✗ Camlinks for capture charging issue. Needs Software fix immediatelyIssues with Camera Link (leas than a year old) not charging because the battery discharged too low for the charging circuitry to safely restart charging. I am told by the SS FB Group pros thAt I have to replace the whole unit since apparently battery replacement is impossible once it drops below charging status. That your software that prevents it from charging at that point. Would you be willing to replace my camlink? Or update the software so CamLinks can charge even when they get low like mine?.Debs316Version: 1.2.27

✗ Issues with streamingEvery time I have used the capture app on my iPhone 7, the video streamed to the sling studio will seem to repeatedly pause momentarily and then quickly catch back up. Its as if someone paused a cable DVR and then hit fast forward to get back to live TV. It has done this with 4 separate iPhones, and I can’t seem to find info about this issue online. My Hub is about 40 feet from the phone, and has clear line of sight in a big square shaped room. The Sling studio is an amazing device, but I have not been able to use it for anything official because of this one issue. I’m hoping we can find a simple solution because I do love the system..Quiksilver6565Version: 1.2.27
