AnnoyingI ordered $200 worth of clothes in november and it’s now january 3rd i got told my clothes would show up on the 14th of december then they told me the 16th then the 18th then the 30th fast forward to jan 3rd and my clothes still aren’t here! they refuse to give me a refund and whenever i try to get ahold of them every agent i connect with disconnects from the chat they also give you the option to track your order and this might just be my phone but every time i click on the tracking link it just shows a white screen so i called them and let them know and they gave me the tracking website they use so i put in both my tracking numbers and every time it says that my order doesn’t exist. Some of their employees are above and beyond but the other half are horrible and clearly don’t know how to do their job. I haven’t received my clothes yet so i don’t know about the quality but i won’t be ordering from this site again.Version: 7.3.10

Don’t pay for express shipping!!!I’ve absolutely loved 98% of the clothes I ordered. The only time something didn’t fit was when I ordered jeans and that was only one time and one pair. My main and only issue is how long it takes to arrive. It’s international shipping and I understand that it will be longer to arrive because if that, I thought if I paid for express shipping it may take some of the time off of my wait. I paid express shipping this last time and it’s been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order and it has still yet to be in transit or even shipped out of hongkong. I paid over $35 for express shipping and when I asked for a refund they kept ignoring my question and wouldn’t give me a number to call to speak to an actual person. Looks like they scammed me out of $35 and I’ll end up waiting the usual month and a half for the clothes I bought. Instead, they send you in circles and tell you they don’t have the “authority” to help. I bought 4 bathing suits and a bralette crop top off of the app. 3 of the bathing suits were too small so I go to start the return process and get a return label and I had to download Facebook messenger just to contact them. I contact their support center and tell them the issue and they told me to click on a link they sent and submit a ticket detailing the issue. They said they’d get back to me within 24 hours. I submitted a ticket and waited a few days before messaging them again. They said the ticket was still open and that I had to reply with pictures of the bathing suits, the issue, and my order number. I did that and waited a few days and got no response yet again. I called their support center and they said that the ticket was closed but they had no authorization to help with the issue. So, I Facebook message them AGAIN and explain my troubles they tell me to email them and that they should reply with in 24 hours. Still haven’t gotten a response yet. Amazing clothes for amazing prices... but...All the clothes here are absolutely stunning and are considerably sold at a fair price or even cheaper, which is great! One thing I’d say that SHOULD DEFINITELY improve however is their shipping. The shipping prices are somewhat questionable and it’s bothersome that my orders come very much later than promised, which is extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially when I need them by a specific time. I ordered a top just over a week ago, was promised that my order would be dispatched and brought to my door within 3-5 business days, and STILL have not got it! I understand that ZAFUL has a good bunch of customers but please please do something about your shipping management because at this point it’s purely disappointing. For future customers, everything you can get here is amazing honestly, but if you need something by a specific time then I suggest that, just to be safe, you should order maybe two weeks prior to when you need it!.Version: 5.7.0

Terrible Customer ServiceDon’t use ZAFUL go to SHEIN or another clothing company, I was so excited to try ZAFUL due to a gift card I received but it turns out their gift cards expire within a month and don’t even give you a notice before or after you buy one until it’s gone. When I tried to get help through the customer service via email or live chat multiple times, I did not receive any help regarding the issue and just ended up wasting a lot of time. I did not get help regarding how to solve the issue nor get any information about where I could get help instead. Very disheartened..Version: 7.4.2

Not GoodI got told after I paid fo my shopping that items were not in stock to wait so I’ve waited and saw them be in the flash sale saying hurt only 400 left but my orders still not available why still sell the if they are not available to ship! Worst company(Keep in mind this company pays people to write good reviews. Every good review on this is a paid person. Read the bad reviews and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY) This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never in my life written a bad review for a company but I had to with this one because it was so bad. I ordered something more than 2 weeks ago. 10 days ago I was notified that a shipping label had been created. It’s been 10 days and the shipping company still has not received the package. I have contacted zaful customer service 5 times now trying to figure out why fed ex has not received a package that a label was created for 10 days ago and they keep giving me the runaround, will not answer my questions and repeat the same incompetent response each time. They keep saying the package has been shipped and telling me to be patient but I contact fed ex (the shipping company they use) and they assured me that they have not received the package yet. Zaful is by far the worst company I have ever ordered from and urge everyone to not waste their money because it will be stolen, they will not ship your package and they will not help you or answer any questions you have..Version: 6.1.0

