✓ IOS updatesOverall I’ve been happy with the product but it seems there any device I’ve updated to iOS 14.2 is now not connecting to the sling studio I go and connected via Wi-Fi it’s Alex and it shows it’s connected but when I go back to the Capture app it’s not showing connected is not proceeding but everything that is 14.1 or earlier is connecting I’ve tried on two iPads and an iPhone that are running 14.2 with the same result of not connecting.Then I attempt with several devices that are running 14.113.9 etc. and they all connect.Version: 1.2.27
✓ App CONSTANTLY freezes.I'm a 53 year old I.T. tech. I know how to setup/configure/run equipment like this in my sleep. I've tried using this app with two separate iPads; a 12" Pro and and iPad Air 2. The "Connect to your SlingStudio" window CONSTANTLY pops up EVERY SINGLE TIME I'm Livestreaming which freezes the app and renders it's functionality completely useless! The stream continues but I can no longer switch cameras or insert graphics or control audio or ANYTHING! All my equipment is within 10 feet of the SlingStudio unit and all running on full power. PLEASE FIX THIS!.Version: 1.1.71

✓ Easy and simple. Maybe TOO simple.We’ve been using a Sling Studio setup to live stream our church services, and it’s worked very well with no major issues. A couple things that would improve it: 1) Right now, the app is SO basic that it can’t even use the other lenses on an iPhone 11 Pro. Being able to use the wide lens and the zoom lens is a basic feature I expect, so please add that. A third party camera app shouldn’t be LESS capable than the phone’s default app. 2) I’d love to see a partnership happen with the FiLMiC Pro app for those who want advanced control over their image..Version: 1.2.27
✓ This app needs UPDATES ASAP!I’ve been using sling studio for about 3 years for weekly livestreams with either the cam links on DSLRs or connected to iPhones. Overall I love the connectivity and features. You can do a very decent production on the go if you know what you’re doing. Now, has issues when switching to PiP using a audio line-in. Updates needs: Please update split screens and be able to switch cameras on split screens. Update on being able to control the phone’s cameras from the app (zoom, exposure etc,) Update on selection of phone’s cameras/lenses More graphics! Be able to use more than 2 video sources at once.
