✓ Absolute junkZero stars. Every time I open the app it crashes. This app is complete garbage. You can’t view the races despite having a video pass. Speaking of video pass (nothing to do with this app) only works on a computer and not devices. Either way the app doesn’t stay open more than 15 seconds and customer support is non existent. I’ll be canceling my video pass and won’t be paying much attention to world sbk. It’s a shame considering how far the tech side falls short of an otherwise world class brand of racing..Version: 2.3.0

✓ Viewing Videos doesn’t workIf you filter by race category and location you get no results regardless of what values you select. The app is pretty much worthless without videos. I end up having to use the website instead. But even the website litters the videos with clickbait titles that sometimes can be spoilers. Would be good of you fixed this app; and also adopted a spoiler free mode like they have done with MotoGP in both their Mobile App and their Apple TV app. Would make me appreciate the value of my subscription more if you guys made it easier to consume your content. The content and racing are great; but they are really being watered down by a poor website and lack of apps for streaming devices (AppleTV/Roku) or broken apps on IOS..Version: 2.9.0

✓ Still no Video Pass...I’m honestly baffled. You want to sell viewership to your product, but haven’t made much effort to make your product accessible to people living beyond 2007. There is no way to watch races (live or delayed), without watching from a web browser. If I want to watch a race from the comfort of my couch, I have to log into the desktop site from my phone, play the race, and then mirror my phone to my Apple TV. ✓ Optimized wrong and no Apple TV app!I have been thinking about getting the season pass this year. Download the app and it is not optimized right for my phone. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and it put the back arrow up by the clock and will not let me go back or anything. Tried to redownload. Same issue. Also, an annoying feature is not Apple TV app. That would be a great addition to allow to just watch right on my Apple TV. They've "fixed" their video streaming so you can no longer cast from 3rd party casting aps and must go to a computer "Chrome" browser and "cast your desktop". ✓ Useless ApplicationI subscribe to MotoGP, World SBK and MotoAmerica to watch the races. World SBK is the only one who doesn’t let you use the application to cast the races to your television. You have to go onto a web browser and log into the website like it’s 1996 to watch the races. I don’t even know why they have an application. It’s the same people who run MotoGP, so it’s not like they don’t know it’s possible. They’ve made a conscious decision to make sure the application is worse than both MotoGP and MotoAmerica. ✓ Too bad I can’t rate it less than one starPurchased a video pass and can’t even find a login in the app. The videos that seem to be available without said missing log only play sound and I cannot cast them to the TV. ✓ Update Desperately NeededIn its current form, this app is useless. The menu button appears at the very top left of my iPhone screen and you cannot tap on it. You have the newsfeed and that is absolutely it. Until this app is updated, it is going to be deleted as it is just taking up space.
