✓ FIX THE LIVE VIDEO WITHIN THE APPSecond year, worst problems. I emailed the support yesterday telling them that the live video is not working from the ios app. They responded with a few lines of instructions which have nothing to do with what I reported to them. Come on, its only a first race of the year and you are having such problems. Also while I am here, you could fix the Apple TV app too. While watching a clip or one of your interviews, the audio track skips and is not in sync with the video. It does it all the time. This will be my last year subscribing to your service. ✓ Very disappointed in the recent updateThe new update that has removed the no spoiler feature is extremely disappointing and a step in the wrong direction. It has now ruined 2 GP’s in a row for me just because of a time zone difference. The app also is not as clear and concise about how to navigate now at all. Everything is like bunched into different categories but it’s all rinse and repeat of the same bloody articles and no clear guidelines or features. ✓ Frustratingly badAs a new MotoGP fan I expected more. The app had been poorly designed, for example if you finish a video you have to wait for the automatic next one to load before you click out of the video. It’s the only way I’ll be able to watch MotoGP live, therefore without spoilers. Seems a bit like it’s a little behind the times on how people consume content. Hopefully it improves rapidly. ✓ Retrograde ‘update’Did you test the latest update before releasing it? You had a good app and now it is unusable on Apple TV and the race i want to watch on the kludgy iPhone update now says “gravel trap, try again”. Multiple log out/in attempts to no avail. For twice the price of F1 TV you are now offering far less than half the experience. People pay subscriptions for quality and convenience, not this crap. ✓ Rarely ever worksSave yourself the time, money, and frustration. This app works at best, 10% of the time, and that is after spending $130. I am lucky to ever catch a live race because the app constantly crashes moments before the race starts. I’ve tried to provide feedback via email, but that won’t even work. Takes forever to find the qualifying and race videos and is impossible to find them without first seeing the images of the results/winners hence spoiling the results. I lived in the spoiler-free area of the previous app which no longer seems to exist. I don’t care about videos and races from 20 years ago, I want to watch last weekends race spoil free!! ✓ App won’t start while race is in progressI purchased the season’s video pass last week and downloaded the app. It worked well on non race days and for the qualifying on Sat 19 March. However when I tried to open the app in the middle of the Moto2 race at 5.30 am UK time, it wouldn’t open. It looked like it tried to start and then my IPad went back to its app screen. After a dozen tries it did open but wasn’t showing the live race. Oddly the 20 March date was missing from the Calendar, but the 6 March and 3April and all others were showing. I gave up on the app and watched the last few laps on the website via Safari. Once the Moto2 race finished the app opened correctly and I the watched the MotoGP race live Via the app. Is this a capacity problem with the app not being able to cope with the number of users? Not good having spent 199 Euros on a video pass. I want to use the app as it allows me to Chromecast to my main TV..320MaVersion: 1.17.5

✓ Nice to Now Have This Available on macOSWorks nicely enough, although suffers a little from essentially being an iOS/iPadOS app ported over to Mac. Would be nice if formatting would be tweaked to properly fit and fill the computer screen. Most functions for managing account can't yet be done through the app, only on the website. ✓ Worst app everThe iPadOS app is very poorly designed. There’s no Spolier-free start page and keeps asking for login and not allowing to log in. The “Something Went Wrong. Try again Later” message is a constant. Also, not allowing swipe left to go back is a clear disconnect with IOS world. For 200€/year, I’d expect much much more..BMPOLVersion: 1.18.4

Not only is it Constantly crashing, but it is also showing results as soon as I open it. Why in the world are highlights available next to a video of the podium with no more Non spoiler option? This one has a setting that can make the race videos the default screen when you open the app, but it could be clearer that needs to be toggled to prevent spoilers on race day. Also, the “highlights” videos section has spoiler titles and thumbnails. You do have to scroll down a bit to get to them, but they really shouldn’t be visible at all without an additional click. ✓ Garbage. Just garbage.I was ready to pay them 130 euros for this season but nope, they make everything difficult. Here’s a tip folks, make it easy to take my money. You didn’t and