Good but needs better ability to track weightsI enjoy the workouts and the variety that they suggest. Better flexibility to allow how many workouts a week I do would be nice. However the lack of the ability to track how much weight you’re doing for each set is a huge downfall. I cannot always remember what weight I did the last time I did a certain exercise, and don’t enjoy wasting a set or two each time trying to determine the accurate weight. If they had these routines available in something like the BodySpace app so I can better track what I’m doing I’d gladly pay the $15 a month. However until that happens, once my month is over I will be removing this app and going back to BodySpace. PS. Many people use their iPhones and Apple watches to sync their workouts. Time to allow this feature with this app too..Version: 2.0.5

App stuckThe app is stuck on the subscription page and won’t let me past it - it keeps on looping between me completing my height and weight and choosing a training program after which it just puts me back to subscription page and I have to fill every thing in again with no progress?? I have already subscribed for a monthly payment, so I don’t understand why it keeps on looping me back to this and won’t let me access the app??.Version: 3.3.1

Please update the app!The app is great overall except for the fact that you can’t continue through the super set and giant set exercises without having to exit the set that you’re in. It’s very frustrating that it doesn’t continue through each set. Please update and fix!.Version: 2.4.3

Few bugs that need to be sortedWould be a great app if it weren’t for a couple of issues. Most irritating being that every single time I open the app I have to log in with my email AND password! At 5:30 in the morning? Very irritating. And every single time you open the app it asks if you want a tour. Lots to get through before I even start my workout!.Version: 2.1.0

LimitingI really wanted to love this app, but there were things that kept me from that. A lot of the meals include protein shakes, and I don’t like drinking a minimum of two of those per day. I was looking for more natural food recipes. The way to search for meals is kind of difficult. When I would search for recipes, they wouldn’t show up. Also, I didn’t like not being able to create my own recipes- it’s their meals or nothing, which is what turned me off within a few days. The workouts are good. Customer service is VERY sassy. I emailed to ask about how to cancel (after searching for a while; turns out it was under the one tab I didn’t check). The response to my email was so sassy and backhanded, and it turned me off to the entire experience. I’ve worked in customer service (as a career for several years), and I would have never responded the way this person did. Very unprofessional and a total turn off to the entire brand..Version: 2.0.6

Started Excited but 2 years later, it’s all the same.So I started with the Transform App about 2 years ago and have LOVED it. It truly gives such a great structure and guidance to both my workouts and nutrition. However by a year into the program I reached the highest level which is Phase 8. To shake things up I would go from the women’s workouts to the men’s so I wasn’t repeating. My boyfriend ended up gifting me the lifetime membership which I now sort of regret because there has been NO updates since I’ve reached Phase 8. So all I do is Phase 8 on repeat for the past year. Now I’m about to start my fifth time doing Phase 8 and I basically know the plan by heart. I thought with a lifetime membership it would go past Phase 8 but I was sadly wrong. Also, if you’ve ever had to deal with the Transform Customer Service... well it’s a joke. I was charged $35 + dollars for a monthly fee when I already had the lifetime membership. I contacted customer service MULTIPLE times, sometimes it would take days for them to respond, only to send me to a link of suggestions that didn't work for me. I emailed them to tell them multiple times that I tried their suggestions with screenshots and I’ve never heard back. So not only did they take over $35 from me, now I get to have the SAME workouts. Blah! For beginners it’s great but I just don't suggest spending the money on a lifetime membership if you’re planning on using it long term thinking it’ll update past Phase 8..Version: 2.4.6

Crashes every time!Don’t bother wasting the time with this app. You have to Sign up to the payment plan from the start - why?! Why can I not use it first without you wanting to take my money as soon as I open the app?! Once they’ve taken your money and you’ve entered your bio it then asks you to pay again and you have the pleasure in repeating the process over and over and over. Because I cannot get access to the information for which I’ve just paid for. So I delete it! End of, waste of 15 minutes.Version: 3.3.1

It’s a great app but it didn’t work for meI did the 90 day transformation and I started out loving the app, but even after 2 months of killing myself following it, I didn’t lose any weight. I followed the exercises and even did more than required, measured everything, following the food plan, and drank lots and lots of water. I was extremely disappointed to not lose weight. I was so excited and hopeful at the beginning. I was so discouraged and disillusioned, that after week 9 or 10, I stopped killing myself. I was totally bored with the menu after this many weeks and I stopped following the plan, because why put so much effort into something with no results? I can stay the same weight on my own. I wanted to lose and this didn’t work. The menu got so boring after a couple of weeks, and there’s no option to take out meals that I absolutely hated and would never do again..Version: 2.3

Shockingly poor and disappointing supportAfter completing the first 84 days of the 12 week programme I allowed the subscription to continue so I could start phase 2. It has been over a week now, many emails, DMs to Chris, Heidi and the App and still NOTHING on the app works. Surely they aren't laughing all the way to the bank? I've requested a full refund - no surprise this has not even been acknowledged. Seriously disappointed and frustrated, I believed the hype Chris & Heidi created - please don't be sucked in..Version: 1.1.7

