✓ Not greatMy Asurion home+ that should give me unlimited backup will not recognize my account so I’m stuck at 5GB free account. I emailed Asurion last week and zero response. The app takes over 10 seconds to open on my iPhone 14 pro. Not sure about you but if any app takes longer than a second to open up, something is wrong..Version: 1.6.71
✓ So sadI use to live this app it was the best. Now all it does is crashes as soon as I open it and I can not save any of my new photos or even look for certain photos. I have emailed trying to get help with no success. I’m afraid to uninstall and reinstall because I’m afraid I will lose the photos I do have. Please whatever you do fix this problem..Version: 1.6.64
✓ Can’t saveNot letting me optimize my photos!!!! I’m losing space in my iPhone because I can’t go in and delete and optimize. And now whenever I open the app it just crashes and when I click the optimize tab app crashes. This is supposed to help me save space on my phone..Version: 1.6.36
✓ HorribleThis app is horrible. It takes like 10 times sometimes to try to even open the app. I stay trying to open the app without it exiting to the home screen. & the app always freezes. I can’t even go into my albums anymore because anytime I try it freezes and exits out. This app is horrible. There’s no way to contact support so I haven’t been able to resolve this issue. ✓ How to ruin your appThey literally removed the 1 reason why people even downloaded this. The unlimited storage. Now they are forcing you to pay $25 just for the one thing that they had on for years that drew people into downloading their app. So now pay money or download the photos you saved specifically into Asurion OR delete your account. ✓ Unreliable and Slow.This app is very slow. I would not recommend using this app if you have a lot of photos and videos. When opening the app, the photos and videos do not load. You scroll and its only blank boxes where the photos and videos should be and you have to wait for each ad every photo load. I never had this issue with Google Photos or any other photo backup app. When I first got this app, it offered unlimitied photos which is what pulled me in. Then early 2023, they said unlimited photos were going away and said you could either download an archive of all your photos or purchase a monthly plan of $27 a month to keep the unlimited photos. Very unreliable and pricy for unlimited photos when other, big name apps, offer way cheaper alternatives. I regret using this app and would recommend anyone interested in downloading this app to stay away and use a more reputable service. ✓ Another sell out…💸(Read before paying dollars)- Coming from somebody who rarely writes reviews —— So one day I get a notification on Google Photos telling me unlimited free storage is going away. Great. Now where do I store my photos? Scrolling down the recommended cloud storage options I find: [Asurion Photos - FREE UNLIMITED STORAGE] I download the app, hoping to store these photos for FREE, but does free mean forever? Seems legit uploading photos here. So, I upload my photos to this app while recommending it to my friends at the time; I even helped my mom upload photos. Oh no —————-> SIKE 😂👌💯💯 fReE uPlOaD sToRaGe gOiNg aWay - PLEASE PAY SOME DOLLARS TO KEEP PHOTOS EVERY MONTH That was annoying to hear. Doing all that work just to switch to a different app? ✓ Freezes All The Time- Forever GlitchyThe app would be perfectly fine if it just wasn’t glitchy and freezing all the time. The app is not smooth or fluid at all. It is a pain to navigate and work with. I have the iPhone 14 Pro Max and it’s still moving slow and freezing all the time. It’s needs a major update when it comes to be FLUID. ✓ No Longer Offering Storage ServiceSoooo… I just got a notification stating to download all my pics by March 1st or l’ll lose them because this app will no longer provide unlimited storage. I’m livid. What a disappointment! This app was pushed on me from Sprint (after their free storage was going away) and after finally deciding to use it AND RELY on it, it’s no longer being offered. I’m sick of these apps causing distress. These are pictures and memories at risk. I used this app instead of Apple’s confusing and unreliable iCloud. So, all my photos are on this app. To transfer photos by March is going to be almost impossible. I hate these apps!.Version: 1.6.72
✓ Forced to downloadI was forced to download this app supposedly because all my Sprint photos were backed up there and in order not to lose my photos, I had to download the app. They offered an option to JUST download the photos but I had to download the app for that to work anyway. On top of that, once I downloaded the stupid app to get access to my photos, I had to grant access to all my other photos, and guess what? Asurion just backed up MY entire library as opposed to showing me the Sprint photos and allowing me to download them. I am so annoyed. This is stupid and I probably wouldn’t have lost any photos in the first place but they freaked me out saying I had over 8 gigs of photos not backed up..Version: 1.6.51
✓ Used to be a great app.I can no longer open the app without it crashing I have to delete it each time I want to open it only reason I’m keeping it is cause I have concert videos in there that it won’t let me save or even play again so I wouldn’t use this anymore so yeah fix your stupid app..Version: 1.6.63

✓ DO NOT GET. U WILL LOSE ALL PHOTOSPlease, DO NOT GET THIS APP. Do not ignore this review. If you are looking for a photo storage app, LOOK FOR ANOTHER ONE. I lost 900 photos to a HUGE gray strip that covered a quarter of even half of each photo. Most of your photos will save with a gray strip covering most of the photo up. If you want full res backup, Google Photos can upload full res videos and photos for 1.99 a month. That is what I’m doing..Version: 1.4.21

✓ Videos deletedI lost almost all but three of my videos! After all of my photos and videos showed up in the app, I went back to my photos and deleted all of my videos. ✓ Is not a good replacement for Sprint Complete BackupThis was the replacement for Sprint Complete. I’m grateful they offered something in its place when they discontinued it. However, it does not back up the photos effectively. It has been trying to backup the same 4 photos for 5 days now. The Sprint Complete app was so fast it happened almost instantly. This one, not so much. Hopefully it gets better. For now I’ll keep trying and continue to use Google Photos until this starts to work..Version: 1.6.36

✓ This app literally does the opposite of what it claimsThis app has deleted thousands of my memories, videos and pictures with my kid and of rare occasions in life. Do not trust this app with your memories. It always freezes, and the contact support button does not even work. There are numerous accounts of peoples media being deleted and the app creator has done nothing about it but rename the app. PLEASE FIX THIS NOW AND GET ALL OF US BACK OUR CONTENT!
