✓ Good, but not as good as prequelThis game is really good, but is nowhere near as good as kitty powers’ matchmaker. It becomes quite boring after a while as all you do is help people talk to their partner. With matchmaker, there was lots more situations which made it exciting. The mini games in this app are nit as good. I understand that a sequel can never be as good as the original game, but, as magic notion are a good developer, I was rather disappointed. -Daisy.Version: 1.1.3
✓ Stuck on the Loading ScreenI really love this game but now I can’t move forward because everything I get these two married, It just stays on the loading screen and I can’t do anything about it. ✓ Glitch!!So I misplaced something in my village cutting off the road. The problem is now I can’t reset my town because I just leveled up to level two and the game forces you to move in another couple. I now have no possible way to move in the couple and no way to exit kitty’s black book in order to reset the game so that I can fix my layout and try again..Version: 1.1.9

✓ Bugs Need FixedThere’s a bug where you’re helping a client during a crisis but it won’t continue on with options they just stand there and nothing else happens. Other than that I love the game..Version: 1.1.9
✓ Fun game with a few flaws.Super addictive, well made, colourful and lots of fun. The only downsides are: 1. It takes so long to earn enough coins to buy things. For example, you buy the salon which is expensive, but then you have to purchase the services so they’re available, then purchase them for the clients as well! And none of it is cheap. 2. You have to demolish buildings and rebuild them to rearrange your town (which means you lose more coins in the process). You should be able to freely move buildings around, again considering how expensive they are. 3. When the random conversation events pop up, if you run out topics to say, you’re pretty much doomed, which is unfair considering you can’t help but enter into one of those events. Once these things are explored, reviewed and fixed, I would say it would be a much more enjoyable game to play..Version: 1.1.7