now I’m done with you for the third time in about five years. Plus the app and Roku app spoil everything if you aren’t watching live (I’m not). They have a tab for no spoilers but when you have to log in all the time it resets back to race winners being the first thing you see. In a post Rossi world they really should be trying to keep their fan base. ✓ Latest update a disaster!I have been using this app to follow MotoGP for several years but this latest update has totally ruined it in my opinion. It seems that everything to do with MotoGP is now totally focused on "the show", including the app and website. I'm not interested in the show, I'm interested in the racing. Motorcycle racing is a sport not theatre! This app is now more difficult to navigate and frequently crashes. Results and reports take too long to be published eg the results for todays British GP took more than an hour to be published. ✓ Worst version everYou have completely F’d up this app. It’s difficult to find anything and the way you’ve broken apart future and past races makes no sense. Sometimes the upcoming weekend races aren’t even visible in the app on either the iPhone or AppleTv. When I’m looking for race content, it should be by venue. So when I’m looking for the race or the sprint or the qualifying for a given weekend they should all be grouped together. Whoever made the changes to the current version should absolutely be fired. ✓ Good for watching the racingNot very user intuitive, there are no swipe back options you have to use the go back arrows. If you’re not watching the racing live there is a serious risk of spoiling the result if you don’t know it. You have to navigate past the home page with the results on it to get to a spoiler free page. When I open it asks me to update my profile so I go there and it says it cannot save changes try again later. For over a year it has done this. I have stopped looking at MotoGP on my phone, checking news etc. that’s the last thing you want. And I cannot watch videos. As such, one would expect superior features and functionality, but one would be sorely disappointed. Landing pages and main video page are rampant with spoilers, as is motoGP’s social media - so they are to be avoided like the plague. Unfortunately, missing the livestream of a session means you will wait anywhere from an hour to 2 hours before you will see that session pop up on the no spoilers page - best case. Worst case, you may not see a race session on the no spoilers page for many hours, even though it is available in the other videos list and/or the default landing page. ✓ New version even worse, great racing but I am not buying next yearUpdates to the app only mean I cannot find past seasons after clicking around for 15 mins, if you are reading this and are the developer, try and find a race from 2020, it’s impossible, I was watching a season I had missed and it’s all gone! But what you have saved is, if you leave the app half way through a video, it will not play and have to start again! If you want something to do, go back to previous version and fix it! Also, on F1 I can shrink the screen to the corner and watch racing while emailing and surfing the web, why not here when it’s so expensive. ✓ 10 year user… app is unusableI’m a TEN YEAR subscriber, so I’ve given them over $1000 in subscription fees. Race weekends were the highlight of my week. I’ve watched every single race, every single qualifying session, and a good bit of the GP practice sessions in those ten years. The tail of Hayden’s career, Lorenzo’s peak, all of the Marquez domination, Dovi’s underdog story, Rossi’s retirement, and the new crop of riders… In those 10 years, the app has slowly improved a little at a time, and as far as I’m concerned, the Spoiler Free feature was the most critical aspect. Now, due to the decision of some idiots at a board room table, I’m not allowed to fire up my Apple TV to a spoiler free page. Instead, I have to open my *sort of* spoiler free iPhone app and cast from there, praying that my eyes only look at the text and not the images that clearly give it all away. If this were returnable, I would return it, and I would pirate the sessions from the internet just so I can turn the sessions on and experience them as if I was standing track side. ✓ So Very, Very FrustratingI have a paid subscription and watched the race in Argentina 2 weeks ago, but this weekend I am getting a message that I need to subscribe. As I read past reviews, I see the problem is not a new one. If MotoGP wants to attract more fans, this is not the way to do it. Whoever is in charge of the App should be replaced with someone who knows what they are doing and who can hire people who know what they are doing. This is a ridiculously expensive subscription, and as one other reviewer put it, it should be “flawless” for the price. ✓ Needs workThe Apple TV app has a Spoiler Free tab where you