SHEIN is way betterI’ve ordered from zaful 3 times in the past 3 years. The first time I ordered I was in high school and everything went well; I could track my order, received my order on time, and everything was super cheap! The second time I tried to order was last year before Halloween. I paid extra for faster shipping so I could have everything I needed for a costume, never received my order and it was a hassle to get my money back. The 3rd purchase was just this April 17th, and I know with the pandemic going on things will run late and etc. BUT I’ve contacted zaful on multiple occasions just to get some kind of estimate on where my package is. I’ve been told to contact my local post office, I have called them twice now and each time they told me they don’t have the package and when they looked up my tracking number they couldn’t find anything for that package. Now I’m trying to cancel my order and receive a refund which seems to be too much to ask from zaful. Not bad overallI ordered a hoodie which is surprisingly cheap but the shipping cost is quite a lot. The tracker says it’ll take about 3-5 days till arrival but hasn’t arrived after day 7. I try to contact one the people at the company, reasoning with them that it is still in Hong Kong after 7 days but nobody picks up. I wait about another 5 days or so and it finally came. So overall the delivery is absolutely awful but the hoodie it’s self was nice and comfortable to wear. The pictures on there are the same to it and it’s great..Version: 5.4.0

I ordered a pair of leggings and after about a month and it still hadn’t shipped, they Alhambra even processed my order, I tried to cancel to get a refund and all of a sudden my order is being processed and is being sent. Took over a month to get my order and when it arrived it didn’t match the description and the return policy is ridiculous. You can’t even return something without permission and your not guaranteed a refund. Every other website I have shopped on has had a full refund policy, even if it is the “customers fault”, and they don’t make you run in circles for a measly 20% refund. I also find their approach to the negative reviews and comments left ridiculous. They simply address customers to terms and conditions. We are buying clothes we have no ability to try on and that the description is being lied about, they should be doing what they can to make things right with customers not making them worse. TerribleMy experience with this app is appalling. The “free item” and “free $50” is a big scam. I used the “get it free” link which is a button to get any item for free if a friend signs up to the and buys an item. I sent the link to one of my friends, he bought a T-shirt and when it arrived we hadn’t received any of the things promised by the app so I contacted customer support to help fix this issue but all they did was say I was wrong and offer a 10% discount which in comparison to a whole clothing item and $50 to use on the was nothing. !HORRIBLE!I WILL not be shopping with Zaful again and will be deleting this app due so. I placed an order and after a week in a half of not getting my package, I tried tracking it on the app, as it gave me nothing but a blank screen every time. I eventually called them to figure out what was going on and they informed me that my package got returned back to the facility due to an error with addressing/post office problems. They confirmed my address which was NOT wrong and then told me someone would be emailing me in atleast 24 hours to let me know of further information and options. After 2 days of no email, I messaged them on facebook for instant reply. I told them what I had already been told and they informed me that my package was destroyed due to “incorrect address” and that they have “no control” over it and that I would not be getting a refund. An apology is all I got. They could have fixed the “problem” ahead of time if they would have notified me. Nobody plays around with money these days. I am not happy and would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible Customer ServiceI have been given a different answer regarding my issue every time I call customer service. I always give it more than 24 hours for the email to reach me regarding my issue and I’m back to square one with an automated message asking me to explain my issue. I’m tired of explaining that I want a refund for items that were not delivered to me. The USPS delivered my package to the wrong address and although I do not blame ZAFUL for this mistake, they are not doing anything to try and figure out where my package went. I have contacted USPS and I was told the package was confirmed as delivered, but it was clearly not delivered to my home. Each time I call customer service I either get “we will follow up with USPS and start a claim so wait 5-7 days” waited and nothing. “We will process a refund for you please wait 24 hours for an email” waited and nothing. Or the last one, “we can not give you a refund you have to call USPS but I will follow this up with support”.....DIDNT I JUST CALL SUPPORT? I’m so confused. Why can’t my issue be solved over one simple phone call? I really like ZAFUL’s prices and clothing and I want to experience it for myself, but I’m not going to want to order again if I receive this kind of treatment. Good butThe app itself is good and they have some really nice clothes on there for a reasonable price. BUT DONT BUY THINGS IN A SALE !! They say there like 50% off but really it’s more expensive! For example I have a swimming costume in my basket for about £11, and when I looked again a few days later when the “weekend sale” was on and the price went up to £15 yet it said it was 46% off! The worst company -don’t expect to get the right bathing suit sent or your money backThis has been a nightmare!!!!! I bought three bathing suits, two the same style because I’m a medium bottom and large top but they can’t do two different sizes... and then the third bathing suit they send me a small top and a large bottom. I then try to get a refund via their ticket submission, after 8 tickets, two live chats and Facebook messenger they still did not refund me. They tell me to call them and then I do and then they bill me 6USD for the phone call and the woman on the phone tells me she can’t do refunds and that she will make sure someone sends me an email without the ticket system! Con CompanyWhat a con company. My first order was refunded due to apparently a failure in my payment verification, but they took the money from my account... to later refund it and give me no explanation why. They made sure they held on to my money for 5 days before refunding it and when I contacted ALL their customers services options (Facebook, emails etc) it took me turning to trustpilot for them to finally reply to me. Only to be told that I was emailing the wrong people and had to start over again. Do you really want to deal with a company who is quick to take your money, hold on to it for ages before refunding you??? To make matters worse, when I finally got a reply from them. There was no sympathy or apology on their part. Just a scripted reply saying I can reorder now. What a joke. Stay away!! Great deals🏷ZAFUL has, pretty much, become my secret weapon when it comes to getting unique pieces for my outfits. Although I enjoy the variety, my only complaint would be related to the few times when sizes weren’t what I thought they were for example some Chinese items, such as hoodies etc, were the wrong size despite being 2XL. Also, very little information is given such as the national tracking number. I’ve been to quite a few post stops around me and all said they were unable to track because I was not provided with a national shipping number. A lot more information needs to be given. Simply terribleI would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, I have never experienced such horrible customer service before! Terrible serviceThis company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’ve been an online clothing costumer for years and in all those years I’ve never had such a shady an untrustworthy experience. So I purchased two bathing suits and a week had passed and yet had not received a tracking number. So, I contact ZAFUL to make sure everything is all right with my order all to find out they had charged me for items that weren’t even available. I immediately let them know how wrong is this and they never assumed responsibility for this but worse, justify that it could be my fault for the time I add something to the cart and the time I purchase it , the item might not be available. I told them that’s a foul excuse , if something is unavailable, the company should inform you and not steel your money. Then ZAFUL told me if I wanted to replace the purchased item for another, to just pick another one and if there’s a money difference that they’ll send me a bill. NOOOO they should just owned up to their action, apologize, not give excuses and give an immediate full refund. Anyhow, I’m never purchasing from ZAFUL again . Not the bestI’ve had some not bad items from here, the quality is okay, however the sizing can be rather odd, i bought 2 pairs of trousers (different styles) one is tight fitting and uncomfortable and the other is way too big, not got any wear out of either because of their fit. Decent appZaful is one of those brands that you’re inherently sceptical of. It’s too cheap to be real right? I ordered a bikini from the website and it arrived within a month. Not the shortest wait time but other similar websites often take more time for the same cost. The bikini itself wasn’t the best quality (detachable straps with a mind of their own), however I think you have to remember that you’re paying extremely low prices and that it’s never going to be designer brand quality. It’s a nice enough swimsuit and I paid a great price for it. I’d recommend Zaful if you’re looking for low prices but I think if you can go higher end it’s better to get something more expensive that will last and is made ethically. I’d like to see a little more transparency regarding company ethics. Overall, I’m satisfied and it’s a good website for cheap fashion..Version: 6.6.0

(Real review) lolI ordered off of Zaful not too long ago (online). I ordered two bathing suits, one top as well as a cute set (and little nick nacks). Despite the horrid shipping time and being told by customer service that it was shipped out to me already; yet when I contacted AusPost they told me it hadn't even left Chinese soil lol, the products came in tact and honestly not in bad condition at all... in fact I was genuinely surprised with the quality and sizing. In regards to time I really didn't expect the shipping I did consider it would take quite a long time - whether that be because of demand or manufacturing time IDK - but not as long as it did take which was well over a month hah, so I would, if you have something on, pre book well in advance or get a back up!! They did lie to me tho saying it had left when It didn't which was really frustrating and all they could say was not to worry it was coming and if it hadn't arrived by x amount of time I could get a refund. Overpriced, no response, very delicate, not for petite even XSAll in all, the products arrived well on time. However they were not the size i thought they would be -> XS for a petite should have fit but it didn’t. As much as I loved the material its very delicate, two of the dresses after the 1st try ripped on the side , given that it was at least one size bigger for a petite. The