✓ Pay to listen to more (Pricey!)It's a nice app...and there are free sessions that are available in the library, but most of the good stuff will require a premium membership which is a big turn off for a university student such as myself. The free sessions will only get you so far, and it's free to download those free sessions. But if you want the full collection of a particular author or multiple authors, expect to pay a pretty penny. May 2018 update: Now that I’ve become more mobile, I find it really annoying that I need to open the app in an environment which has WiFi/3G in order to use it. If you open the app after 24hrs of not using it, all it will give you is a blank screen. Nov 2018 update: They fixed it once and they reverted the changes in the next update. ✓ Used to love this app, but can no longer use their loginThis was my favorite meditation app for years but I haven’t been able to login (via Facebook) for a long time now so can’t get to the lifetime subscription I bought. Reached out to Mindbliss support multiple times using the app and have never heard back. Happy to update my review, but someone from Mindbliss needs to provide some support and fix these login issues please. Blissful Promises, Broken Trust.Mindbliss used to be a great app focusing on relaxation and mental health, with some well-known teachers and authors contributing to the app. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ However, Mindbliss’s recent actions regarding lifetime subscribers are nothing short of disrespectful. As a long-time user who bought a lifetime subscription, I’m disgusted by their lack of integrity, not to mention business sense. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ After the update to v4.0.0, my lifetime subscription has now been treated as though it never existed. I went to use the app recently and noticed I had been logged out. Thinking nothing of it, I logged back in, went to do a meditation session that I had done previously, but this time returned the message: ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ‘This meditation is available to Mindbliss PRO members. Try your Free Trial today and unlock the entire Mindbliss collection.’⠀ ⠀ Before contacting support I tried the Restore Purchase option only to receive the message: ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ‘Error. An error occurred when attempting to restore your purchase. Please try again later.’ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Having tried numerous attempts I then contacted support through the app explaining the issue with accompanying screenshots. But… no reply. So I contacted support again some days later, this time sending the message via email instead of through the app. Again, nothing.⠀ ⠀⠀ After doing a search online I found several other reviews detailing the same appalling experiences, suggesting that many other lifetime subscribers are facing this distrustful betrayal. And to add, it seems that Mindbliss has undergone a change in ownership, now under the ownership of app developer Dexati LLC. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ What makes this situation even more heartbreaking is that I had purchased a lifetime subscription for my wife as a birthday gift, and she now finds herself unable to use the PRO content when she really needs it the most. Such a shame that an app purportedly focused on mental health and relaxation has chosen to prioritise profits over the wellbeing of its loyal customers. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ I can’t recommend Mindbliss in its current state. I feel obligated to warn new users about these unethical business practices. ✓ Lacking in quality and customer serviceI cancelled because: 1. Instead of charging monthly, I was charged for a whole year. Even 3-4 months at once would have been better. There was no indication that this would be the case when I subscribed. 2. The meditations that I tried were the least effective that I’ve ever used. I asked for a refund and you chose not to issue one. Therefore I will never resubscribe. Until I get some better customer service, I will be sure to let others know about the lack of quality of the product and the refusal of your company to make things right..KristySince1984Version: 2.12.0

✓ Do not updateI absolutely loved this app. Then it started acting squirrelly. Flashed need to update but not long enough to click it. Sessions would pause themselves. ✓ Too Many Technical IssuesIf you get logged out and forget your password, it doesn’t allow you to log back in. Their website is faulty and password reset doesn’t work. There is no way to contact support without giving them a bunch of your personal data to correct problems. They don’t offer a way to contact them without having to give them your passwords to other accounts. ✓ Great app, but could use a few changesI use this app very frequently. Enjoy the content as they provide lots of options. I love the categories for different types of meditations or you can just listen to healing music. I would like to suggest that it would be nice to have an option to delete certain artists from showing up under an individuals profile as there are some that just don’t resonate with what I’m looking for. ✓ Not for meI’ve been practicing breathing through pranayama for 37 years Davidji says take a long slow deep breath in...which is around 4 seconds when listening to him. Nooo way man. A long slow deep breath on is 20-30 seconds. What the hell OMG!!!! Developers response. You can only do 4 seconds????? What are you? A 100 cigarettes a day. ✓ Doesn’t workOpened the app, it took me through a series of questions to “get to know me”. Some questions allowed more than one response, but after checking my 1st choice, it clicked over to the next question without allowing me to choose the rest of my reaponses to the previous one. Finally, it purported to analyze my responses and produce the perfect meditation for me. Cut to 20 minutes later, and the little infinity simple is still blinking and thinking, and I no longer care.