can find full race sessions. I find you have to force quit the app usually just to get the tab to refresh and show the latest round. Also, recently the video tiles have become very laggy, and it takes several seconds before anything happens after you click a video to play it. The iPhone App is a whole different story. The previous version was more than good enough. Today, I couldn’t find the most basic user function: The Live Feed. After fiddling with the app for god knows how long, I decided to reinstall the app. That worked FINALLY. Developers, let someone in Silicon Valley design the MOTOGP app. You not good enough. Subscribers are paying to watch races and see live timing, yet the app serves spoilers up as soon as it’s opened, then it’s 4-5 clicks to find what you might be looking for. App still has plenty of bugs. Things like video controls don’t always show up withvsirplay and the user has to force close and reopen to change videos. ✓ Slowly getting worse.This app has for the last year or 2 got progressively worse. The infuriating way it skips to random videos after a video has finished. The seemingly more common crash right at the start of the races. And recently the most annoying is the block on streaming live content via Airplay. Works fine for pre recorded stuff but blocked for live, so you can only watch the races on iPhone etc. not stream it to a TV. Making me question my renewal for next year. ✓ Goes from weakness to weaknessThe app is not a GP bike. Modifications every few minutes are a bad idea. Rarely can an organisation have invested so much in both their app and website for each iteration to be a backward step. In the current app for IOS, whether on tablet or phone, the data is not live, Timingpass function unavailable, and the much-changed layout is not user-friendly. Try finding times for today’s sessions during the day itself. After cajoling my tablet to use the website, rather than the app, the Timingpass subscription element was eventually available using a browser. Having reviewed prior iterations of the app, and as somebody who watches all GP events, Dorna increasingly favour sound bites, tailored for social media, and a sales platform for tickets and merchandise. ✓ New app is terribleTo Dorna, As a father, business owner and busy man with not a lot of free time, I feel that you need to know that your OLD app was user friendly. I miss your old app. I will NOT be renewing my app subscription next year, at a cost of $230AUD. The new app does not offer the same viewing support as your old one. I was able to log on and watch replays 30 minutes after the events completion. This service is unfortunately no longer offered. You also used to offer the highlights within the videos. The app is so slow that videos can easily be double loaded causing an echo effect (took me ages to figure that one out) and the timing of the races for one race was completely wrong on ‘your time’ all weekend right up until about an hour before the GP! If you click on “riders” you don’t actually see the rides face or name; just the top portion of their leathers and you have to guess who it is or click on it. There are minimal interviews available after the race to watch. On the practice or qual videos the “ambient” setting is gone. I’ve given up trying to watch the races live as I get loads of stuttering and freezes (despite having some of the fastest internet speeds in the world). There’s a faint grey box just floating in the middle of the content inside the ‘Home’ tab. The ‘no spoilers’ part of the app has been removed for some reason, as have notifications for events. The filters on ‘watch’ are visually clumsy and take up too much of the screen, and even more when you’ve actually filtered anything. The old calendar function is now hidden inside these awful filters. ✓ Needs ImprovementWhen you go to read any piece of news, you are unable to play any videos which are in there. That is quite annoying. Then there is no way to access the eSports championship page through the app. Also when playing videos, once the video is over, you cannot quit to the main page. Please just add something which just lets you quit once the video is over. Also looking at say the details of a circuit, if the riders are not on the grid currently and they hold a record, in most cases I cannot see what they look like. ✓ Thumbs down on the updateThe post Summer Break app update is pretty terrible. You’ve GOT to bring back opening the app with a spoiler free option, otherwise you’re going to loose LOTS of subscribers. Time zones matter. We can’t all get up in the middle of the night to watch the race. It’s no fun when you get up, excited on race day and ready to watch, and you open the app and the first thing you see plastered there is who won the race. It takes SO MUCH FUN OUT of it. And, if I’m not watching I’m not seeing the sponsors. Please fix this..D&TVersion: 2.0.3