company is way too overpriced. Never got back to me when I sent them an e-mail, so I ended up spending an additional 30€ on a seamstress. No return sticker had Been sent either like most companies do plus there was no address on the package either just the receiver’s, mine. Not recommendedNot only they put the wrong address on my package so I never got it but it even took a week of trying to contact them. After finally reaching someone they said that they see how there’s a wrong address on my package and they will contact me via email to figure the whole situation out. The person said it should be 10 mins until the email comes... its been a MONTH! I never got my package, no refund and I cant even reach anyone. On the application you can only talk to robots in ‘customer service’ who will give you same answers over and over again. ZAFUL is 50/50I have ordered three things from this website via the app. The first one came at a fair number of days after I ordered and paid. It was pretty nice for the price (obviously not luxury brand but still surprisingly decent quality). However, the second and third items were a different story. I ordered two items at the same time. I received one package at the expected date of delivery and the second one arrived a WHOPPING 3 months late. I emailed and messaged them multiple times because I felt that my money was trying to be taken. I understand that there is a processing time between and order being placed and an order being received/prepared. However, there is no viable excuse for such a long wait. And if that is the only excuse they have, it is something that needs to be fixed or improved. Never got my package not full refundI never got my package. I ordered it two months before I needed it (it was a swimsuit). I constantly checked up and it said it was delivered to the wrong address so they resent it. After that I waited a few weeks until contacting them to ask where it was and they told me to contact the shipping company which I did. They said the package was still waiting to be sent to the next facility and it was NOT delivered yet. I contacted Zaful multiple times more and they kept giving me a ticket that would say they would check and never do anything. I requested a refund multiple times and I finally got it after the due date was surpassed and my package was still undelivered. However, they DID NOT REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT. They said they could not refund the $3.99 for shipping they could only refund the swimsuit part. I am extremely unhappy because I had to buy another swimsuit since I couldn’t count on Zaful. TRY A DIFFERENT SHOP!!!I downloaded this since it is similar to a couple of other apps I already have, and THEN I read the reviews. 😳 I definitely won’t be buying anything and will be deleting right after I write this. If you’re looking for cute, cheap clothes (that you will actually receive) try a different shop! The prices on ZAFUL are completely ridiculous considering the fact that most of the clothing is super cute, but lower quality. I have shopped from SHEIN multiple times as well as ROMWE and have always been satisfied!! They’re VERY VERY affordable, always have sales, shipping cost is usually either free or very low. I usually always receive my orders about 5 - 7 days early, and have never ordered something then not received it!! False AdvertisingIf you give an item a bad review, it won’t show up on the reviews and complaints on the item for other people. it tricks people into thinking that the item is good when it may not be. it happened with a lingerie set i bought. I bought swimwear and lingerie in the same size and the swimwear fit but the lingerie was weird and wrong and you can’t return intimates so i left a bad review and the review has disappeared. false advertising to people buying things and thinking it has only good reviews when they’re it hiding the bad ones..Version: 5.7.0

What an interesting fitSo I bought a dress, playsuit, and 4 bikinis all in my size and checked measurements. They arrived and the dress fat like a nightmare there was excess material and the straps were too low. the playsuit was itchy and a disgusting material. The bikinis, now the bikinis were something! One fat perfectly but it showed everything even though it was a mustard colour, another one the bottoms didn’t fit and the strap broke. The last two didn’t even show up!!!! Awful refundBuying the clothes and getting them shipped wasn’t an issue It was returning them. It took so long and they have to ‘approve’ the refund what you’re sending back and why. It just takes so long and a waste of my time because you have to message them and they take hours to reply. Not like shein where you can easily print off a label and return it. Not with these people. It made me so angry and annoyed at how long it took for me to even be able to send the clothes back. A couple months passed, and I still hadn’t received it, so I sent them a message via their customer service chat inquiring where my item was. They told me that they didn’t have it anymore (never told me this beforehand) and that they didn’t even have it when I ordered it. First off, why would you even sell me an item you didn’t have anymore?? Anyway, they said I had two options: I could get a refund in store credit and use it as a discount on my future orders, or exchange for another item. I tried to use my refund on another item, but it only took off $2 from my $27 order. I sent them a message saying that I was upset that I couldn’t just get a whole item because they made a mistake and didn’t deliver my first order so I should NOT have to spend 10x the amount I originally spent (because my first order was $25 or so) and if they only let me use $2 of my refund on each order, I’m gonna end up having to spend WAY more than what I originally paid. I’ve continued to