They need to make this app easier to use$12 a month and I have to STILL enter my apple password twice a week to gain access because paying $12 a month apparently is not enough for them to hire a programmer that can sync it to use fingerprint of facial recognition. Also, for $12 a month, how about some new recipes? Egg whites with every meal? And the same 30 recipes gets old pretty fast. There is ONE seitan recipe. Two beef recipes that aren’t ground beef. Avocados galore. Honestly you cannot use this program if you don’t like Avocados. I am stuck with this program because my wife snd I are doing this together, but they are mailing in the recipe content and app functions. If it allowed you to check off items over here or record accurate calories like Lose It, it would be a better app. It is working, but so does any program if you stick to it, and most don’t obsess so much over getting your money they make you constantly login..Version: 2.1.2

Good for beginnersI downloaded this app during quarantine and started a workout plan. I really like the variety and how you can customize to gym or home.. but the work outs are so repetitive. I followed a plan for 1 month, with 3 leg days per week, and EACH leg day had 2 of the EXACT same exercises. So I was doing some of the same exercises multiple times a week for a month straight. Also, the other 2 days with planned exercises were working back both days (plus either biceps or shoulders). So i was going back and forth between similar leg exercises, and back days mixed with shoulders or biceps. As someone coming from about 2 years in the gym following a variety of workouts, this got very boring for me very fast... i dropped the program after 1 month. But there’s a lot of different options in the app, I think it could be really good for someone in the early stages of their fitness journey..Version: 2.5.8

Good, but needs some improvementThe main components of this app are nutrition and exercise. On the nutrition portion it has a LOT of options, which is great. What it doesn’t offer is a way to calculate macros, if you want to put together your own compliant meal. In order to do this, I have to use My Fitness Pal. It would be nice to be able to do it without switching between apps. On the exercise portion, I have a big complaint. You can’t see what your exercise is until the day you’re supposed to do it. But some days take much longer than others. We’re busy people and if a workout is going to take awhile, I need to plan for that. I understand they done want people popping ahead and picking and choosing what they do, but I think seeing a week’s worth at a time would be VERY helpful in planning my week. Overall I’m happy with my purchase, but am hoping for some improvements for me to continue past the the first 3 months. To be honest, the most helpful part of this program is the online community, which you can’t be a part of without paying for the app..Version: 2.1.2

Can't get started if you can't create an accountTried to create an account, and when entering the verification code a notification came up saying that the user ID wasn't found, so when I tried to start over it said user ID already in use. Useless app..Version: 2.0.0

ConfusedDownloaded the app and added enough money to my iTunes account in order to pay for subscription yet the app kept saying I don’t have a valid app subscription when I chose the subscription package I wanted. I am from Australia and added more then enough money to cover the $15USD fee yet was still saying it is invalid?? I have now lost the $35 AUD I added to my iTunes account because you can not get added funds redeemed..Version: 2.5.1

Good workout. App has kinks.I really enjoy this app for the workouts. Chris, Heidi, and their team do a great job of putting together effective workouts. I don't use the app for the recipes. I don't feel it's very comprehensive as far as recipes go. The app however does have some kinks. And I was a little disappointed in customer service when I brought it to their attention. The app has a tendency to make me login each time I open it. I was told by customer service that it is due to low space on my phone, but I feel this is a copout answer. I don't have any other app that requires a login each time just because I have too little space on my device. In fact I had never heard of such a thing. I was told to purchase more space and storage from Apple, which I refuse to do because I don't think I should have to. After my initial login, I have to also login with my Apple ID account which adds to the frustration. I also want to request of the team to allow weeks to be paused. I don't work out 7 days a week, but would like to continue my week that I started. Unfortunately the app always predicts the week for me and auto puts me ahead of where I really am. For instance, If i start week 7 without having fully completed week 6, I might get legs back to back. Which I don't want to do... This holds true if I happen to start the program midweek instead of Monday..Version: 2.0.1

Doesn’t remember my log in!In theory, this app would be good, except the following needs to be fixed/updated. It doesn’t remember my log-in details. So ever day I have to enter them in again! Annoying! Resulted in me changing from 1 year subscription to 3 months. I am in Australia. Therefore, I want to have weight in kg and height in cm. Plus all the take away options are from US fast food options only, most of which do not exist in Australia. Also, a lot of the recipe options have US products which are unavailable. And again, weight only in ounces. And what on earth is Peanut Butter Powder!? Even if it was available, would rather consume a whole food than the processed version! Having said all that, the workouts are good, varied and explanations are good, with videos for all plus scaling options. You’re getting there guys! Don’t give up. Great appI have used many different Apps including body building ones, calorie intake, meals etc. This app is the best one I have used yet. Everything is all in one- meals, workouts, progress, I love it! I really like how there is the meal plan option and that you can choose through so many different options for the ones that you like. Also having the option to see how a workout is done....love it! All around awesome app!!.Version: 2.1.2

Buyer Beware!Impossible to cancel! I thought I had cancelled but unexpected charge came through, not sure how as the cc had expired and the only way to have charged was though iTunes where I had cancelled the renewal a year ago but supposedly didn’t. Getting a response from support was none existent until after numerous emails. They will not refund my $. Funny thing is I would have renewed on my own, now I have nothing but bad things to say.
