 89Version: 5.5.1