message them and have still not gotten a full refund of any sort. So basically, zaful “sold” me a product they no longer had, took my money, and never gave me a refund, aka they stole my money. I’m extremely upset. And what makes it worse, is the fact that the developers do not care enough to write specific responses to ACTUALLY help their angry customers! Annoying thingsThis app is actually good, I like the interface, and although I haven’t bought anything yet, the clothing on it is stuff I really like. The problem is the fact that I’ve only looked at male tops, hoodies, jackets and jeans, and for some reason the ‘for you’ section is entirely full of bikinis and things that women would wear, which is really annoying considering I want to find some clothes that are similar to the things in my liked list. Also, I found that I can’t get rid of the recently viewed items, which is annoying because I browse things that I don’t necessarily like sometimes, and I can’t get rid of some clothes that I really dislike from this section. DONT BUY!!So I have had problems in the past with this company like them giving me wrong size swimsuits and stuff. This past week has been the absolute worst! I spent $25 on this really cute swimsuit, that was not labeled as out of stock! It was pending for around 5 days and it was getting kind of annoying because I spent and extra $11 on expedited shipping. I emailed the customer service and asked them why it is taking so long and they said it was out of stock and I need to wait an extra 14 days for it to be restocked! Are you kidding??? If it was out of stock why did it let me buy it?? WHERE IS MY REFUNDOkay I have several issues so my first issue is I have refunded an item and I know Dham well it should be no problem because I placed the order that day they send me the email that night that they have refunded the order and TO MY SURPRISE I check my bank and IT IS NOT THERE I have not received my money for a refund so I go back to contact then and it is extremely difficult. I am very upset and disappointed I had very high hopes for this app but it is garbage and it highly disappoints me. I will be telling anyone who mentions this app that it is not reliable or responsive. My second issue is the shipping time. I had purchased a swimsuit for a trip I’m going on two weeks prior to going on the trip and I pay standard shipping. Standard shipping is usually 5-7 days. Hun it’s been almost two weeks and my swimsuit possible might not get here in time. It was my mistake for expecting it in standard time!?!? If you pay for standard shipping you should get it in standard time so shipping price is not at all fair or reasonable for the time in which it comes. APP IS TRASHI initially loved this website because they’re clothes looked like really good quality and they have good reviews on the items they have from customers in the app. But that because they DELETE most of the bad ones!! I wrote a review on a pair of shoes I ordered that came in damaged, VERY poor quality material and the straps can not be adjusted to fit your foot. AND MY REVIEW GOT DELETED. And I’ve read other people’s reviews saying that they’re bad reviews get deleted too. Anyways, back to why I HATE this app. So like I said, the shoes were damaged and poor quality so I did not wish to keep them or the dress that I purchased because it is poor quality too and strings are already being pulled on it. Worst experience with online shoppingI have been waiting for my order for so long and still have not received it even though they told me I would have it would be delivered in 5-10 business days. It has been well past that time. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious, they have been of no help to me, first it took them a couple of weeks to even supply any sort of tracking and then suddenly they told me it had been delivered (I had to ask them about it though). The shipping number they supplied to me, saying that I could use Australia post to track my order, was declined by Australia post, it said it was an invalid number. So I can’t even track it, and I’ve tried speaking to zaful for the third time and they then supply me with this really dodgy website which is all in Japanese or something so I can’t actually read it. Then it says that it has been delivered and they’ve obtained a signature. This was definitely not the case. I’ve seen this same thing has happened to other app users. ZAFUL is a total messI ordered a package two weeks ago and the dispatch time continued to change from the date it originally was. If it says your dispatch day is the 19th, it’ll switch to the 27th that day and so forth. When you call customer service about it, their answer is that it tells you the estimated time in which it will be dispatched which will then give you a tracking number. It’s so inaccurate because they say the estimated time when ordering is 3-9 days for dispatch when really it can take up to 18+ just to be processed. I was told multiple things on what’s happening with my product. “It got lost”...”It’s out of stock”...”you didn’t pay for it” & I’ve heard each of these answers on the same day with three different helpers. I’m really starting to think they’re just scamming people with fake reviews. None of my friends have received any of their orders and calling to cancel it will put you in an endless argument of them trying to force you into keeping it. They’re either desperate for customers or all together scamming people for their money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SCAMMED MEUPDATE* they blocked me on their Instagram page because I asked in the comments for a member to fill out my drop form* So I recently ordered a purchase from here and fedex contacted me saying I needed a drop form certification to pass U.S customs, I contacted zaful and instead of contacted fedex about my