✓ TerribleI can't do anything with the app, I need to be able to add things and it is impossible. Great idea... but needs a lot of updating..Version: 1.1.0
✓ Doesn’t workI can put in my info to log in - but then the screen just cuts to black. Yes my phone is updated to the newest IOS - and yes I just downloaded the newest version of the Therasoft app. It just doesn’t work. I reported this problem weeks ago and it is still an issue..Version: 1.1.7
✓ App CrashThe app has not worked since the last update. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. I reached out to customer service and their suggestions included checking their “knowledge” page. Nothing on that page fixes the issue. Customer service is absolutely terrible and they refuse to help anyone. They constantly refer to their “knowledge” page and do not even address the issue. As soon as I click on the app it doesn’t even open. So explain to me how I am supposed to fix that? That is not something on my end! I do not recommend therasoft for your EMR. I wish they followed the way KIPU works. That is a much easier EMR to use..Version: 1.4.6