✓ I can’t even open itI had high hopes for this game, because I loved Matchmaker, but so far it’s been a dud. For $5, I expect it to work well. I got the game to stay open for a couple minutes, and so far the gameplay was... kinda boring (but I bet it gets better, nice graphics). But then it crashed itself, and now every time I try to open it, it just crashes immediately. A big disappointment thus far, but I’ll delete and redownload. ✓ Glitches glitches everywhereLove this game but for the price it should not glitch as much as it does. It glitches at one spot like a marriage for example so I have to exit the game and redo the whole day and it will just glitch at the marriage again. ✓ Like it, but-Well, I do like it. I was a huge fan of the previous game and beat it multiple times. This game is quite fun too, and I do like it even though it does take some getting used to. But- it continually freezes up and has problems. Every time I restart the game it starts me back at the same place it was frozen at. I restarted my phone to attempt to fix it, and that didn’t help either. I finally uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, but it froze a second time after I had to restart it. I don’t want to lose all my progress over and over, because the tutorial is quite lengthy and unskippable. Really hope you fix the bugs soon! ✓ Just plain weird!I really wish I didn't buy this game. I thought it was going to be like another building your world game, but this game asked you for your birthday if you like guys or girls, just some very personal questions. Then the game play is weird. You have to watch couples in their homes. If they have a "problem" you step in and give advice or something like or else they that. They go to work and come home. Have a problem and you try to solve it. 30 minutes into it and I was done! Not my cup of tea! Very strange! The art needs some tune ups as well! There aren't many selections for your character and the designs are terrible. It looks like the character is always slouching and not a lot of options for the face. Terrible characters! Love all the pink but could do without the strange personal questions and watching over other couples. I can not give anymore stars for this game..Version: 1.1.6
✓ Amazing... almost.I love kitty powers and her apps! They are a great time waster and I truly love to play them! But I’ve found that it is almost impossible to solve all of a couples problems. I’ve had three couples move out, that were PERFECT for each other, because they weren’t satisfied with a location, their home, etc. it’s getting frustrating at this point, because the game isn’t as fun anymore.Version: 1.1.9
✓ Fun but full of glitchesI enjoy this game but like others, I keep experiencing glitches, so I really hope the developers are reading these reviews! Whenever I make someone over, their partner doesn’t recognise it. I even lose points for not making someone over for an event when I have! Also, there’s a lot of spelling mistakes and endless switches between American and English spelling which is confusing. My avatar’s expression never changes from ‘poor’ no matter how well I do. The ‘persuade me’ bar game is everywhere and it’s so dull - please think about mixing it up a bit. It’s a good game but it gets ‘samey’ very quickly and some of the challenges seem unfair (how are players meant to remember a character’s favourite eye colour, for instance?!) It’s got really good ‘bones’ but it needs some work....Version: 1.1.9
✓ DisappointedThis game was fine. I would much prefer the first one over this. Unfortunately, this game feels agonisingly slow and the mini games are just not as fun. Most of the time, I find myself having to do the ‘compromise’ mini game where it requires you to quickly tap your screen when it’s at a certain spot… Riveting… The city building aspect is also…not quite fun. It’s simple, which is fine, however you cannot freely move things. You also have to level up to access some of the really helpful features such as eviction, mood/job tracker and the ability to make roads, PLUS MORE!! I don’t understand why it has to be this way. These are essential tools for the game. You shouldn’t have to make it a progression tool if it’s something THAT simple but THAT helpful!! It’s not as if it makes the game 10x easier or something, it just ENHANCES what is already there by making things more intuitive. I can see the devs have tried to add more complex relationship features with the ‘problem’s’ mechanic and the friends mechanic, however these begin to act like pimples: you pop one and another comes out. The problem with this is the fact that in order to get a successful engagement/marriage/moving out, it’s recommended that your residents don’t have ‘problems’, but when they appear every day, it’s literally impossible. Plus, solving these problems take TIME. You can TRY to find the PERFECT moment to plan these big events when they have no problems, however each big event has a time limit that you have to do it in or else your residents will get angry, so you can’t exactly WAIT IT OUT. This feels like such an unnecessary challenge. Unfortunately, this game has been a disappointment after the first game. It’s also a shame that there seems to be no future updates so I guess I’m stuck with the game at its current condition..Version: 1.1.9
✓ Ok....So I got this game really expecting to enjoy it just like Kitty Powers’ matchmaker. I was definitely not pleased. They did the same avatar creator as the original game which I was happy with. But then u was given a family and I had almost nothing to do. The family would call me a few times but barely at all. It is so hard to earn money to be able to add more items to enhance the gaming experience. You don’t have much to do and it becomes extremely boring. I haven’t unlocked being able to build houses yet but my hopes about it aren’t high at all anymore. I wish I could get a refund but sadly I cannot. ✓ Don’t waste your money!Honestly I was really excited to play this game just to pass some time but I found it to be more stressful than any actual fun. The game is full of nonsense questions you have to answer in order to keep the couples together. The game barely allows you to make any money. Maybe I just got unlucky but my couples had weird interests that weren’t compatible with neighbors so my couples kept having problems because I could not make them be friends with neighbors. Either they got rejected because the neighbor didn’t like playing chess or indie games with them or I couldn’t unlock a stupid building because I had no money AND TRUST ME I HAVE BEEN PLAYING FOR HOURS TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY. I feel as if I have given up trying to make more money to satisfy the couples and keep them together but this just got boring. You have to answer their calls to help them solve a problem that’s exactly like the matchmaking game except it lasts a few seconds and you have to keep going through losing screen again and again to keep doing these nonsense quests. Don’t waste your time trying to enjoy this game and don’t waste your money. Play the matchmaking one instead of this one it’s far better and easier to deal with..Version: 1.1.9

✓ GlitchThe game is great but what really has been detracting from it recently is the fact that at the end of the week, after your report when it’s going through images of all the people you helped it stays stuck on that sequence. When you press continue it has the ‘uploading blah blah to the whatever’ stuck on the screen and does not continue to the next week until you reload the app, however when you do this none of the money you have earned is there. ✓ Meh..I have played Kitty Powers Match Maker before and i absolutely loved it. it was fun, entertaining and super adorable. when i first heard about this game i was curious and i had to buy it, now i instantly regret it. the mini games that you have to do are unique but they are very difficult and the explanations they give you about them barely help you understand how to do it. it is cool setting up appointments and talking about their problems, but again, the mini games you’re forced to do are way too difficult. i do not recommend this game as much as i do for Kitty Powers Match Maker. in fact, this game is not worth the 5 dollars it makes you spend..Version: 1.1.9

However, the furthest I was able to get was the beginning where I had to put in my information. It kept crashing the app, forcing me to start over every time I tried to type in my name.