package they turned around and told me my package was destroyed?? After I investigated with fedex, MY PACKAGE HAD NOT BEEN DESTROYED they still needed the certification forms, zaful support just told me that. After contacting fedex ONCE AGAIN they sent me a drop form certification and I sent that certification to zaful support once again, they come back and tell my my package has been abandoned?? I still have 3 days until fedex will no longer hold my package because I just spoke with them. That’s a clear sign you should not be buying from this company. So now I can only be refunded 20% of my money, I paid $45 and will only be getting back $9 OR I can pay 80% of my purchase and get my order resent to me??? Needs improved UX/UII am not writing this review based on the products or pricing in this app, I am writing this review based on my feedback from user experience and the layout and design. Credibility: I work for a software company whose app has been the top ten paid apps for months now, along with that I am an adamant online shopper and use many different apps on the daily. This app needs a lot of work. It is not intuitive at all and you can easily get lost. You click into one spot and can’t get back, there’s SO much stuff everywhere trying to find something is a task in itself. The search only works in certain instances. I checked in fine the first three days I had it and now I can’t find the check in spot. So instead I go to read about zpoints, click the check in and it wants me to sign in again? I am already signed into the app, why should a user have to sign in again? And no option to sign in w/ facebook on that page like I have been doing. I can go on and on. Nothing makes sense in this app. Maybe just reconsider the functionality and design because it makes me so scatter brained every time I open it. Very counter intuitive. This app is NOT itLet’s get some of the positives of this out of the way: good prices (certainly not dollskill prices for fast fashion), & they have lots of cute clothes (pretty much the only good things i can say). now to the negatives. all i have to say is oh my god where do i BEGIN with this app. checking in to get z points takes forever and i’m absolutely positive it’s intentional because i’ve restarted my phone multiple times and it’s never any faster. i’m 99% sure they’re doing this so that you lose your check-in streak and overall just get less points. the updates on packages are super slow and sometimes it just straight up tells me that there’s no tracking info on my package bc there’s something wrong with the app. just today it started showing me the tracking info again and there were updates from days and days ago that i was NEVER aware of because this god awful app is so slow. and now for the grand finale: SHIPPING. This app is terribleI ordered one coat on March 1st, 2019, with standard shipping. 8 days passed and i was starting to get concerned as the standard shipping says 3-9 days so i triple checked my email for a shipping confirmation and nothing was there. Meanwhile i was constantly getting emails with coupons (extremely annoying). So i decided to contact customer service. I pasted in my order number and immediately was told my item was out of stock. I ordered the jacket in white small, and it did not say out of stock before i added it to my cart, while i was putting in my payment info, or after i placed and confirmed my order. The agent on the other end was extremely unclear with why it was out of stock and what my options were, saying it would never go back on sale and then saying I could get it in 3 weeks and then saying I could only refund it. Customer service responds quick but is seriously unclear. I sent a screenshot of my order confirmation because the agent was claiming I did not pay for my order when I did, and as soon as I sent that screenshot they claimed i was using “abusive language” and ended the chat. They wanted me to change items that might be shipped more ‘late’ than others, so I changed the items. Horrible ExperienceI had a horrible experience with Zaful. Will not be shopping here again. I ordered 2 swimsuits from them back in June and the whole shipping experience was bad. When they shipped my order I haven’t received a tracking number to track my order or email letting me know that it was shipped, the delivery service that they used delivered my order to the completely wrong location, and when I reached out to them it was a horrible service. They made it seem like I was lying that I didn’t receive my package and it was delivered to the right address when I actually have picture proof that they were wrong. I even reached out to the delivery company and they were no help either & they said the same exact thing. A month and a half later after it got “delivered” a stranger had delivery my package to me to the right location that I actually stayed in and they told my how they delivered my package to the wrong place. Not even close to my real address. So I will never be shopping here again. IM UPSET.I am so unbelievably upset that I’m in tears. I’m furious. I ordered a sweatshirt it was a nice one. They sent me a completely different order. So I tried calling, to get this figured out. Not happyI ordered a top from ZAFUL for my friends birthday in a few weeks and it still hasn’t come. It’s been 9 days. I’ve been reading other reviews and they state that some items take months to be shipped and no refunds or clothing returns are allowed which is appalling for a clothing website. I’m worried my clothes for my friend won’t come in time. I spent almost £20 and £5 of it was delivery ( I had a discount so it would’ve been even more expensive). Another reason why I don’t like the app and won’t be ordering off of it again is that the app was saying my address didn’t exist and tried to get me to order to an address that isn’t mine.
