So you will just have to buy yourself a copy to find out! ?? It does talk about different ailments and it will give you essential oil recipes. It teaches you a lot about essential oils so it is definitely great for a beginner. What I love most about this app is that I can look up an ailment in the back and it will send me right to the recipe I need to remedy it. I think this would be great for people who have a hard time sitting down and reading a app. It is also just a great reference to have if you are in a rush or just for everyday life!
